As our new Retail Account Manager you’ll manage and develop a portfolio of retail partners, focusing on building strong relationships, using data to drive performance, and delivering results for Wolt, our partners, and our customers.
What you’ll be doing
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Develop and foster partner relationships with your portfolio of key accounts
Conduct quarterly business reviews with partners to deepen relationships, review performance, and develop forward-looking strategies
Determine the needs and wants of merchants, prioritize them by impact on the business, and co-create solutions
Strategically introduce and execute on new Wolt product opportunities to broaden partnerships and increase partner revenue streams
Drive revenue growth of Wolt and partners in your portfolio by improving venue performance through a data-based approach
Act as a key communicator between our operations, support, marketing, and partners
Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns that increase user acquisition and retention, drive our growth, and support partner performance
Manage Ads sales
Understanding of retail operations to enhance performance and identify growth opportunities
Bring structure and hands-on contribution in a still-developing environment

3 to 5 years of success in account management or B2B sales with clear commercial impact.
Strong relationship builder with excellent interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Looker
Basic understanding of system integrations and digital solutions
High ownership and a team-first attitude. You manage your pipeline and seek guidance only on new or more complex work.
Fluent in Azerbaijani, English and Russian
CRM and sales experience are a plus

As our Regional HR Specialist you will have holistic ownership of our entire employee lifecycle at our offices in Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan and support HR function across Region East. Your central focus will be to quickly understand and build on the core HR foundations that are already in place and take our HR service delivery to the next level. You’ll act as a strategic partner and local expert across all business units within the region, providing impartial support and operational excellence to diverse teams and leadership functions.

Address advanced HR inquiries (Tier 2): Offer expert advice and resolution on sophisticated HR queries, supporting Wolt employees across Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan with their nuanced HR needs.
HR program implementation: Support the execution of targeted HR programs, including compensation reviews and performance appraisals.
Analytical insight: Utilize HR data to craft insightful analyses and reports, aiding decision-making and enhancing our HR intelligence.
Navigate employee relations: Manage sensitive employee concerns and grievances, ensuring a fair, respectful, and legally compliant resolution process.
Impartial ER Investigations: Lead and document complex Employee Relations (ER) investigations and grievance processes with total objectivity, providing high-level reporting and recommendations to safeguard the company’s legal and ethical standing.
Authoritative Advisory: Act as a trusted, impartial advisor to Team Leads and People Partners, possessing the professional courage to challenge biased decisions or inappropriate requests.
Compliance mastery: Monitor and help us enforce adherence to labor laws and regulatory standards, safeguarding our organization against legal risks.
System enhancement and maintenance: Continuously refine our HR tools and platforms for optimal efficiency, particularly Workday, ensuring high data integrity and functionality.
Specialized training initiatives: Design and deliver onboarding and training sessions, focusing on elevating the skills and competencies of our team leads and team members.
Complex issue resolution: Collaborate closely with People Partners to tackle and resolve high risk HR challenges.
Support end-to-end employee life cycle processes: Answer general HR queries (Tier 2), write employment contracts, handle data in Workday, and play an active role in monthly payroll-related tasks and management.

We’re looking for a Regional Lead, Ads & Promotions to drive performance across our South region (a cluster of key European markets).
You’ll own how Ads & Promotions perform in your region — from revenue and adoption to execution. This is a high-impact role where you’ll turn strategy into action, scale what works, and help build a consistent, high-performing business across countries.
What you’ll be doing
Own Ads & Promotions performance across your markets, including revenue, adoption, and key commercial KPIs
Translate strategy into execution by aligning local teams, setting clear targets, and driving weekly performance follow-ups
Improve how markets sell and scale Ads & Promotions — across both enterprise accounts and SMB / long-tail merchants
Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Ops to launch new ad formats, promo tools, and improve adoption of existing solutions
Build and roll out playbooks and ways of working that reduce performance gaps across markets
Identify growth opportunities and performance issues using data, and take action to improve results
Work cross-functionally to drive execution across multiple stakeholders, without direct ownership of all teams
🧠 What we’re looking for
Must have
8–12+ years experience in marketplaces, AdTech, Retail Media, or similar
Proven track record of driving revenue across multiple markets
Strong commercial mindset with focus on growth and performance
Experience working across Sales, Product, and Operations

What you'll be doing:
Supporting our customers, courier partners and venues via live chat and phone
Ensuring that the delivery operations run smoothly
Developing our support function together with the support team as well as other teams within Wolt

This is a shift-based role, which means you’re going to work on morning, day, evening and even night shifts as our Customer Support operates 24/7 (some examples of the full-time shifts: morning - 06:00-15:00; 08:00-17:00, day - 12:00-21:00, evening - 18:00-03:00, night: - 21:00-06:00).
You are fluent in Azerbaijan & Russian, and able to work in English.
You are able to work directly from the office.
