We’re hiring a Territory Account Manager at our Advanced Solutions rental facility in San Diego, CA, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. Territory Account Managers will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Advanced Solutions branches offer equipment rentals within climate control, compressed air, fluid solutions, power solutions and more.
Pay: $70,000-400,000/yr Total Compensation ($40,000 base salary + Uncapped commission with no market restrictions)
Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests. Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
New business development and Client acquisition/Account development. Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Tell them about the numerous ways EquipmentShare can help save them money, make more money and operate more efficiently. In other words, educate them on how EquipmentShare solves their problems!
Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are 100 percent satisfied with the level of service and support they receive from EquipmentShare. Keep them up-to-date about new or additional ways in which EquipmentShare can help improve their business with our comprehensive jobsite solutions..
Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications. Conducts sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience.

You will be responsible for maintaining and executing the technical roadmap of multiple products, starting with an All-Domain Collaborative Autonomy product.
You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and facilitating on-water or in-air real testing. This role is responsible for the rigorous end-to-end verification and validation of the integrated product through Software-in-the-Loop (SIL), Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL), and real-world deployment on company-owned USV and UAV platforms. Your leadership will be key to increasing confidence in product quality for our downstream customers.

This person has at least five (5) years of experience in managing the environmental compliance of large infrastructure projects with demonstrated experience within the renewable or similar industries strongly desired. This position requires an understanding of permitting and permit compliance requirements on a subject matter expert level; manages others with expertise in the field and works hands-on to ensure compliance tasks are completed with project needs including budget and schedule.

As a Site Acquisition Manager, you are the tip of the spear for network expansion. This is a pure deal role—built for an elite closer who loves the hunt, runs high-volume outreach, and turns “no” into signed agreements. We are seeking a technically strong Senior Facilities Engineer – Regulated Environment to support the facilities infrastructure at our San Diego headquarters. This high-impact individual contributor role blends hands-on facilities engineering with ownership of Facilities-related compliance, documentation, and systems governance.
The ideal candidate has practical expertise in HVAC, MEP systems, tenant improvements, and building infrastructure, and can translate that knowledge into structured, audit-ready processes.
This role will support sustained ISO 13485 compliance within Facilities while strengthening system reliability, documentation integrity, and operational discipline across Arena (QMS), Jira (work order management), and Siemens (BMS). The position reports to the Sr. Facilities Manager and is based on site in San Diego.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Environmental Permitting, the Manager, Environmental Permitting, is responsible for leading and directing discretionary permitting and environmental survey activities in support of Clearway Energy Group’s 10 GW solar, wind, and storage project pipeline. Working closely with the Development Project Manager, and other groups such as Engineering and Real Estate, the Manager will lead and provide oversight in the development and acquisition of discretionary land use permits, environmental assessments, and surveys completed in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for utility-scale solar, wind, and storage projects located in the western region of the United States. The successful candidate will have at least five years of environmental consulting, land use planning, or site land development experience within the renewable energy industry or related field, with demonstrated prior expertise in leading complex discretionary permitting activities for large capital projects. Experience in supporting project acquisition and financing due diligence is also preferred. Would consider a Senior Manager level. Title and level will be confirmed based on the qualifications of the selected candidate.

The Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) will work in a dynamic fast-paced environment supporting SCI programs for the IC to develop, implement, and administer the security program in accordance with ICDs (703, 704, 505 and other applicable), Security Classification Guides (SCGs) and Statement of Work (SOW), and additional Customer regulations. The CSSO will be responsible for the personnel security, physical security, and Operations Security (OPSEC) of assigned SCIFs and program areas and will also oversee the construction of a SCIF from start to finish.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a Facilities Technician with experience in the management, execution, and day-to-day support of building and plant operations, including labs, manufacturing plants, utilities, equipment, and systems. The ideal candidate will perform routine inspections, maintain documented records, and be on-call for emergencies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and GMPs. POSITION SUMMARY:
