We are launching a strategic pool of AI specialists to accelerate the growth of our AI Practice and turn strong market demand into scalable, repeatable capabilities. This role goes beyond project delivery-it is about shaping how AI is built, shared, and scaled across the company.
As part of this group, you will play a key role in internal capability development, with a strong focus on designing and evolving AI Accelerators-reusable frameworks, templates, and reference architectures covering GenAI, LLM-based solutions, ML pipelines, and cloud-native AI systems. These accelerators will become the backbone of our AI offerings, enabling faster delivery, higher quality, and consistent technical standards across projects.
A second core dimension of the role is knowledge leadership. Strategic hires will actively contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives: technical deep dives, hands-on workshops, demos, and best-practice sessions covering topics such as GenAI orchestration, RAG, model deployment, prompt and system design, observability, and cost-efficient AI architectures. You will help raise the overall AI maturity of the organization while mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction. In addition, members of this group will act as AI project jumpstarters, joining new client engagements for up to 50% allocation over 1-2 months. In this capacity, you will help define solution architectures, validate technical approaches, build initial prototypes, and set strong engineering foundations before teams scale. This gives you exposure to diverse domains and cutting-edge AI use cases while maximizing your impact across multiple initiatives.
We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Machine Learning Engineer to develop and expand our Generative AI and Computer Vision capabilities. This role involves accelerating Technical Sales Support, Architecture and PoC development.

If you’re experienced in backend development, interested in cybersecurity, and excited to make real-world impact by protecting critical infrastructure, this is your opportunity!
In Timisoara, in the heart of a peaceful, friendly, historic city, we have created a modern, inspiring office environment that encourages collaboration, where friendly, direct relationships between colleagues and high-quality professional work are equally important. Using modern, innovative technologies, we work on products that truly contribute to making our world safer at one of the world's leading cybersecurity companies.
We support professional development through training, mentoring, and real opportunities for advancement. The Timisoara office offers the perfect balance of calm and professionalism – a modern environment, friendly people, and a strong team spirit.
If you want to work in a place where your knowledge is valued and you are treated as a person, then OPSWAT Timisoara is the place for you.
As a DevOps Engineer at OPSWAT, you own the on-premise infrastructure that the MFT and MFT Enterprise demo environments run on. You keep CI/CD pipelines green across both products, build the Kubernetes-based deployment foundation for MFT Enterprise, and ensure no critical infrastructure knowledge lives in a single person’s head. You use AI agents to automate repetitive ops work — scripting, config generation, runbook creation — so your leverage grows over time. You are measured by pipeline reliability, environment stability, and recovery speed, not ticket volume. You think in systems: you see how CI/CD, Kubernetes, security, and application delivery fit together — and you build for resilience, not just functionality.
If you’re interested in working as a DevOps Engineer at OPSWAT, please apply, and we will get in touch!

Behind the platform is a global team of 850+ people who care about doing the work well. We challenge each other to push boundaries, move fast without cutting corners, and build solutions that genuinely change how finance & tax leaders operate. If you're looking for a place where your work has real reach - and where your growth is part of the deal - this is it.
Discover more about Lucanet as an employer. We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to act as a hybrid quality champion within our engineering department. In this position, you will bridge the gap between manual and automated testing, leading the transition toward a highly automated, AI-assisted QA environment.
You will join the Data Import team, a cross-functional product team that owns one of the most foundational capabilities of the Lucanet platform. It's where the platform starts: the team brings large volumes of customer data into Lucanet, organizes it into reporting entities, and that's what unlocks the entire platform for our customers.
This capability underpins month-end closing and financial reporting for our customers. The team works closely with other product areas within Consolidation Financial Planning and the Data Platform team to ensure reliability, scalability, and data correctness.
From a quality perspective, this area comes with real complexity: high data volumes, complex business rules, and strong expectations around accuracy. The team is actively evolving how quality is owned, moving from traditional QA towards quality engineering and developer-led testing, with QA acting as a strategic partner across the full software development life cycle.
The core mission for this project is to implement a robust 'developer-led testing' methodology. We are actively shifting quality responsibilities to the development team, empowering our developers to write their own tests. Your role will be to act as a quality consultant, guiding, pair-programming, and verifying the work of the developers rather than solely writing tests in isolation. You will also work closely with a wider QA community of seven automation engineers to ensure our testing strategy is scalable.
Perks at work:
Everybody’s different here and we like it that way. At Lucanet, we embrace the unique qualities of every person. We are dedicated to creating an inclusive workplace where all employees can thrive and feel valued. Regardless of your gender identity, sexual orientation, personal expression, racial identity, ethnicity, religious belief, or disability statuses, you are welcome at Lucanet just as you are. Our recruitment process is solely based on qualifications, merit, and organizational needs, ensuring fairness and equal opportunities for all candidates.
We recognize that every person brings a unique blend of skills and experiences. If you believe you will excel in this role, we want to hear from you – even if you do not check every box on the list. We only want to know why you are great for this role, so please avoid including your picture, age, and marital status in your CV.

As we grow across Europe and Latin America, we’re building The Playstack - the technology powering the next generation of sports, gaming, and fan experiences. Join us, and help make it the most widely used platform in the world! From operations, to marketing, to product, we are looking for talented people who will shape how millions of customers play, watch, and connect every day.

This is a role for very special kind of analyst: who love hard problems, thrive in ambiguity, and get energized by moving from messy data to clear insights that drive strategy. You’ll be expected to not just report what happened, but uncovering why, anticipating what’s next, and influencing what we should do about it.
