Nebius is seeking a Detection & Response Manager to lead and mature our security operations and adversary defense capabilities.
This role owns SOC operations, incident response, red teaming, and security automation (SIEM & SOAR) across cloud, data center, and enterprise environments.
The ideal candidate combines operational excellence, threat-adversary thinking, and automation-first execution.
Security Operations Center (SOC) Leadership
Own day-to-day SOC operations across cloud, data center, and corporate environments
Define detection strategy aligned to Nebius threat models and crown jewels
Ensure high-quality alerting, triage, escalation, and reporting
Continuously reduce false positives and alert fatigue
Lead end-to-end incident response for high-severity security incidents
Own incident command during crises (technical, executive, and regulatory coordination)
Ensure post-incident reviews lead to real control improvements
Maintain and regularly test incident response playbooks
Manage red team and purple team activities (internal and external)
Translate real-world adversary TTPs into detection and response improvements
Ensure findings from red team exercises are remediated and verified
Partner with product, cloud, and physical security teams on attack simulations
Own SIEM and SOAR strategy, architecture, and roadmap
Drive automation of detection, enrichment, response, and reporting
Integrate identity, cloud, CI/CD, and physical security telemetry
Measure SOC effectiveness using MTTD, MTTR, and coverage metrics
Operationalize threat intelligence into detections and playbooks
Track emerging threats relevant to cloud, AI, and infrastructure providers
Continuously improve detection coverage against prioritized attack paths
Measurable reduction in MTTD and MTTR for high-severity incidents
Majority of high-risk incidents detected internally, not externally
Red team findings consistently detected and contained
SOC automation meaningfully reduces manual effort
Clear, trusted security reporting to CISO and leadership
7+ years in security operations, incident response, or threat detection
Proven experience leading a SOC or incident response function
Strong experience with SIEM and SOAR platforms
Deep understanding of:

Experience running or managing red team / purple team activities

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for full A–Z management of the store:
Managing a team of ~20 pickers and shift leads.

We are now seeking a temporary HR Partner to cover a six-month maternity leave. The role will have end-to-end ownership of the people agenda for a population of approximately 500–600 employees within the Support organization. We are looking for an exceptional Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will own a portfolio of assigned accounts that may vary in market size, industry, and complexity, with a focus on ensuring value realization through the use of the Workato platform, increasing adoption across a variety of business and functional units, ensuring retention, supporting growth, and overall customer satisfaction.

Strong written and oral presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage both business and technical stakeholders (from Developer to C-level).

Our teams operate globally, including significant operations in the US, and we are looking for an In-House Tax Advisor to join our Finance team and help scale our tax function.

We are looking for an experienced In-House Tax Manager with strong expertise in US taxation. This role is responsible for providing hands-on tax guidance across the company, ensuring compliance with US federal and state tax requirements, and supporting strategic business decisions. You will work closely with Finance, Legal, HR, and external advisors to manage risks, optimize tax outcomes, and support growth initiatives.
This is a strategic, hands-on role with direct impact on EON’s operations and long-term success.
Provide day-to-day tax guidance on US federal and state tax matters
Support US operations, including entity structuring, payroll, withholding, and sales/use tax compliance
Partner with external US advisors and accounting firms on filings and audits
Monitor and manage tax compliance and reporting obligations
Identify and mitigate tax risks across the organization
Build and improve internal tax processes, policies, and documentation
Intercompany tax planning and Transfer Pricing matters
Keep the company updated on regulatory changes and assess their impact
Must Have
CPA, Attorney, or certified Tax Advisor
5+ years of US tax experience, ideally in high-tech or fast-growing global companies
Strong knowledge of US federal and state taxation
Experience working with external US advisors and accounting firms
Excellent written and verbal English skills
Hands-on, independent, and ownership-driven approach
Nice to Have
Prior in-house experience at a technology or high-growth company
Experience with equity plans (RSUs, stock options)
Exposure to international tax, transfer pricing, or cross-border structuring
Experience supporting M&A, fundraising, or IPOs
