We’re seeking a strategic and performance-driven Digital Media Manager to own demand generation with the Amazon Advertising eco system.  This role is not about just managing advertising but actively creating solutions and strategies that drive profitable growth.  You’ll take full ownership of Amazon media strategy and execution, partnering with internal teams, cross function teams and agency partners to deliver measurable profitable growth.    

What You'll Do:

• Strategy Development: Own the strategic roadmap for Amazon paid media, aligned with business priorities and growth targets 

• Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns with agency partners across Amazon DSP, AMS and emerging Amazon formats.  Leverage AMC data to identify customer behaviours, map conversion paths and refine audience targeting.

• Ensure the store teams adherence to all store standards (cleanliness, maintenance, etc.) on selling floor and back of house  
• Ensure all stores are complying with the company’s policies regarding cash processing, petty cash management and expense management.
• Supervise inventory management to ensure store shrink is at or below company target  
• Maintain Visual Merchandising standards and directives ensuring they are consistently upheld by the store teams. Collaborate with designated HQ partners on any changes and modifications to ensure the representation of the brand aligns with the company vision.

• Implement tactics to manage and maintain effective profit and loss strategy for the stores, with a focus on the controllable expenses.
