The Enterprise Infrastructure team is responsible for designing, operating, and evolving QRT’s global enterprise technology platforms. Your Future Role within QRT

• Define and drive the enterprise infrastructure roadmap aligned with firm-wide technology strategy

Job Overview

The Cloud Solutions Architect is a key sales specialist role, supporting the broader sales organization with deep technical knowledge in a focus area. We are looking for a Software Implementation & Deployment Specialist to support and deliver the technical onboarding of NEXUM for new and existing clients. This is a hands-on implementation role, working closely with senior team members, support, and development. You will be involved in configuring environments, supporting data migrations, assisting with go-lives, and helping ensure clients are successfully onboarded onto the platform. This is not a software development role and not general IT support. It is a specialist role focused on software deployment, implementation quality, and client readiness.

What you will be doing

• You will support the implementation of NEXUM for new client onboardings, upgrades, and environment changes.
• You will assist with provisioning and configuring hosted environments across NEXUM’s multi-tenant and dedicated single-tenant platforms.

The Role 

Support Engineer – End User Computing.

The End User Computing team look after all the technology used directly by humans in our organisation, such as the Windows and Linux desktops and Windows server infrastructure (including active directory, application deployment, clustered enterprise database systems, monitoring and automated build systems), audio-visual deployments, LAN, internet, and WiFi network environments and a wide range of enterprise applications (including e-mail, third-party productivity tools, and finance-specific applications). We exhibit special expertise in automation (predominantly in PowerShell, but also in python and other languages). 

We currently operate 4 days a week in-office, 1 from home.

Responsibilities

• You will support our employees in their day-to-day use of the computer systems in our Bristol Office and offer remote support to other European offices as required.
• Perform day-to-day operations, support, and maintenance of our IT platform and cloud applications, including (but not limited to): Microsoft 365, Slack, Active Directory, Jira, VC Estate and other IT related systems.
• Co-own and continuously improve the onboarding processes for both users and hardware in the Bristol office.
• Co-Manage IT asset tracking and lifecycle processes (procurement, deployment, refresh, and disposal).
• Contribute to the global Windows platform, supporting standardisation, optimisation, and continuous improvement.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across:
  • Windows desktops and servers.

Onboarding Note

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Cyber Engineer to lead project-based security engineering work, with a focus on securing identity, devices and cloud platforms.

You will serve as Triple Point’s specialist in identity, access, and cloud security controls, supporting the secure operation and working predominantly within our Microsoft 365, Azure, and Salesforce environments. Working closely with the Head of Technology Operations & Cyber, internal stakeholders, our IT MSP, and our SOC, you will ensure our environment is secure, resilient, and well-governed.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role owning security engineering projects end-to-end from design and planning through to implementation, documentation and transition into BAU.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Senior Platform Consultant to help organizations implement, optimize, and scale their infrastructure. 

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Engineering & Infrastructure

• Augment existing infrastructure with with integrated observability solutions
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, etc.
• Architect and manage Kubernetes clusters with comprehensive monitoring and logging
• Build CI/CD pipelines with embedded observability and automated testing

Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

• Establish and maintain Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Objectives (SLOs), and Agreements (SLAs)
• Implement error budgets, toil reduction strategies, and capacity planning
• Support incident response procedures and post-mortem processes

Cloud & DevOps Engineering

• Deploy and manage observability infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure
• Establish security, compliance, and governance frameworks for telemetry data
• Experience automating Agent Evaluations in CI/CD pipelines and observability backends.

OpenTelemetry & Observability

• Design and implement end-to-end OpenTelemetry solutions across diverse technology stacks
• Configure and deploy OpenTelemetry Collectors for efficient data collection, processing, sampling, and routing
• Establish telemetry pipelines for metrics, traces, and logs across microservices architectures
• Optimize collector configurations for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

Platform Engineering & DevOps

• 5+ years of Platform Engineering or DevOps experience with focus on site reliability, observability, and incident response
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, CDK)
• Strong experience with CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD)

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Hands-on experience with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their observability services
• Experience with container technologies (Docker, Podman) and container registries
• Knowledge of networking, security, load balancing, and distributed systems concepts

Site Reliability Engineering

• Experience implementing SRE practices including error budgets and toil metrics
• Proficiency in incident management, on-call procedures, and post-mortem culture
• Experience with capacity planning, performance optimization, and scalability design

Programming & Automation

• Proficiency in multiple programming languages preferred (Go, Python, Java, Node.js, Rust)
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell)
