As a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA), you will play an important role during this journey. You will collaborate with our sales and field engineering teams to accelerate the adoption and growth of the Databricks Platform in your customers. You will also help ensure customer success by increasing focus and technical accountability to our most complex customers who need guidance to accelerate usage on Databricks workloads that they have already selected, helping them maximise the value they get from our platform and the return on investment.
This is a hybrid technical and commercial role. It is commercial in the sense that you will drive growth in your assigned customers and use cases through leading your customers' stakeholders, building executive relationships, orchestrating other focused/specialized teams within Databricks, and creating and driving plans and strategies for Databricks colleagues to build upon. This is in parallel to being technical, with expectations being that you become the post-sale technical lead across all Databricks products. This requires you to utilize your skills and technical credibility to engage and communicate effectively with all levels of an organization. You will report directly to a DSA Manager within the Field Engineering organization.

The Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) is a senior, client-facing technical expert who serves as a true strategic partner for our most complex and high-value accounts. Overview
As the AEC Industry Solutions Specialist, you will bring first-hand experience from the construction, engineering, and project delivery sectors to help shape and share Esri’s vision for how GIS transforms the way the built world is designed, constructed, and operated. This role emphasizes the construction lifecycle from planning and design through preconstruction, field execution, and operations and focuses on how location intelligence, digital twins, and integrated data environments enable safer, more efficient, and more predictable projects.
You’ll collaborate with Esri’s AEC Industry Manager and cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, professional services, and partners) to build awareness, foster engagement, and drive adoption of Esri technology across the global construction ecosystem. This includes creating compelling thought leadership, supporting industry events, and engaging directly with contractors, engineers, architects, and owners to showcase how GIS connects the jobsite to the office and the project to the planet.
