About JobsRadar
Real jobs, pulled live from companies' own career pages. A classifier that actually reads each listing to tell you which ones are truly worldwide-remote — not the fake kind. Refreshed around the clock. Free forever, because we will never charge an out-of-work person to see jobs that were public all along.
Half the job boards out there are landfills of recycled, expired, and ghost listings. The other half let companies slap "remote" on anything — until you click through and read "remote (San Francisco only, 6 days in office)."
And then there are the premium boards. The ones charging you a monthly fee to see jobs they pulled from the exact same public company pages we did. Same data. Same source. They just wrapped a paywall around it and called it a "career platform."
The timing makes it worse. AI is reshaping the market under everyone's feet, and plenty of employers are using the moment as cover to quietly thin out their teams. The last thing anyone in that position needs is a toll booth standing between them and a list of who's actually hiring.
"Aggregating jobs" sounds easy. Doing it honestly is not. Most of our work is invisible — it's the work that decides whether what you see is trustworthy. Here's where it goes:
Every listing comes straight from a company's official career page — no scraping shady third-party aggregators, no reposts. If it's on JobsRadar, that company is hiring right now.
Our classifier reads every single listing — title, location, and the actual description — and flags only the roles that are genuinely open to candidates anywhere. Not "remote-ish." Not "remote, one timezone." Worldwide.
When pay is disclosed we parse it per source, convert it through live exchange rates, and normalize everything to a comparable annual figure — so a range in euros and a range in dollars actually mean something side by side.
We re-check the boards multiple times a day. Filled and pulled roles come out; fresh ones go in. A dead listing wastes your time, so we work to keep them off the board.
Roles, skills, locations and seniority get normalized so search actually works — one role doesn't show up five times under five spellings, and a search for what you mean returns what you meant.
Saved-search alerts, salary insights, role and skill pages, new sources — the product moves forward constantly. The roadmap is driven by what job-seekers tell us they need, not what we can upsell.
Servers, databases, the fetching pipeline, the exchange-rate feeds, the classifier — it all costs real money every single month, and we pay it out of our own pocket. We're telling you that plainly because transparency is the whole point: you deserve to know exactly what the deal is.
And the deal is simple. We will never ask a job-seeker for money to see jobs. No paywall. No "premium tier." No "unlock with credits." No harvesting your email to sell it on. The data was public before we touched it; charging you to read it would be the exact thing we built JobsRadar to kill.
Free. Forever. Not "free for now." Not "free until we get traction." Forever — for the people doing the hardest, most stressful work there is: looking for the next job.
We're not a faceless "career platform." We're job-seekers who got tired of the same routine — the rage-clicking through fake listings, the canceled subscriptions, the boards that promised "remote" and delivered a commute.
We spent years hunting for genuinely worldwide-remote work and watched every honest word for it get hijacked by people selling something. So we built the tool we wished existed, the way we wished someone had built it for us — and then we opened the door and left it open.
That's it. No growth-hack funnel waiting at the end. Just a board that tells you the truth about who's hiring, and gets a little better every week.
Browse the full board, save a search and let us watch the boards for you, or follow along for salary insights and the weekly market pulse.
