About the Role

We are seeking a Staff Data Developer to join our Data & Intelligence division. Reporting to the Director of Data Engineering, you will design and implement scalable, complex data pipelines and infrastructure to power our data products.

As a senior member of the team, you’ll collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to enhance the reliability and performance of our data systems, while influencing the enterprise-wide data architecture. You will also mentor junior engineers and drive best practices in data engineering.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, cost-effective, and reliable data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure alignment with product and customer success teams.
• Architect and implement data storage solutions (data lakes, warehouses, real-time processing systems) and supporting cloud infrastructure.
• Optimize pipelines for performance, scalability, cost-efficiency, and automation.

What You Bring to the Team

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with data software development.
• Experience with AlayaCare’s stack (Python, PHP, Vue.JS, AWS).
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science, mathematics, or related fields.
• Strong skills in DBT, SQL, Python, Snowflake, Iceberg, Spark, and AWS (ECS, S3, Aurora, RDS).
• Experience with streaming technologies such as Kafka, Kinesis, and Flink.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Expertise in dimensional data modeling and semantic layer design.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies.

The Developer Productivity team supports the software development ecosystem used by thousands of engineers to develop and maintain MongoDB Server and developer tools in a complex matrix of multi-platform self-hosted products and multi-cloud hosted environments. Our tools and services, as well as our domain expertise, ensure that MongoDB developers can ship high quality products quickly, confidently, and securely. 

As a senior staff engineer you’ll be responsible for helping shape the future of our developer ecosystem and ensure we take advantage of the rapidly-evolving engineering landscape. You will partner with engineering leadership across the company to identify system-wide opportunities to accelerate developer velocity and efficiency, enhancing smart data collection and integrating analytics assistants that produce actionable insights every step of the way.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the developer productivity domain in large engineering environments, including building, and operationalizing complex, reliable systems
• Strong experience supporting one or more of C++, Java, Go, Python, Rust, Node, Typescript
• Strong understanding of DevOps culture and tooling
• Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines, common deployment models and infrastructure, and various techniques used to safely roll changes into production environments
• Hands-on experience implementing metrics and observability tools and best practices, as well as data processing pipeline technologies such as Iceberg, Trino, Kafka
• Proven track record of driving technical execution and vision for organizations with 50+ team members
• Skilled in advocating for and representing the needs of a 1000+ customer base to internal platform teams

Responsibilities

• Drive strong operational excellence standards for internal software development tools and services, helping define golden paths that optimize the efficiency and velocity of our engineering organization
• Design software development systems to ensure best practices and champion industry standards
• Advise Engineering partners on technical implications of systems design with regards to complexity, testability, and maintainability
• Lead development and project management of some of the largest projects within MongoDB to improve developer productivity and software quality, particularly around data-driven insights and optimizations
• Provide technical mentorship and leadership to the Developer Productivity organization, promoting best practices and fostering team growth

Bonus points if the candidate has experience with:

• Strong systems fundamentals, including testing and monitoring multi-threaded systems
• Performance profiling of complex systems
• Leveraging best of breed AI tools & technologies in the developer productivity domain along with the necessary telemetry and analytics to measure effectiveness in a rapidly changing environment
• Experience supporting the development of database internals or core components for data processing systems

Success Measures

• In the first month, you will have understood the high level architecture of at least one of the systems within the MongoDB developer ecosystem and fixed a few bugs

• In six months, you will have taken on code and design review responsibilities for key systems within the software development ecosystem

The Role
We are supporting a capital markets client through a critical hardware refresh and modernization initiative. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end infrastructure transformation—from discovery and benchmarking through to deployment and validation. The Software Engineer (Java) operates at a senior engineer level, driving technical direction across core product domains. Architecture et stratégie

• Concevoir et piloter des architectures de données complexes à l’échelle de l’entreprise sur MS Fabric, Azure, GCP, AWS ou dans des environnements Databricks (serverless ou hébergés).
• Définir et faire respecter les standards architecturaux, les modèles et les cadres de gouvernance couvrant l’ingestion, la modélisation, la traçabilité (lineage), la sécurité et l’orchestration.
• Structurer des approches architecturales intégrant l’IA, incluant les fondations de données pour le ML, le feature engineering et des pipelines d’opérationnalisation à faible latence.
• Agir en tant que conseiller(ère) principal(e) auprès des responsables techniques côté client afin de définir la stratégie à long terme, les feuilles de route et les initiatives de modernisation.
• Diriger l’orientation architecturale lors des phases d’avant-vente, incluant la conception de solutions, le cadrage, l’estimation et les présentations auprès des instances dirigeantes.
• Anticiper les impacts en aval des décisions architecturales ; conserver la responsabilité lorsque les équipes de delivery ou certaines contraintes nécessitent des écarts par rapport à la conception initiale.

Leadership en ingénierie des données

• Concevoir des pipelines de données hautement disponibles, distribués et tolérants aux pannes, supportant des charges de travail batch et streaming.
• Superviser la migration et l’intégration de sources de données complexes et hétérogènes vers des plateformes Fabric, Azure, GCP ou Databricks.
• Définir des modèles de type medallion/lakehouse (zones Bronze/Silver/Gold) ou leurs équivalents cloud.
• Établir des standards d’entreprise pour les couches ingestion → transformation → exposition (serving) dans des environnements multi-cloud.
• Optimiser les performances des traitements de données à grande échelle sur Spark, Databricks et les moteurs natifs de Fabric.
• Assurer le leadership sur 2 à 3 projets simultanés avec une allocation variable, en garantissant la cohérence architecturale et la qualité de livraison, tout en contribuant à des travaux techniques approfondis lorsque nécessaire.

Exécution technique et contribution pratique

• Développer des transformations avancées, des pipelines et des frameworks en utilisant SQL, Python, dbt et les outils cloud-native de Fabric/Databricks.
• Mettre en œuvre l’automatisation via des API REST, Data Factory, des services d’orchestration et des outils de workflows multi-cloud.
• Encadrer les ingénieur(e)s sur l’architecture distribuée, la conception des métadonnées, les cadres de qualité des données et les bonnes pratiques de gestion de plateforme.
• Réaliser des analyses de causes racines sur des problématiques complexes de plateforme ou de performance, et mettre en place des remédiations durables et évolutives.

Collaboration et influence

• Agir en tant que principale autorité technique lors des revues d’architecture, de la conception de solutions et de la planification transversale.
• Conduire des échanges stratégiques avec des parties prenantes de niveau direction et exécutif.
• Traduire des architectures complexes en impacts métiers clairs pour des audiences non techniques.
• Encadrer les équipes d’ingénierie, les architectes techniques, les chefs de projet et les architectes juniors afin de renforcer les capacités organisationnelles.
• Représenter l’architecture lors des échanges d’avant-vente, des présentations de capacités et des cycles de propositions.

Qualifications requises 

Afin d’être éligible à ce poste, vous devez posséder les qualifications essentielles suivantes: 

• Plus de 10 ans d’expérience en ingénierie des données, architecture de données ou ingénierie de plateformes.
• Expérience dans la conception ou la mise en place de plateformes de données d’entreprise sur au moins l’un des environnements suivants : Azure, GCP ou AWS, ainsi que Databricks.
• Expertise approfondie en SQL, Python, traitement distribué des données et conception de données cloud-native.
• Expérience significative avec les modèles d’architecture medallion/lakehouse.
• Solide connaissance des plateformes de données modernes : Databricks, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Delta Lake, BigQuery, etc.
• Expérience avérée dans la direction architecturale de grands programmes et de plusieurs projets menés en parallèle.
• Expérience en automatisation et intégration d’entreprise via des API REST.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à interagir avec assurance auprès de la direction et des clients.
• Expérience en avant-vente, en conception de solutions techniques ou en leadership architectural orienté client.

Qualifications souhaitées

• Maîtrise des outils de reporting Tableau, Power BI et Microsoft Fabric.
• Expérience dans la conception d’architectures de données intégrant l’IA et de pipelines de données pour le machine learning.
• Expérience démontrée dans la définition et la mise en œuvre des meilleures pratiques DevOps.
• Expérience avec Spark, Hive, Impala et autres frameworks Big Data.
• Connaissance des composants d’architectures multi-cloud (Azure, GCP, AWS).
• Expérience avec des outils d’automatisation de pipelines tels qu’Airflow, Azure Data Factory et Prefect.
• Expérience dans la direction d’équipes techniques et la gestion de projets data / analytics / machine learning.
• Maîtrise des stacks applicatives front-end et back-end ainsi que de la conception d’API (REST/GraphQL).

We are looking for Full Stack Developers to join our IAM (Identity and Access Management) team in the Engineering Organization. This role has openings at Intermediate and Senior level positions.

The Identity team builds the systems that power secure and seamless access across the MaintainX platform. We design and operate authentication, authorization, and governance services that scale with our enterprise customers and keep user experience frictionless and trusted.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and enhance IAM features — Implement and maintain authentication, authorization, and user management services across MaintainX, supporting both frontend and backend systems.
• Contribute to scalable IAM systems — Build and optimize core IAM services that support user authentication, authorization, and access control across MaintainX’s platform.

About you:

• You have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong programming skills in C# and/or TypeScript, with experience building production-grade applications.
• Familiarity with React and Node.js, and an understanding of modern web authentication patterns.
• Interest in Identity and Access Management (IAM) — including authentication, authorization, user provisioning, and permissions systems.
• Experience designing and consuming REST or GraphQL APIs.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with product and platform development teams to improve the stability, resilience, and operational readiness of our services. You’ll work alongside teams to design for reliability from the start, establish clear ownership and standards, and build shared tooling that enables teams to operate their services with confidence.

Nous recherchons une personne hautement qualifiée pour le poste d’ingénieur(e) principal(e) en logiciels Java, au sein de notre équipe dynamique, qui travaille sur des systèmes complexes offrant des services financiers à des millions de clients à l’échelle mondiale. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans divers domaines : architecture d’entreprise, technologies de gestion des risques et applications de services bancaires d’investissement. Ce poste nécessite une solide expertise des technologies Java de base, des systèmes distribués évolutifs et des plateformes infonuagiques modernes. 

Principales responsabilités 

• Concevoir, développer et tenir à jour des applications financières hautement performantes et évolutives à l’aide de Java (Core Java), Spring Boot et Hibernate 

• Concevoir et intégrer des API REST et des microservices au sein d’une architecture de systèmes distribués 

• Collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires utilisant des méthodologies Agile, afin de livrer en continu des logiciels de haute qualité, au moyen de pipelines d’intégration et de déploiement continus (CI/CD) et d’outils DevOps 

• Mettre en œuvre des solutions de messagerie au moyen de Kafka ou d’autres cadres de messagerie d’entreprise pour le traitement de flux de données en temps réel 

• Optimiser la performance des applications et assurer une adaptabilité et une grande disponibilité des systèmes dans un environnement de production exigeant 

• Favoriser les pratiques exemplaires en matière de tests automatisés (TDD/BDD), notamment à l’aide des cadres de test JUnit et Cucumber 

• Contribuer aux décisions concernant l’architecture d’entreprise, en mettant l’accent sur la robustesse et la réduction des risques dans des systèmes financiers d’entreprise 
• Exploiter les services infonuagiques (AWS, Azure ou GCP) pour déployer et gérer des applications natives en nuage résilientes 

Compétences et expérience requises 

• Solide expertise en Java (Core Java, Java 8+) et excellente compréhension des mécanismes internes de la JVM 

• Connaissance pratique approfondie de Spring Boot et d’Hibernate (ORM) 

• Expérience démontrée dans la conception et le développement des API REST et d’architectures de microservices 

• Expérience pratique de Kafka ou de plateformes de diffusion d’événements similaires 

• Connaissance des plateformes infonuagiques telles qu’AWS, Azure ou GCP, y compris le déploiement et la surveillance 

• Maîtrise de la prestation de logiciels Agile et de l’automatisation CI/CD 

• Excellente connaissance des pratiques TDD/BDD, notamment avec les cadres JUnit et Cucumber 

• Expérience en optimisation de la performance et en maximisation de la disponibilité des systèmes à grande échelle 

• Connaissance pratique des technologies de services financiers, des systèmes de gestion des risques ou des applications de services bancaires d’investissement, atout majeur 
• Parfaite maîtrise de l’anglais en contexte professionnel, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit 

Aptitudes souhaitées 

• Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en informatique, en génie ou dans un domaine connexe 

• Expérience en conteneurisation (Docker, Kubernetes) et en architectures natives en nuage (cloud-native).

We’re seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll lead development initiatives, contribute to our SaaS products, and tackle exciting challenges in backend architecture, frontend design, and AI/ML integrations with a particular focus on generative AI technologies.

Responsibilities

SaaS Application Development

• Detection:
• Develop backend algorithms to process articles, chunk content, and integrate with LLMs for predictive text generation.
• Build APIs and services to manage and scale the application’s content workflow.
• Protection:
• Create secure PDF upload workflows with encryption to ensure compatibility with Adobe Acrobat.
• Integrate authentication mechanisms like Okta for enterprise customer admin management.
• Enable data recovery, auditing capabilities, and enterprise-grade administrative tools.

AI/ML and Algorithm Development

• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to operationalize models such as OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and generative AI-based solutions (e.g., GPT models).
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) use cases using vector databases and data embedding techniques to enhance application functionality.
• Design workflows for large-scale data processing that enable efficient AI integrations and create dynamic AI-first features, such as custom GPTs tailored to enterprise needs.

DevOps & Operationalization

• Establish CI/CD pipelines and formal release structures for software delivery.

Future-Focused Development

• Build integrations and proof-of-concept applications leveraging company-specific datasets and AI technologies.

• Support the development of enterprise-grade AI solutions, including internal AI models and custom LLMs.

Requirements

Core Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python and Ruby on Rails, with significant backend experience.
• Experience in designing secure systems, including encryption workflows and document protection mechanisms.
• Hands-on expertise in integrating generative AI tools, such as OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or Hugging Face frameworks, into SaaS applications.
• Strong knowledge of RAG techniques, vector databases (e.g. Pinecone, Weaviate), and embedding pipelines.

Job Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience, including experience across both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Strong proficiency in modern web development frameworks:
• Backend: FastAPI (or similar frameworks such as Django, Node.js, or Ruby on Rails).
• Frontend: Angular (or similar frameworks using TypeScript, such as React or Vue.js).
• Solid understanding of software architecture patterns (hybrid monolith/microservice, service-oriented, or event-driven).
• Experience building secure, scalable, and maintainable web applications.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (Azure, GCP, or AWS), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with automated testing and modern SDLC workflows.
• Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Fluent in English (French, a plus)
