We’re growing, and we’re currently looking for a Head of Business Systems & Operations to join us.
The Role
As the Head of Business Systems & Operations at Reachdesk, you will own and shape the systems and data architecture that underpin how the business operates. You will be responsible for connecting Finance, GTM, Product, and Customer teams through a single, trusted system landscape, ensuring data flows cleanly across Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, and our BI layer. This is a high impact role where you will define how the business uses its systems, not just maintain them.
You will join at a critical stage as we complete our closed-loop architecture and transition ownership from product into the business. You will have full autonomy to design, govern, and evolve this ecosystem while embedding AI into core workflows and decision making. This role is particularly suited to someone who enjoys creating order from complexity: building a reliable, scalable foundation that the business trusts, enabling faster decisions, stronger financial control, and a step change in operational efficiency across Reachdesk.
Your Responsibilities
About You
You are a strategic systems leader with strong technical instincts and a pragmatic builder mentality. You see business systems as a competitive advantage, not a back-office function, and you are energized by the opportunity to shape the operating engine of a high-growth, PE-backed SaaS business. You understand the importance and value of data integrity and consistency, ensuring every department relies on the same core data and metrics. You are still in the system. You are as comfortable in a Salesforce flow, a NetSuite saved search, or a Workato recipe as you are in a strategy meeting. You believe leaders in this function lose their edge the moment they stop building, and you have no interest in becoming that person. You move comfortably between architecture decisions and detailed configuration, and you are equally at home in a conversation with the CFO, the CRO, or an engineer. You bring a hands-on operator mindset: you understand that great systems exist to make the business faster, sharper, and more accountable, and you measure your success by the decisions and outcomes they enable.

Apply GenAI and LLMs to deliver measurable value by building and scaling Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, prompt orchestration, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails, with a focus on reliability and outcomes over hype.
Translate ambiguous business problems into production solutions, partnering with engineers, data scientists, product managers, and business teams to ground ML and AI work in real operational impact.
Build and operationalize evaluation loops covering precision and recall, calibration, drift detection, and human-in-the-loop systems, and define the dashboards and Service Level Objectives (SLO) that tie model performance to business outcomes.Start from the needs of internal engineers and business operators, bringing a creative and strategic approach to simplifying systems and introducing practical, high-impact solutions.

You are a Staff Site Reliability Engineer who will help define how Axon builds and operates its core platforms, with a primary focus on Zero Touch, our controlled, compliant execution framework, and the identity and security foundations that sit around it. Rather than manually provisioning infrastructure or running tickets, you design and build the platforms, tooling, and guardrails that enable hundreds of engineers to operate safely and efficiently at scale.
You bring a strong background in infrastructure and platform engineering, deep experience with distributed systems, and a bias toward automation, self-service, and policy-by-default. You think in terms of APIs, workflows, and golden paths, not servers and scripts. You care as much about security, identity, and auditability as you do about latency and error budgets, and you are comfortable working in highly regulated environments where correctness, traceability, and least privilege are non‑negotiable.
This role is highly cross‑functional. You will collaborate with staff and senior engineers across product and platform teams to shape how we build, deploy, secure, and operate Axon’s cloud systems in a modern, AI‑driven environment.
Location - This role is based out of our Boston office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. As a Senior SRE on the APX SRE CloudOps team, you will design and build the cloud infrastructure and automation platforms that Axon's product engineering teams depend on. You will be tasked with solving the toughest wireless problems our products face: translating research into resilient, high-performance PHY/MAC systems; architecting firmware and toolchains that meet extreme latency, power, and reliability targets; and defining the wireless roadmap that balances innovation, manufacturability, and real-world performance. You will shape how our devices connect and perform at scale — from lab prototypes to deployed fleets — and your work will be judged by field performance under real conditions, not just simulations. Your Role:
Tenable is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our VM Platform team. Our team sits at the center of our Tenable One architecture; we ingest massive volumes of assets and find data from collection teams, process it to calculate the "state of the world" for our customers, and feed it to downstream search and reporting products.

Behind every Formlabs printer is a global supply chain spanning component suppliers, Tier I assembly vendors, and material partners across Asia and beyond. Our Operations and Supply Chain team manages the data flows, forecasts, and critical decisions that keep manufacturing on track — but today, too much of that work relies on manual processes, disconnected spreadsheets, and raw vendor data that goes unmonitored.
That's where you come in. This is not a typical ops internship. You'll be embedded directly on our Supply Chain team, working with senior operations leadership to design, build, deploy, and maintain the internal software tools that power real business decisions. The tools you own will give operations teams live visibility into supply risk, production readiness, and cost drivers — translating raw, messy operational data into something people actually trust and act on.
The tools you build will be demoed frequently, refined based on real feedback, and architected to outlast your internship. We want production-quality software that survives and scales — not a proof of concept that collects dust.

We're looking for a Network Systems Engineer to join our team. You will have expertise in Operational Technology (OT) networks and SCADA systems ensuring the design, security, and reliability of our industrial control environments. You will ensure that our OT infrastructure and SCADA platforms are resilient, secure, and integrated with enterprise systems.
You will work onsite at our Devens, MA office, reporting into the Director of Information Technology.
Primary Responsibilities
OT Network and SCADA Systems
Design, implement, and support secure available OT network architectures that underpin SCADA and industrial control systems
Install, configure, and troubleshoot SCADA components, including HMIs, data historians, and RTUs
Ensure communication across industrial protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, OPC, and industrial Ethernet technologies such as Ethernet/IP and PROFINET
Partner with engineering, operations, and vendors to integrate and improve SCADA systems within the broader network infrastructure
Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls tailored to OT environments, including segmentation, monitoring, and access management
Be a subject matter expert on OT and SCADA systems, standards adoption, and continuous improvement
Network Design and Implementation
Design and deploy resilient and secure network architectures, including segmentation strategies, VLANs, firewall policies, and access controls

Experience with industrial networking equipment and technologies
Knowledge of OT security standards and frameworks such as NIST SP 800-82 and IEC 62443

ArsenalOS is the digital backbone of Anduril’s hardware enterprise. It connects the full lifecycle, from concept to build to field feedback, into one operating environment built for speed, traceability, autonomy, and continuous improvement. ABOUT THE JOB:
We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our QualityOS team within Forge MES (Manufacturing Execution System). As a Staff Engineer, you will set the technical direction and architectural standards. You'll architect and implement mission-critical distributed systems that scale Anduril's manufacturing operations while maintaining the technical bar for reliability, performance, and maintainability.
Your impact will span beyond the immediate team.
