About the Role
As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to scale and optimize Noom’s affiliate and partnership programs. In this role, you will own the affiliate channel end-to-end, driving customer acquisition, strengthening partner relationships, and expanding program reach through strategic initiatives. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and use data-driven insights to continuously improve performance and unlock new growth opportunities.

Role Overview
A key member in the Pipeline Finance team, serving as the dedicated financial partner for the Pipeline functions, leading Finance Analyst in Data Management, Reporting and Dashboarding, and Analytics support senior management decision making. Based in the US, this role reports directly to our CFO.
This role will take charge of end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis work in the R&D field, support the establishment and optimization of a standardized FP&A system, provide professional financial support for the implementation of R&D strategies, optimal allocation of resources and investment decisions, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and ensure that the R&D financial FP&A work is aligned with the overall financial strategy of Legend and Pipeline BU.
It translates Pipeline strategy into actionable plans for Pipeline projects, provides tailored financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and collaborates with Pipeline leadership, other FP&A colleagues and Pipeline Finance Analysts to ensure financial alignment and data-driven decisions.

The base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $100,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. The Opportunity
As a One Medical Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant (internally known as Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist) at one of our offices, you’ll provide an exceptional experience for our patients and help them accomplish an important part of their care journey by providing venipuncture as well as other clinical support services. You will be an ambassador for patients, with a mastery of human connection and a strong drive for service. You will remove barriers to care, resulting in a truly exceptional in-office patient experience. You are the steward of the space and ensure the look and feel of the office lobby are on brand with the One Medical experience. THE JOB
As a Sonographer, your focus is on ultrasound support for VEG hospitals and training facilities. This means working closely with our emergency doctors to provide same-day ultrasound scans for pets when they need it most. You’ll deal with a variety of patient types and scans, so being comfortable adapting to new scenarios and willing to learn new techniques and think outside the box are all part of your day-to-day. Compensation and Benefits
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate compensation range for this role in New York is $155,000 to 183,000 (including base salary and commissions compensation). Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills and certifications.

The IACT Greek and Israel Engagement Coordinator will lead all initiatives to drive and strengthen Rutgers Hillel’s Birthright Israel programs. The IACT is responsible for the pre- and post-trip student experience, creating a complete and holistic experience that connects students more deeply to Rutgers Hillel and their own Jewish journey. They will plan and implement an exciting and innovative marketing and recruitment strategy for Winter and Summer Birthright Israel trips in consultation with Rutgers Hillel staff members, students, and strategic partners, and then staff those trips. This will include building and cultivating authentic relationships with students, creating engaging events, developing brand-centric marketing materials, supervising a team of recruitment interns, and managing an expansive program budget. The IACT will encourage students to become involved as leaders and participants in student-organized Jewish programming and groups, while directing them to and facilitating their participation in existing Israel-related opportunities on- and off-campus.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who is skilled in building relationships, social media, organizing, marketing, event planning, and program development. The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills and previous successful implementation of creative ideas. THE JOB
As a Sonographer, your focus is on ultrasound support for VEG hospitals and training facilities. This means working closely with our emergency doctors to provide same-day ultrasound scans for pets when they need it most. You’ll deal with a variety of patient types and scans, so being comfortable adapting to new scenarios and willing to learn new techniques and think outside the box are all part of your day-to-day. You’ll also assist in coordinating education opportunities and overall ultrasound training for your home and regional hospitals, inspire and motivate your fellow VEGgies to grow their ultrasound skills, and be ready to pitch in at the hospital whenever and wherever needed.
