What you’ll do:
- Lead customer interactions, communications, and identifying ways to get the most value out of the product.
- Serve as the client manager during implementation to understand their business operations, manage client expectations and ensure end-user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with software developers and engineers about requirements for API integration, data conversion, and business logic.
- Deliver formal training to client project team members and/or end-users.
- Provide knowledge transfer to internal team members throughout the onboarding process.
- Provide support by demonstrating knowledge of products, services, and best practices.
- Track and communicate client issues and proactively troubleshoot and resolve problems.
- Manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and milestones.
- Demonstrate industry knowledge and expertise through advice and recommendations and ability to communicate about client’s maintenance, operations, and management needs.
- Collaborate with internal colleagues on product, marketing, sales, account management, and other initiatives - past experience in one or more of these areas is a plus
About you:
- Relevant experience in one or more of the following: software implementation, customer onboarding, application engineer, business consulting, maintenance, reliability, operations, engineering, and/or construction.
- BEng degree or equivalent years of experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, maintenance, or similar space is a benefit.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent client relationship skills and ability to manage client expectations.
- Experience working with clients at multiple levels within the organization.
- Understanding of business requirements definition, review of functional specifications, user training, and deployment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality and client satisfaction.
- Savvy with technology and capacity to become an expert in our software in a short period of time.
- Self-starter comfortable working with minimal oversight and tight deadlines.
- Membership in one or more professional organizations and/or professional certifications related to this role is a plus.
- Ability to learn the MaintainX product within 30 days to advise customers.

What you'll be doing
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles.
- Building containerized applications and managing Kubernetes clusters, with a focus on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
- Developing and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines using modern tools like ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins for rapid deployment.

What we're looking for

You might also have

About the role

Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent experience with Power generation
- More than two years of experience in field services, working as field service engineer with complex electrical systems and Power Generation experience.
- Sound knowledge of and hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning and repairing of Power equipment.
- Experience with multiple/paralleling generator control system start-ups utilizing multi-function protection relays (Basler, GE or Schweitzer) and multi-function engine controllers (Woodward & ComAp) a plus
- Knowledge of servicing industrial equipment and strong software
- The ability to make changes in the field to HMI screen & PLC ladder logic programming is highly desirable
- Being an excellent team player, having strong communication skills and an ability to work independently without supervision a must Current Passport/Work Permit valid in Canada and United States of America.
- Ability to travel within Canada and to the United States of America and must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Developing the Unity platform means designing, building, testing, and maintaining the systems that empower developers to ship and operate live games at scale. The Diagnostics team sits inside Unity's LiveOps umbrella and is responsible for the data that tells creators how their games are actually behaving in the wild — crash reports from the Unity runtime, telemetry and observability across customer projects, product health analysis, and the Unity Dashboard surfaces that put that data back in developers' hands.
We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to join the Diagnostics team as a backend-leaning generalist. You will lead end-to-end design across our stack — ingest from millions of game clients, pipelines built on OpenTelemetry, a ClickHouse-based data lake, and the dashboard surfaces customers depend on — and you will partner closely with the Data, IAP, Profiler, and DevX teams on the integrations that make Diagnostics useful. Our stack is Go (primary), Kotlin, TypeScript, and C#. This is a small, autonomous team where senior judgment compounds: you will shape how the team designs, reviews, and ships, including how we work with agentic AI tools as a core part of the craft.
What you'll be doing
- Lead end-to-end design across ingest, pipelines, ClickHouse storage and query, and the dashboards developers rely on.
- Write and maintain high-quality Go services that handle attacker-controlled inputs at scale, with strong attention to reliability, performance, and clean data contracts.
- Raise the bar on code review and AI-assisted output review — set the norms the team uses when shipping work alongside coding agents.
- Partner across teams (Data, IAP, Unity Profiler, DevX, Analytics) to design integrations that hold up under real production load and real customer needs.
- Mentor engineers across the team, share patterns broadly, and decompose ambiguous problems into the highest-value path forward.
What we're looking for
- Production experience with Go in high-throughput services, plus comfort moving across a backend-leaning generalist surface (ingest, pipelines, OLAP/columnar storage and query, dashboards when needed).
- Demonstrated senior-level judgment: a track record of leading cross-cutting design, raising the engineering bar, and mentoring peers and ICs around you.
- Real, hands-on fluency with agentic AI workflows — you have used coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor agent mode, Gemini CLI, or similar) on real work, formed informed opinions about their trade-offs, and built harnesses, prompts, or sub-agents that hold up under variance. You review model output as rigorously as PR code, and can defend any line of it in your own words.
- Experience designing for and querying NoSQL or OLAP/columnar data stores (ClickHouse a plus), and a working understanding of data pipelines end to end.
- Excellent collaboration and communication, with the ability to work effectively across teams and time zones.
You might also have
- Genuine interest or experience in observability and telemetry (OpenTelemetry especially) — this is our bread and butter.
- Front-end experience with TypeScript and contributions to dashboard-style surfaces. Backend is the primary lens for this role; front-end capability is a welcome bonus, not a daily expectation.
- Production experience with Kotlin, or C# exposure on the engine side.

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to own the constraint-solving engine behind our Scheduling Agent, one of the most strategic bets on our Planning & Scheduling roadmap. The engine is a Python service built on CP-SAT that takes work orders, technicians, and a mix of hard and soft constraints, and produces a feasible weekly schedule that enterprise maintenance teams can trust. Your focus will be evolving the solver to handle increasingly complex, real-world scheduling scenarios and exposing it as tools for GenAI agent workflows.
This is a high-ownership role. You'll have the space to shape the modeling approach, partner closely with product and design on what scheduler users actually need, and ship iteratively against feedback from real enterprise customers.
What you'll do
- Own and evolve the Python optimization service that powers the Scheduling Agent, modeling, solving, and iterating on the constraint formulation as new use cases emerge.
- Design and implement increasingly sophisticated scheduling capabilities: trade and crew constraints, irregular capacity patterns, production downtime windows, multi-site considerations, and reactive re-scheduling.
- Build and maintain API routes and tools that expose the solver to GenAI agent workflows (tool calling, structured input/output).
- Partner with PM and design to translate messy real-world scheduling problems into solver constraints, and push back when "optimal" isn't what users actually want.
- Iterate the solver with real users via design partnerships and pilot deployments. Take feedback from human schedulers seriously and reflect it back into the model.
- Contribute to the surrounding Python service: performance, observability, testing, and reliability of the optimization runtime.
- Help shape how scheduling intelligence integrates with the broader MaintainX product over time, including learning from execution data to improve solver inputs.
About you
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with significant time spent on optimization, constraint programming, or operations research problems shipped to real users.
- Strong fluency with CP-SAT and at least one other optimization paradigm (MILP via Gurobi/CPLEX/HiGHS, metaheuristics, or similar). You've hit the limits of one approach and made informed choices about when to use which.
- Solid Python service engineering: APIs, async, testing, profiling, observability. You can own a production service end-to-end.
- Academic grounding in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field, at minimum a strong undergraduate foundation; advanced degrees are common in this space but not required.
- Track record of iterating optimization systems with real users, you've felt what happens when a human rejects the "optimal" answer and you've redesigned the model in response.
- Product mindset and delivery orientation, you ship, you measure, you iterate. You think about the user outcome, not just the objective function.
- Comfort with ambiguity. You can co-design the constraint data model with the team rather than waiting for a clean spec.
- Familiarity with GenAI tooling (LLM tool calling, structured output, prompt design for constrained generation) is expected.
Nice to have
- Experience at a known, reputable product company shipping optimization or scheduling products at scale.
- Exposure to learning-augmented optimization, using historical execution data to estimate durations, priors, or constraint weights.

The opportunity
We're looking for a talented Production Reliability Engineer to join our PRE Build and Deploy team based in Montreal, Canada. The ideal candidate understands the different requirements that are brought upon by continuous deployment and high-availability. In this position you work directly with development teams and partner organizations, owning and evolving the CI/CD platform that enables Unity's engineering organization to ship with confidence. From building standardized deployment pipelines and GitOps workflows, to designing self-service tooling and runner infrastructure. This means treating infrastructure-as-code as a foundational principle and driving things properly end-to-end once the direction is established.

- You'll get to work on a team focused on helping developers ship with confidence, owning the platform that powers CI/CD for Unity's engineering organization, including deployment standardization, GitOps pipelines, CI/CD infrastructures, and develop/improve self-service tooling empowerment

About The Role
Join our applications engineering team as an Additive Applications Engineer and become the go-to technical resource for our customers. In this customer-facing role, you'll be the first line of support, helping businesses successfully integrate our 3D printing solutions into their workflows through hands-on troubleshooting, on-site training, and proactive guidance. You'll work closely with both customers and internal teams to solve real problems and drive meaningful outcomes.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, diagnosing and resolving printing and process challenges with a solutions-first mindset
- Conduct structured root-cause analyses and failure investigations to resolve recurring or complex issues
- Deliver on-site customer training, installations, and advanced troubleshooting visits across North America
- Develop material profiles and optimize 3D printing process parameters across a range of applications and materials
- Create high-quality training materials, printing guides, and technical documentation that empower customers to self-serve
- Apply Design for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM) principles to support customers with complex geometry and process challenges
- Conduct material testing and characterization studies to improve print quality and reliability
- Log customer interactions, cases, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM (HubSpot)
- Provide pre-sales technical support and design consultation
- Represent AON3D at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings
- Contribute to application notes and case studies that support the broader customer base
What We Are Looking For
- Post-secondary degree in engineering, science, additive manufacturing, or a related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in an applications engineering or technical support role within the 3D printing or advanced manufacturing industry
- Strong troubleshooting instincts and comfort with structured root-cause analysis
- Genuine interest in working directly with customers and solving their technical challenges
- Proficiency with CAD software and DfAM principles
- Experience with FFF/FDM 3D printing processes and slicing software (PrusaSlicer or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to travel visa-free within Canada and the United States (up to 25% of the time)
- Preferred:
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms for managing customer cases and communications
- Hands-on experience with high-performance engineering materials (PEEK, PEKK, PEI, PI)
- Knowledge of thermoplastic material science and industrial applications
- Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001, AS9100)
- Experience with design of experiments (DOE) or statistical analysis
- Background in manufacturing processes beyond additive manufacturing
- Project management experience
