What You'll Do:

The Fleet Reliability Operations team is responsible for the day-to-day provisioning, management and uptime of CoreWeave’s ever-expanding fleet of server nodes. Playing a central role in CoreWeave’s growth strategy, this team is on the front line for configuration, updates and remote troubleshooting of our highest tier of supercomputing clusters and their networking, delivery platforms and tools dependencies. You will be in a daily battle with the forces of entropy to maximize the number of nodes CoreWeave can deliver to customers.

We are seeking curious, creative and persistent problem solvers to join our Fleet Reliability Operations team to help us drive batches of server nodes through our provisioning and validation processes while efficiently and effectively troubleshooting node or cluster problems as they arise. This individual will join a team of committed engineers working to deploy nodes as fast as they can be racked and turned on. 

• Configure and maintain large-scale high-performance supercomputing clusters running state-of-the-art GPUs
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues; escalate and coordinate as needed with data center, network, hardware and platform teams to drive resolution
• Monitor and analyze system performance and take appropriate remediation actions for cloud health
• Approach your work with flexibility and optimism anticipating shifting business and technical priorities
• Create and maintain documentation of team processes, knowledge and best practices for system management

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Linux system administration and internals
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues and perform system maintenance tasks consistently and reliably
• Software development or scripting languages (bash, python, powershell, etc)

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 + years of experience troubleshooting or administering data center or on-prem infrastructure (servers, storage, network or a mix)
• Grafana, Prometheus, promsql queries or similar observability platforms

The base salary range for this role is $83,000 to $110,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Your Responsibilities 

• Manage all building services and preventative maintenance programs to the best of industries practices, the Scion’s Standard Operating Procedures, and in compliance with the State/Federal Govt./OSHA’s Codes/regulations.

What You’ll Do:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainable Data Center Design Manager to lead sustainability-driven design initiatives across our data center construction projects and engineering design. This cross-functional role sits within the Data Center Engineering team but will collaborate closely with Corporate Sustainability to ensure alignment with our long-term energy, carbon-reduction, and resource-efficiency goals.

About the Role:

The focus of this role is on embedding sustainability into data center design, ensuring that projects integrate onsite renewables, energy-efficiency strategies, low-carbon materials, water-conservation measures, and alternative refrigerants. The successful candidate will drive cost justification, technical evaluation, and implementation of solar, battery storage, grid interactivity, high-efficiency mechanical and electrical systems, and lifecycle carbon analysis within data center projects.

Acting as the primary technical lead for sustainable design strategies, this individual will work closely with architects, engineers, sustainability consultants, and construction teams to ensure that sustainability best practices are incorporated from concept to construction.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Chief Engineer is responsible for planning, organizing and directing the activities of the engineering department staff in coordination with the Chief Engineer and Property Manager. The Assistant Chief Engineer is responsible for investigating, estimating, planning and scheduling labor and materials for all operational and capital projects. Administering maintenance service contracts in conformance with established policies, procedures, and regulations of the Durst Organization Management Standards. Additionally, manages and implements efficient engineering work policies, procedures and PM programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to the Union Labor Operating Engineering staff to develop operational culture and improve overall building performance.

• Provide technical support for the facility in terms of plant operations, critical utilities, and operations cost control, and overall equipment effectiveness.

What You'll Do:

Space Planning

● Analyze office utilization and occupancy data to provide leadership with insights on how the space is used and where improvements can be made.

Team Management and Collaboration

● Manage local team members and provide guidance and support within the region to foster a collaborative environment and ensure alignment with workplace objectives.
● Serve as the primary liaison between regional and global teams to maintain clear lines of communication and ensure local needs are represented in global strategy.
● Collaborate with site partners and stakeholders to ensure workplace operations seamlessly support departmental goals, from employee experience to fiscal compliance.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in workplace operations or facilities management, with a proven track record in a "Lead" or "Senior" capacity.

The Head of Renovations & Facilities is responsible for the strategy, execution, and performance of all facilities operations across Success Academy’s portfolio, including 59 schools in New York City, 5 schools in Miami, and K–12 campuses. This role leads the full lifecycle of facilities management—from day-to-day operations and preventative maintenance to capital planning and renovations—ensuring all buildings are safe, compliant, and aligned to the organization’s standards for quality and experience.

Reporting to the Executive of Operations, Enrollment, Board Relations, Renovations & Facilities, this leader oversees a multi-functional team and external vendor network to deliver consistent, high-quality building operations at scale. The role is accountable for setting and executing a strategic facilities roadmap, managing departmental budgets, and ensuring the right systems, processes, and expertise are in place to support both immediate operational needs and long-term portfolio growth.

The Head of Renovations & Facilities drives performance across all core building systems—including fire and life safety, security, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and vertical transportation—while also overseeing custodial services, grounds maintenance, food service coordination, and space management. Facilities Manager, Retail 

The Facilities Manager, Retail is responsible for the day-to-day facilities operations of Reformation’s retail fleet, including coordinating reactive and preventive maintenance, and managing vendors within Service Channel.

This role is highly operational and hands-on, acting as the primary point of contact for store teams, vendors, and internal partners to ensure retail environments are safe, functional, on-brand, and operating with minimal disruption.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, systems-driven, calm under pressure, and deeply experienced in managing retail facilities at scale, someone who thrives in the daily rhythm of incoming tickets, setting priorities, and providing accessible store support.

This role is hybrid and based out of New York, supporting a global retail fleet. 

What You’ll Do:

Retail Facilities Operations 

• Own day-to-day facilities operations across Reformation’s global retail fleet, ensuring timely, cost-effective resolution of maintenance issues with minimal disruption to store teams and customer experience.
• Act as a trusted strategic partner to Store Leaders and Retail Operations, balancing urgency with prioritization, and proactively identifying recurring issues before they escalate.
• Monitor operational trends across markets, using Service Channel data and store feedback to reduce repeat repairs and improve overall store uptime.
• Provide support for Corporate Facilities operations as needed, ensuring alignment in standards, vendor performance, and service levels across retail and corporate environments.

Service Channel Platform 

• Act as a power user of Service Channel for Retail Facilities.
• Ensure all work orders are triaged, prioritized, dispatched, tracked, and closed out in line with defined SLAs, budget parameters, and quality standards.
• Conduct routine audits of work orders across stores for accuracy, scope validation, pricing compliance, completion quality, and vendor performance; identify trends and root causes to reduce repeat issues.
• Develop and maintain standardized reporting dashboards to monitor WO volume, aging, SLA adherence, spend by category, recurring issues, and vendor KPIs.
• Deliver weekly and monthly reporting insights to Facilities leadership and Finance, highlighting cost drivers, operational risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Build strong workflows and accountability across vendors, store teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring ServiceChannel remains the single source of truth.
• Partner with Finance to support invoice approvals, budget tracking, variance analysis, and cost controls within the platform.

Vendor & Contractor Management

• Own day-to-day relationships with regional and national service providers (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, locksmiths, general maintenance, etc.), ensuring consistent service delivery across all retail locations.
• Hold vendors accountable to defined performance standards, SLAs, pricing agreements, scope compliance, and safety requirements; proactively address performance gaps and drive corrective action when needed.
• Lead onboarding of new vendors, including vetting, insurance compliance, rate alignment, and Service Channel integration.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize vendor coverage by market, balancing quality, responsiveness, cost efficiency, and redundancy to reduce operational risk.
• Partner with store teams to gather feedback on vendor performance and translate insights into measurable improvements.

Preventive Maintenance & Operational Standards

• Own and continuously refine the preventive maintenance (PM) program to reduce reactive work orders, minimize downtime, and extend asset life across the retail fleet.
• Analyze PM performance data and recurring repair trends to proactively adjust scopes, frequencies, and vendor strategies.
• Ensure all stores operate in compliance with applicable safety, health, and regulatory requirements, partnering with Legal, People, and Risk as needed.
• Establish and uphold clear operational standards for facilities execution across all markets, driving consistency in quality, response times, and documentation.
• Partner cross-functionally with Retail, Operations, IT, and Sustainability to align facilities standards with evolving business needs.

Budget & Reporting

• Track retail facilities' spend and identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.

• Support forecasting and budget planning in partnership with Facilities leadership and Finance.

Compensation:

At Reformation, we believe in transparency and equity when it comes to compensation. For this role, the anticipated base salary range is $80,000 - $105,000 + 10% bonus eligibility, depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity.

We are seeking a person who can act not only as a subject matter expert on ABB VFDs but also demonstrate familiarity with other related HVAC equipment and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide over-the-phone and email troubleshooting for end-users, contractors, and the in-house service team as the primary escalation contact.
• Offer onsite troubleshooting assistance when necessary; use metering equipment for VFDs and control systems.
• Train the service team in traditional VFD start-ups and troubleshooting; maintain and provide training to owners and contractors, ranging from 30 minutes to a full day.
• Develop and support in-house demos for engineer/customer visits.
• Assist inside/outside salespeople in identifying the correct VFD for applications, and review specifications with salespeople.

The NYISO’s  Operations department invites applications for a full-time Planning Engineer to join the Demand Forecasting and Analysis team.

The NYISO Demand Forecasting and Analysis team is responsible for predictive modeling and data analytics that span both short-term (from 5-minutes up to one week ahead) and long-term (10 years or more) time horizons, and gives substantial consideration to regional trends in energy efficiency, energy storage, distributed solar photovoltaics, and electrification of the heating and transportation sectors.

The primary responsibility of this position is to develop and maintain analytical and statistical models of residential, commercial, and industrial end-use data in order to produce long term energy and demand forecasts These end-uses include HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), lighting, refrigeration, industrial motor end uses, solar photovoltaics, electric vehicles, and energy storage systems.  These models are used for quantifying and forecasting the volume and peak demand of end user consumption (load) across the New York Control Area (NYCA). This position will assist in the monitoring of activities in energy efficiency, Distributed Energy Resources (DER), and public policy programs and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to update and enhance forecasting and analysis methods as a subject-matter expert.  This position will also assist in the preparation of the annual Load and Capacity Data Report (“Gold Book”) and supporting forecasts and analyses.  

The Planning Engineer is expected to perform the duties below independently with limited direct supervision from DFA management or senior staff. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Develop and implement procedures for constructing energy consumption metrics related to HVAC, lighting, refrigeration, and other end uses across all major consumer sectors (e.g., residential, commercial, and industrial).
• Building and assessing statistical, engineering, and analytical models of actual end-use energy under typical and extreme weather conditions across the NYCA.
• Participate in performing and reviewing analytical and statistical end-use system studies from third parties such as NYSERDA, EIA, NREL and others in support of the development of more accurate descriptions of end-use consumption and customer behavior.
• Develop long-term forecasts of demand side DER impacts, which may consist of energy efficiency, solar PV, codes and standards, distributed energy, electric vehicles, energy storage, or other technologies.
• Assist in producing grid electrification impacts by applying knowledge of thermal energy conversion methods to account for transition from fossil-based energy usage to electric energy usage and including the estimated reduction in CO2 emissions due to fossil fuels. 
• Communicate and coordinate with New York equipment owners, e.g., DER aggregators, Transmission Owners, and DER databank representatives (e.g., NYSERDA) to maintain accurate capacity information and representative samples DER performance data. 
• Track and report on the growth of such large loads as data centers and computer chip fabrication facilities in the New York Control Area, including ramp schedules and electric demands.  
• Represent NYISO on industry committees, task forces, or stakeholder groups involving issues related to Transmission District and NYCA level end-use and DER modeling. 
• Participate in preparing and maintaining NYISO technical support documentation. 
• Advise and assist with coordination and preparation of the annual Load and Capacity Data Report.

• Assist with the evaluation of new technology, tools, and data sets. Incorporate approved technology, data sets and tools to enhance the forecast model development process. 
• Consult with System and Resource Planning department staff to assess the locational hosting capacity of DER resources represented in network model base cases and associated auxiliary files.
• Collaborate with Demand Forecasting and Analysis data scientists and senior staff in integrating as appropriate long-term trends in technology penetrations and large loads in the short-term demand and energy forecast models. 

Qualifications include:

• A passion for transforming data into actionable information for decision making
• Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Mathematics, Applied Science and Math, Economics, Data Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
• Two to three years of related experience in load forecasting, operations research, load research, applied statistics, or mathematics required; or an equivalent combination of education, experience and training
• Experience in analyzing and modeling residential and commercial end-use technologies (e.g. heating, cooling, refrigeration, and residential small/commercial scale solar photovoltaics and storage) is required
• Experience documenting methods and data insights for technical bulletins/papers, proposals and presentations
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
• Ability to query data from SQL databases, large datasets, and files
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of VBA
• Proficiency in at least one advanced programming language (e.g., Python, R, MATLAB, SAS); familiarity with SAS and/or Python is a plus

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret energy forecasting and statistical concepts and methodologies applicable to NYISO energy and peak demand forecasting activities.
• Intermediate competency in Windows operating environment using MS Office applications, e-mail, and internet programs. 
• Demonstrated ability to extract data sets from internal and external relational databases and data warehouses. Competency in writing software to manipulate and analyze large databases through such applications as SAS, R, or Python.  Advanced competency in use of proprietary forecasting tools such as MetrixND and MetrixLT load analysis and forecasting software.

About the Job

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising and performing all maintenance and repair activities to machinery, equipment, and facility. This position will perform a variety of maintenance functions in and around the facility, which includes providing routine, emergency, and scheduled maintenance to the building and associated equipment. The Maintenance Supervisor will perform manual tasks and preventive maintenance and maintain the facility in top condition while managing and assisting others on the team.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate with management to schedule repairs and preventive maintenance of all AC units and dehumidifiers through the facility 
• Inspect, repair machinery, and replace or install equipment such as fans, dehumidifiers, railings, lights, drives, doors, ramps and etc.
• Keep records on preventive maintenance of all equipment
• Add proven improvement processes to all Preventative Maintenance and Turn schedule
• Arrange, assemble, install, and maintain irrigation systems and troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Utilize, maintain, and repair power tools and mobile equipment.
• Conduct daily visual Inspections inside and outside of the facility
• Basic plumbing repairs such as plugged sewer lines, urinals, commodes, faucets and water valve.
• Assist with the operation and arrangement of sanitation area when needed.
• Inspection of facilities and equipment to ensure company standards and safety regulations are being maintained.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Maintain general facility maintenance and troubleshooting as necessary.
• Establishes and implements policies and procedures to respond to facilities and safety-related issues.
• Meets maintenance financial standards by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.
• Direct supervision of maintenance staff. Indirectly supervises contracted cleaning staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

Compensation Description (annually): The salary range for this position in the selected city is $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually.
