What we’re looking for

• 6+ years of professional experience building modern, scalable, high-performing backend services, demonstrating strong fundamentals in type-driven development practices;
• Professional experience deploying applications and managed services within AWS, including API Gateway, Lambda, Step Functions, and deep expertise in infrastructure as code with AWS CDK, Terraform, or similar frameworks;
• Advanced skill in NoSQL database modeling with DynamoDB (including Single Table Design) and deep knowledge of relational databases such as Postgres to power AppDirect's data infrastructure;
• Experience with Go is an asset;
• Strong experience building RESTful APIs and understanding of microservice event-driven design, ideally utilizing Amazon EventBridge to build resilient, distributed systems;
• A desire to hold yourself and the team to high standards while evaluating technical trade-offs and delivering balanced solutions that move AppDirect forward;
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills, a positive and solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a hybrid organization where flexible schedules require asynchronous communication;
• Communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written form, collaborating seamlessly across distributed development teams.

Our Vector AI team plays a crucial role in shaping the future of Unity’s monetization products. We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer (Distributed Systems) to scale the next generation of high-scale inference systems for Unity Ads.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the backend infrastructure that powers our large-scale advertising models, with a focus on the performance, reliability, and scalability of inference systems. You will collaborate closely with machine learning research, product, and engineering teams to build and operate the critical services that support our advertising capabilities.

What you'll be doing

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance, and production-grade backend services and distributed systems to support large-scale model inference.
• Contribute significantly to the technical roadmap and design of our inference platform, focusing on low-latency, high-throughput services.
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our systems in production using monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Partner cross-functionally with data science, product, and engineering teams to align platform capabilities with strategic business goals.
• Manage and optimize our cloud infrastructure (GCP) and orchestrate workloads with Kubernetes.

What we're looking for

• Background in Software Engineering or a related technical field.
• Extensive hands-on experience designing, deploying, and maintaining distributed systems at scale, including managing cloud infrastructure on GCP and orchestrating workloads with Kubernetes.
• Expertise in Golang for building high-performance, low-latency systems and infrastructure.
• Deep experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
• Familiarity with microservice architectures, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Core Experiences Team. Required:

• 3+ in Windows desktop application development using Windows App SDK, WinUI (or similar), C#, XAML — and ideally additional experience with native Windows code (C++, Win32/WinRT/COM).
• Deep understanding of Windows application architecture, including interop between managed code (.NET) and native code.

• Experience with writing automated tests for UI — unit tests, integration tests, UI automation tests; familiarity with relevant testing frameworks.
• Experience with performance optimization for desktop apps (memory usage, startup time, rendering performance, high-DPI support, responsiveness under load).
• Experience with localization/globalization, right-to-left UI support, internationalization, accessibility for multiple regions.
• Familiarity with telemetry, analytics, crash reporting, logging, and error monitoring in desktop applications.
• Previous experience in shaping CI/CD workflows, release pipelines, and deployment strategies for desktop applications.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of feature areas or modules and drive them long-term, including maintenance, refactoring, and technical debt management.

Overview

We're looking to hire for our Data side of our AI team at Speechify. This role is responsible for all aspects of data collection to support our model training operations. We are able to build high-quality datasets at petabyte-scale and low cost through a tight integration of infrastructure, engineering, and research work. We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join us.

What You’ll Do

• Be scrappy to find new sources of audio data and bring it into our ingestion pipeline
• Operate and extend the cloud infrastructure for our ingestion pipeline, currently running on GCP and managed with Terraform.
• Collaborate closely with our Scientists to shift the cost/throughput/quality frontier, delivering richer data at bigger scale and lower cost to power our next-generation models.
• Collaborate with others on the AI Team and Speechify Leadership to craft the AI Team’s dataset roadmap to power Speechify’s next-generation consumer and enterprise products.

An Ideal Candidate Should Have

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of industry experience in software development.
• Proficiency with bash/Python scripting in Linux environments
• Proficiency in Docker and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts and professional experience with at least one major Cloud Provider (we use GCP)
• Experience with web crawlers, large-scale data processing workflows is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to join the Diagnostics team as a backend-leaning generalist. You will lead end-to-end design across our stack — ingest from millions of game clients, pipelines built on OpenTelemetry, a ClickHouse-based data lake, and the dashboard surfaces customers depend on — and you will partner closely with the Data, IAP, Profiler, and DevX teams on the integrations that make Diagnostics useful. Our stack is Go (primary), Kotlin, TypeScript, and C#. This is a small, autonomous team where senior judgment compounds: you will shape how the team designs, reviews, and ships, including how we work with agentic AI tools as a core part of the craft.

What you'll be doing

• Lead end-to-end design across ingest, pipelines, ClickHouse storage and query, and the dashboards developers rely on.
• Write and maintain high-quality Go services that handle attacker-controlled inputs at scale, with strong attention to reliability, performance, and clean data contracts.
• Raise the bar on code review and AI-assisted output review — set the norms the team uses when shipping work alongside coding agents.
• Partner across teams (Data, IAP, Unity Profiler, DevX, Analytics) to design integrations that hold up under real production load and real customer needs.
• Mentor engineers across the team, share patterns broadly, and decompose ambiguous problems into the highest-value path forward.

What we're looking for

• Production experience with Go in high-throughput services, plus comfort moving across a backend-leaning generalist surface (ingest, pipelines, OLAP/columnar storage and query, dashboards when needed).
• Demonstrated senior-level judgment: a track record of leading cross-cutting design, raising the engineering bar, and mentoring peers and ICs around you.
• Real, hands-on fluency with agentic AI workflows — you have used coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor agent mode, Gemini CLI, or similar) on real work, formed informed opinions about their trade-offs, and built harnesses, prompts, or sub-agents that hold up under variance. You review model output as rigorously as PR code, and can defend any line of it in your own words.
• Experience designing for and querying NoSQL or OLAP/columnar data stores (ClickHouse a plus), and a working understanding of data pipelines end to end.
• Excellent collaboration and communication, with the ability to work effectively across teams and time zones.

You might also have

• Genuine interest or experience in observability and telemetry (OpenTelemetry especially) — this is our bread and butter.
• Front-end experience with TypeScript and contributions to dashboard-style surfaces. Backend is the primary lens for this role; front-end capability is a welcome bonus, not a daily expectation.
• Production experience with Kotlin, or C# exposure on the engine side.
• Gaming background — context for how developers consume diagnostics, what game performance and profiling actually mean to them.
• Habits around handling user data responsibly: thinking about trust boundaries, retention, hygienic logging (no PII, no tokens, no full payloads), and threat-modeling features before writing them.

The opportunity
Developing the Unity platform means designing, building, testing, and maintaining the systems that empower developers to ship and operate live games at scale. The Diagnostics team sits inside Unity's LiveOps umbrella and is responsible for the data that tells creators how their games are actually behaving in the wild — crash reports from the Unity runtime, telemetry and observability across customer projects, product health analysis, and the Unity Dashboard surfaces that put that data back in developers' hands.

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to join the Diagnostics team as a backend-leaning generalist. You will lead end-to-end design across our stack — ingest from millions of game clients, pipelines built on OpenTelemetry, a ClickHouse-based data lake, and the dashboard surfaces customers depend on — and you will partner closely with the Data, IAP, Profiler, and DevX teams on the integrations that make Diagnostics useful. Our stack is Go (primary), Kotlin, TypeScript, and C#. This is a small, autonomous team where senior judgment compounds: you will shape how the team designs, reviews, and ships, including how we work with agentic AI tools as a core part of the craft.

What you'll be doing

• Lead end-to-end design across ingest, pipelines, ClickHouse storage and query, and the dashboards developers rely on.
• Write and maintain high-quality Go services that handle attacker-controlled inputs at scale, with strong attention to reliability, performance, and clean data contracts.
• Raise the bar on code review and AI-assisted output review — set the norms the team uses when shipping work alongside coding agents.

What we're looking for

• Production experience with Go in high-throughput services, plus comfort moving across a backend-leaning generalist surface (ingest, pipelines, OLAP/columnar storage and query, dashboards when needed).
• Demonstrated senior-level judgment: a track record of leading cross-cutting design, raising the engineering bar, and mentoring peers and ICs around you.
• Real, hands-on fluency with agentic AI workflows — you have used coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor agent mode, Gemini CLI, or similar) on real work, formed informed opinions about their trade-offs, and built harnesses, prompts, or sub-agents that hold up under variance. You review model output as rigorously as PR code, and can defend any line of it in your own words.
• Experience designing for and querying NoSQL or OLAP/columnar data stores (ClickHouse a plus), and a working understanding of data pipelines end to end.

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to drive the technical delivery of MaintainX’s compliance and multi-region deployments, including both single-tenant and multi-tenant environments, starting with our FedRAMP-focused AWS GovCloud environment. This role is highly hands-on and combines application development, infrastructure work, and cross-team collaboration to ensure our regulated and regional deployments stay aligned with our commercial SaaS architecture while meeting strict compliance, security, and operational requirements.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and implement shift-left practices and tooling that support reliable release cycles in high-compliance and multi-region environments.
• Own and evolve core technical components that support compliance and regional deployments, including provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management.

We are looking for Full-Stack Developers to join our Connected Data team in the Engineering Organization. This role has openings at Senior+ level positions.

The Connected Data team’s mission is to connect our customers’ siloed operational data to MaintainX — through integrations, sensor management, and the APIs that make it all possible. We own the systems that ingest, normalize, and surface the data that powers MaintainX’s automations and asset intelligence, including our Connectors (Ignition, Kepware, MQTT/Sparkplug B), our On-Premise Agent, and the Automation and Alerting engine. Summary: 

The Senior Production Coordinator reports directly to the Production Department Manager. The role supports APM(s)/DPM(s)/Producer(s) by coordinating a team of artists on a show, possibly in multiple teams or departments. The ideal candidate must have extensive coordinating experience in VFX Feature Film, CG Animation, and/or Game production, with good people and self management skills. A minimum of 4 years experience working in VFX Feature Film, CG animation Feature Film, or Game production is required. 

What you'll be doing:

The following tasks provide a general overview of the types of activity the role holder will be expected to engage in on a day-to-day basis. The tasks are not intended to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities as the nature of our business requires all employees to be flexible, self-motivated and to think creatively when presented with challenges:

• Preparing playlists for team touchbases and rounds

You will be responsible for how large language models are integrated into our core platform and how our engineering team adopts agentic workflows. This is a hands-on, production-focused role, not a research one. We are seeking a PHP Developer with 2+ years of experience to join our Solutions team. You will help build and maintain the backend systems and integrations that power FlightHub's search and booking infrastructure. Working within a complex, high-traffic software landscape, you will contribute to systems that process millions of daily requests across multiple content suppliers. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you bring the passion and determination to solve complex problems without ready-made solutions.
