We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) who will work to ensure the availability of Onapsis Security Products. The SRE will be directly accountable for monitoring, inspecting, troubleshooting, and resolving service and product issues while continuously working with engineering partners to improve telemetry and automation.
What you will be doing, your legacy:
You’ll participate in writing and deploying software to improve the availability, scalability, and efficiency of Onapsis products and services while solving complex problems related to cloud services and remotely deployed products. You’ll also learn from designs, architectures, standards, and methods for large-scale distributed systems.
As a member of the global Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team on the shared full-stack ownership, you’ll understand the end-to-end configuration, technical dependencies, and overall behavioral characteristics of production services.
This role will spend significant time doing "ops" related work such as production issues and service on-call. When not working on operations, you will work on software engineering tasks such as designing and developing systems that increase our reliability and scalability and reduce operational overhead through automation. The ideal SRE candidate is a proficient programmer who has a considerable breadth of knowledge and experience, including areas such as networking, internet protocols, and Linux systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related fields or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience, including DevOps, Software Engineering Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), and on-call rotations, working on highly scalable distributed systems
- 1+ years of programming experience writing code in OOP like Java/Python or Shell scripting
- Experience managing Linux OS (Debian/Ubuntu), Queue servers (RabbitMQ), and Database instances
- Knowledge working with monitoring systems, both APMs and Infrastructure monitoring
- Knowledge using Code Version Control like Git
- Knowledge with orchestration/automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Chef, etc.)
- Knowledge with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience deploying code using CI/CD tools like GiLab Pipelines within change management procedures
- Experience participating in or running incident bridges
- Cloud-native application development and Cloud Technologies in AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience troubleshooting complex software and networking issues
- Customer obsession, passion for delighting customers
- Understanding of cloud concepts, on-premise infrastructure, and platforms
- Proven ability to quickly learn new technical domains and then train others
- Great verbal and written communication skills

Occasional evening or weekend on-call support may be required for critical system releases or emergencies.
Desired skills or interests in:
- Knowledge in cloud support, operations, NOC, or similar is preferred but not required
- Security software development best practices
- Knowledge of test-driven development (TDD), CI / CD tooling, and Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
- Experience with distributed computing and enterprise-wide systems
- Good communicating with users, other technical teams to collect requirements, describe software product features and technical designs

Onapsis is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Operations Analyst to join its legal department. The ideal candidate will contribute to the preparation and review of legal documents, provide insightful analysis to support legal decision-making and to optimize legal processes, data management, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
What you will be doing, your legacy:
Reporting to the Director Legal Operations & Corporate Counsel, the Sr. Legal Analyst will:
- Draft, review and negotiate global supplier agreements, collaborate with internal stakeholders from different departments, support contract executions in a timely method with appropriate legal oversight to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Draft, review and negotiate many types of commercial technology contracts with a diverse set of customers, following the company’s standards, such as NDA’s, SOW’s, Software Order Forms, Master Software License Agreements, Master Services Agreements for On-Prem or SaaS solutions, etc.
- Draft, review and negotiate many types of commercial technology contracts with a diverse set of partners, such as: Managed Services Security Agreements, Reseller Agreements, Subcontractor Agreements, etc.
- Coordinate redlines and negotiation strategies with legal and other stakeholders. Negotiate legal and business terms and collaborate, coordinate and be able to explain risks and implications of contract terms to Legal, the business and other stakeholders.
- Complete gap analysis, review, redline and understand contract language, risks and implications of such language. Defend legal terms on standard internal templates, agreements and third-party paper where necessary.
- Collaborate with Onapsis Legal in the development, oversight and maintenance of relevant contract templates in our CLM Tool and legal database and fallback checklists.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., HR, Finance, Product, Infosec) to ensure legal matters are aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Maintain and optimize the contract database within the CLM tool and legal database, ensuring accurate storage and retrieval of all company commercial agreements electronically.
- Maintain detailed logs of all commercial contracts and legal requests, generating weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on contract status and key terms.
- Conduct legal risk assessments of customer contracts, identifying potential compliance issues, liability risks, and deviations from company policy and submit them to internal decision-makers for discussion and resolution.
- Track contract status and lifecycle, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to continuously improve company contract processes and reduce turnaround times.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Legal Operations, including the implementation of new workflows.
- Assistance in global corporate matters of the group, including subsidiary management and international regulatory compliance.
- Assistance in the administration of the global insurance program, including policy renewals, claims processing, and risk assessments.
- Assistance in the administration and development of the company’s patents and trademarks global portfolio.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in law.
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience

We are looking for self-motivated and enthusiastic Software Engineer who wants to make an impact in the cybersecurity space by continuing to advance, maintain, and enhance our platform features in the areas of application security testing for SAP applications, including the ability to review third-party custom code and transports, and automatic remediation for common code errors.
What you will be doing, your legacy:
Working with leadership, product management, and the Onapsis research team. You will be engaged in evaluating, scoping, proposing, and building features to fulfill business solution requirements to protect our customers. Work collaboratively with a team of cybersecurity researchers, engineers, and product managers to iterate toward product definition and realization. Additionally, you will be working with the Architecture team to take the platform to the next level of maturity in terms of technologies and architecture design while advancing our quality engineering processes to deliver high-quality products and services while also working closely with security and IT professionals to ensure safe and secure systems architectures are followed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related field, or relevant work experience
- 3+ years SAP ABAP experience with in-depth knowledge of general ABAP programming techniques, including ABAP-OO and new ABAP language constructs, BAdI, Enhancements, and dialog programming
- Knowledge of programming lifecycles approaches using Agile Methodology and Scrum and understanding of common programming principles.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of prioritizing workload to complete multiple tasks while meeting committed deadlines
- Self-motivated and team player
- Able to document implementation designs using standard tools (e.g. UML)

- Solid understanding of network and security protocols, including TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, IPSec, DNS, and routing concepts.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and/or Containers Orchestration (Docker & Kubernetes).
- Practical experience automating security tasks using languages like Python.

- The "Deal Strategist": Lead weekly account reviews. You aren't just checking boxes; you are pressure-testing renewal strategies, identifying expansion "white space," and coaching your team on how to navigate complex SAP/Cybersecurity stakeholders.
- Operational Excellence: Partner with the VP of Customer Success to refine the regional customer journey. Document scalable best practices and ensure the team is utilizing "Extreme Ownership" to manage their books of business.
- Cross-Functional Advocacy: Act as the primary regional "Voice of the Customer" for Product and Sales, ensuring that field insights (from your different team portfolios) are synthesized into actionable product requirements.
The "Player": Strategic "North Star" Portfolio (30%)
- Elite Account Management: Personally owns 4–6 of Onapsis’ most complex, high-value flagship / T1 accounts.
- Model the "Gold Standard": Use your personal portfolio to pilot new playbooks, EBR formats, and expansion strategies. You lead by example, showing your team what a "Board-level" business review looks like in the cybersecurity space.

We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our mission-driven team. You will be responsible for building high-performance ETL frameworks, optimizing data platforms, and contributing directly to the enhancement of our customers' threat detection, response, and remediation capabilities.
What you will be doing, your legacy:
You will be working directly with company Principal Engineers evaluating, scoping, proposing, and building features to fulfill business solution requirements to protect our customers. You will play a direct role in laying the technical foundation for a new product offering. Additionally, you will be working with Engineering and DevOps to deliver high-quality products and services while also working closely with security and IT professionals to ensure safe and secure best practices are followed.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and Design Scalable Data Solutions: Design/develop/maintain Data lakehouse solutions (Iceberg/Delta Lake /Hudi) applying industry best practices and structuring / optimizing the data according to data access patterns.

Position Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Engineer, reporting to the Senior Director, Global Sales Engineering. Sales Engineers are the primary technical resource for the field sales force. Sales Engineers are responsible for managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products.
