About the Role
We're looking for an Operations Manager to take strong ownership across a wide range of operational, compliance, and people functions. This role is about getting things done - reliably, thoroughly, and with strong attention to detail. You'll be the person who makes sure every process runs smoothly, every deadline is met, and nothing slips.
Responsibilities
Operations
- Lead and manage ongoing operational projects, processes, and initiatives from end to end
- Continuously improve, document, and maintain operational workflows, always identifying smarter and more efficient ways to work
- Onboard, manage, and offboard suppliers and vendors
Compliance
- Own day-to-day processes for ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance
- Support audits, manage evidence collection, and drive ongoing compliance activities
- Partner with internal teams on data security and privacy matters and projects
People & Employee Lifecycle
- Own the complete employee lifecycle - from the moment someone accepts an offer through their first day, their growth within the company, and, when the time comes, a respectful and well-managed offboarding
- Design and continuously improve onboarding and offboarding programs that reflect Beamup's values and set employees up for success
- Serve as a key point of contact for people operations matters, ensuring employees feel supported and that processes are consistent, clear, and human
- Lead company events, culture initiatives, and HR-related processes as part of a broader people operations function
- Provide operational support for office management
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Operations or a closely related role
- Proven track record in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment - this is a must
- Hands-on experience managing people-related processes and a genuine care for employee experience
- Proficiency with AI tools is a must - you actively use AI in your day-to-day work to move faster, work smarter, and solve problems creatively. You stay current with emerging tools and bring that curiosity into everything you do
- An innovative mindset: you challenge the status quo and are eager to explore and adopt new tools and technologies
- Security-minded, with a practical and grounded approach to compliance and risk
- Exceptionally organized, independent, and proactive - you anticipate needs and act before being asked
- Strong attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information
- A genuine can-do attitude and startup DNA: you adapt quickly, take ownership, and get things done

About the Role
This is a dual-track role combining a forward-looking mandate to identify, implement, and maintain AI tools that improve how we work, with day-to-day IT management. You'll be the internal point of contact for all things technology, and a key partner to leadership on compliance initiatives.
Responsibilities
Gen-AI & Intelligent Tools
This is where you'll make your biggest impact. Beamup is actively embedding AI into how we operate internally, and this person will be the engine behind that transformation. You won't just support tools, you'll shape the way the company works.
- Scout and evaluate the latest generative AI tools (LLMs, agents, workflow automation, AI-assisted ops) and build a clear view of what's worth adopting
- Own the end-to-end rollout of AI tools, from business case and procurement through integration, employee enablement, and change management
- Design AI-powered workflows that eliminate manual work and unlock capacity across teams (automated reporting, intelligent document handling, AI-assisted customer interactions, and more)
- Build internal expertise by running hands-on sessions, creating guides, and helping colleagues get real value out of the tools
- Monitor adoption, performance, and ROI of deployed AI tools, and iterate continuously
- Stay on the front edge of the gen-AI landscape, new model releases, emerging agent frameworks, evolving enterprise use cases, and translate what's relevant into action at Beamup
IT Management
- Own and manage Beamup's internal IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, user access, and helpdesk support
- Onboard and offboard employees, provisioning accounts, devices, and access permissions
- Manage SaaS tools and vendor relationships, ensuring licenses, renewals, and integrations are up to date
- Maintain IT documentation, asset registers, and internal knowledge bases
Security & Compliance
- Maintain ISO certification requirements by tracking audit schedules, required documentation, coordinating departmental evidence collection, and filing certificates and reports centrally
- Drive SOC 2 audit readiness by maintaining the evidence library (access reviews, training records, change management logs), tracking all controls and their status, and scheduling and supporting auditor visits
- Vet new suppliers before engagement by collecting security documentation, ensuring NDAs are signed, and keeping the vendor register up to date
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in IT management, IT operations, or a similar role
- Background at a startup or scale-up environment
- Solid understanding of information security fundamentals and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2)
- Experience coordinating with external vendors and auditors
- Familiarity with SaaS ecosystems and enterprise tooling
- Genuine enthusiasm for generative AI; you follow the space, you experiment, and you know the difference between hype and real utility
- Hands-on experience implementing or managing AI tools in a business context (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Zapier, Make, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills; you track things, close loops, and don't let things fall through the cracks
- Comfortable working across teams and communicating technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent in Hebrew and English

About the Role
You don't need a traditional technology background to succeed here. What we're looking for is someone who is genuinely passionate about AI, technically sharp, and capable of owning complex projects end to end. The technology operations side of the role is learnable; the drive, curiosity, and communication skills are not.
You'll be the person who shapes how Beamup uses AI internally, builds the systems that keep our technology running smoothly, and ensures our security and compliance obligations are met on time.
Responsibilities
Gen-AI & Intelligent Tools
You'll own this from day one. Beamup is actively building AI into how every team operates, and you'll be the person making that happen.
- Continuously explore the generative AI landscape and bring forward clear, well-reasoned recommendations on what Beamup should adopt
- Lead the full lifecycle of AI tool rollouts, from identifying the right solution, building the business case, managing the rollout, and driving adoption across teams
- Build and automate workflows using AI and no-code/low-code tools that remove friction and free up people to focus on higher-value work
- Become the internal go-to for anything AI related, running training sessions, writing guides, and helping teams get practical results from the tools they use
- Track and report on the ROI and adoption of deployed tools, and adjust course when something isn't working
- Stay obsessively current on what's happening in AI, new models, new agent frameworks, new use cases, and translate that knowledge into concrete action
Technology Operations
- Take ownership of Beamup's internal technology stack, including devices, software, user accounts, and day-to-day support
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding from a technology perspective
- Keep SaaS tools, licenses, and vendor relationships organized and up to date
- Maintain clear documentation so nothing lives only in your head
Security & Compliance
- Keep ISO certification requirements on track by managing audit schedules, documentation, and coordinating evidence collection across departments

Requirements
- Strong technical foundation, whether from a development, data, product, or technical operations background
- Genuine, demonstrable passion for generative AI; you've built things with it, you follow the space closely, and you have opinions about what works and what doesn't
- A track record of picking up new domains quickly and becoming effective without being hand-held
- Strong project management skills; you can take an ambiguous objective, break it into steps, and see it through to completion
- Clear, confident communicator who can explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues and bring people along on change
- Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building structure where it doesn't yet exist
Nice to Have
- Experience with automation and workflow tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar)
- Familiarity with AI agent frameworks or prompt engineering
- Exposure to compliance concepts (ISO 27001, SOC 2) even without formal certification
- Experience at a startup or high-growth environment where you had to wear multiple hats
