Monks is seeking an experienced client-facing Data Engineer (Marketing & BI) to drive data and analytics delivery across marketing, audience, and e-commerce engagements for both small and large enterprise clients.
This is a hands-on role that blends business and data responsibilities. Your time will be split approximately 70% on client delivery and 30% internal (capability building, reusable assets, innovation, growth, etc). You’ll be focused on SQL-based data modelling and analytics delivery, and you’ll run client workshops and stakeholder management, while also building out solutions in the broader BI space, executing technical implementations across a range of analytics and cloud data platforms.
The ideal candidate has a history of working with modern data products (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift), and a proven track record of experience with the modern data stack based on cloud technologies, including data transformation, orchestration, warehousing and modelling, as well as BI and dashboard design using tools like Looker Studio, Power BI or Tableau.

The Senior Technical Account Manager is a seasoned account manager, program/project manager and technical resolution professional who is an expert in their field. They are unified with team members across the company in exceeding customer expectations, improving our processes and technology, and meeting company growth objectives. This role is responsible for resolving complex problems and providing excellent technical and customer service to one or more named enterprise-level accounts. After key customers have purchased and are implementing our solutions, the Technical Account Management (TAM) team takes ownership of the customer relationship and becomes their advocate within NICE. Interactions with customers will be conducted via phone, email, chat, and Teams, with planned face-to-face meetings as required. The TAM must be able to work both independently and be part of a wider Sales and Services team ensuring the highest levels of customer success and value realisation is achieved.

You'll own and drive the quality engineering strategy across the Karbon application, leading the transformation from a QA gatekeeping model to a developer-led quality culture where squads ship confidently without dedicated QA gatekeepers. This role sits at the intersection of technology, people, and process — building the foundations that enable every engineer to own quality.
We're in a significant transition. Our test automation stack needs uplift, our quality team needs strong technical leadership, and our developers need better tools and enablement to embed quality into their daily workflow. You'll lead this transformation end-to-end.
AI is central to how we want to work. We expect this role to actively embrace and champion AI tooling as a force multiplier for quality engineering — from AI-assisted test generation and intelligent data provisioning to AI-powered defect detection and code quality analysis. You'll set the standard for how AI is integrated into quality workflows and coach the wider engineering organisation to do the same.

As a Platform Tech Lead at ROLLER, you will play a key role in guiding engineers within our Platform squad, partnering closely with the Product Manager and Designer as part of the Product Trio to deliver high-quality, scalable platform capabilities that enable engineers across the company.
In this role, you will combine strong technical leadership with hands-on engineering, contributing directly to the codebase while helping shape the technical direction of the platform. The Platform team focuses on building the foundations that empower product teams, improve developer velocity, and unlock impact across the entire engineering organisation. This includes driving modern engineering practices and exploring opportunities to leverage AI and automation to enhance how we build and operate software.
You’ll support and mentor engineers on your team, fostering strong engineering practices while ensuring we deliver reliable, scalable systems. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems, enabling other engineers to move faster, and raising the bar for engineering excellence.
Like all engineering roles at ROLLER, this position follows a hybrid work model: 3 days per week in our office located South Melbourne office, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the week. As a vital member of our Product & Tech Team, you will utilize your expertise to work within our ecosystem of applications, services and infrastructure using a combination of C#, T-SQL and harness the multitude of services offered by AWS including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, SES and SQS.
