We are now seeking a temporary HR Partner to cover a six-month maternity leave. The role will have end-to-end ownership of the people agenda for a population of approximately 500–600 employees within the Support organization. This is a highly hands-on role focused on employee relations, manager coaching, and operational HR support in a fast-paced, frontline environment.
The role supports a geographically distributed workforce across Israel, requiring regular field presence. The HR Partner works closely with managers leading hourly customer service representatives operating in a high-volume environment with near 24/7 customer activity, high workload, and high employee turnover.
In addition, the role includes partnering with leadership to support and execute organizational changes within Support, aligned with evolving business and operational needs.
What you’ll be doing
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Acting as the HR Partner for a large frontline employee population (500–600 employees) within the Support organization across multiple sites nationwid. Demonstrating regular on-site presence, with an expectation of weekly visits to Support sites
Supporting managers who lead hourly customer service representatives in a high-volume, operational environment with continuous customer demand. Providing hands-on HR guidance and consultation to managers on employee relations, performance management, conduct issues, and day-to-day people challenges
Supporting managers through end-to-end termination processes, ensuring alignment with company policies, local labor law, soft management skills, leadership fundamentals.
Playing an active role in the design, development, and delivery of manager trainings related to employee relations, people processes, and labor law topics
Partnering with leaders to support organizational changes within the Support organization, including team structure changes, role adjustments, and workforce planning aligned with changing business needs
Working closely with HR Operations, Legal, and other People functions to ensure smooth, compliant, and effective people processes
Our humble expectations*
Proven experience (Min. 2 - 3 years) as an HR Partner / HR Business Partner, preferably in an operational, frontline, or high-volume environment
Strong hands-on experience in employee relations and manager consulting
Solid understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices
Experience supporting termination processes, organizational changes, and sensitive employee cases
Ability to coach managers on both soft leadership skills and legal/HR fundamentals
Comfort working with hourly employees, shift-based work, and high employee turnover
Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate independently while managing a broad and complex scope
High level of judgment, professionalism, and discretion
Willingness to travel regularly between sites across Israel
Nice to have
Experience supporting Customer Support, Operations, Call Centers, or frontline teams
Experience building and delivering manager training programs
Experience working in fast-growing or scaling organizations

To reach the next stage in our exciting growth plans, we are now looking for a Regional HR Specialist to join our global People Team, based in Helsinki.
As our Regional HR Specialist you will have holistic ownership of our entire employee lifecycle at our offices in Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan and support HR function across Region East. Your central focus will be to quickly understand and build on the core HR foundations that are already in place and take our HR service delivery to the next level. You’ll act as a strategic partner and local expert across all business units within the region, providing impartial support and operational excellence to diverse teams and leadership functions.

Address advanced HR inquiries (Tier 2): Offer expert advice and resolution on sophisticated HR queries, supporting Wolt employees across Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan with their nuanced HR needs.

Authoritative Advisory: Act as a trusted, impartial advisor to Team Leads and People Partners, possessing the professional courage to challenge biased decisions or inappropriate requests.

As our HR Manager Finland you will have holistic ownership of our HR operations at our Finland office. Your central focus will be to quickly audit and build on the core HR foundations that are already in place and take our HR proposition to the next level, with a laser-like focus on building a “best in the world HR” function. You’ll do that against the backdrop of rapid expansion in the country, both in our core business and Wolt Market.
You will ideally have a strong generalist HR background with broad experience across the HR spectrum, but particularly HR operations, talent and business HR. Ideally you will have either led an HR function in Finland or worked as a senior HR Business Partner. Team leadership experience and a genuine passion for the employee experience are essential.
To succeed as our HR Manager Finland you will need to have a “builder” mindset and be driven to work under your own initiative. You need to be completely comfortable rolling up your sleeves, getting stuck in and really driving HR from the front!
Responsibilities
Leading a team of five HR Operations Specialists and Senior Specialists.
Leading change processes, being the trusted HR partner in pilots and projects run across multiple functions, and leading and driving discussions with People Forum.
Implementing additional HR programs and policies, including those relating to organisational design, compensation, benefits, leadership development, relocation and mobility, employee relations, and training, working closely and in alignment with our HR Centres of Expertise and Functional People Partners.
Ensuring general HR compliance in the country, and managing employee relations cases whilst supporting your team.
Co-designing and executing on country-level HR strategy for our operations in Finland.
Collaborating and sparring with local leadership to define tactical and strategic ways to address short and long term challenges.
Driving a positive employee relations culture
Maintaining close cooperation with Occupational Health Service, and ensuring workability- and healthcare practices are implemented and conducted by the team leads, and driving workplace safety committee meetings and agendas.
Owning all HR policies and practices in Finland, ensuring they are fit for scalability and practical implementation.
Rolling your sleeves up to deliver day-to-day life cycle support, from onboarding to offboarding and on all HR and people-related matters in between, while collaborating closely with our Tier-1 HR Operations Hub in Hungary.
Having ownership and supporting your team with monthly payroll processes and pay-impacting compliance topics, ensuring that we pay our team accurately and consistently with local regulations.
Having ownership and supporting your team in maintaining employee and payroll data, predominantly in Workday, and ensuring that accurate monthly payroll input data is produced on time.
Skills & Experience Required
Strong communication skills, with full working fluency in English and Finnish.
Team leadership experience, with the “know how” to build and nurture a team, and develop effective ways-of-working.
A solid generalist HR background and multi-year experience leading an HR organisation, focusing especially on the Finnish market.
Experience from complex matrix multinational organizations.
You have sound, working knowledge of local labor law.
Strong knowledge of the Finnish legal landscape and statutory requirements when it comes to employment legislation, cooperation with Employee representatives, payroll and statutory reporting.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead complex projects from HR perspective
A problem-solving and can-do attitude combined with networking skills, assertiveness and the willingness to take initiative.
You work well in a team, and are completely comfortable collaborating remotely and dynamically using digital tools such as Slack and Zoom.
