How will your day-to-day look?

• Automate revenue workflows - Build and maintain HubSpot (and supporting tools) automations for lead routing, activity tracking, territory assignment, and sales processes

What will you need to have?

• 5+ years in Sales Ops / RevOps (B2B SaaS) - Experience building and running revenue operations in a scaling environment
• Strong CRM operations skills - Proven ability to implement, maintain, and optimize CRM processes at scale
• Automation + infrastructure mindset - Track record of building systems that measurably improve sales productivity and performance
• HubSpot expertise (admin-level preferred) - Confident in customizing objects, workflows, deal stages, automation logic, and integrations

• 5–7 years of Customer Success experience — in a b2b SaaS environment with a strong track record managing Enterprise accounts and driving retention and expansion.
• 2+ years of people leadership — directly managing or leading a CS team with clear, measurable impact on team performance and individual development.
• Proven revenue accountability — demonstrated ownership of NRR, renewals, and expansion at both the individual and team level.
• Process builder mindset — a track record of designing or meaningfully improving CS playbooks, frameworks, and team workflows that scale.

What will you do?

• Own named enterprise accounts end-to-end – Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through close across organizations with 3,000+ employees
• Convert product-led momentum into executive alignment – Turn bottom-up usage into top-down sponsorship and enterprise-wide adoption
• Navigate complex buying environments – Lead multi-stakeholder deals involving security, legal, procurement, and executive teams
• Drive long-term account growth – Maintain ownership post-close and identify expansion opportunities in partnership with Customer Success
• Build executive-level relationships – Develop deep understanding of customer goals, structure, and internal dynamics to create durable partnerships
• Operate with forecast discipline – Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, consistent deal progression, and transparent forecasting

What will you need to have? 

• 7–12 years of professional experience – Strong preference for 8–10 years total experience
• 4–6+ years selling B2B SaaS – Experience closing Mid-Market and Enterprise deals
• Enterprise deal execution track record – Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving legal, security, and procurement
• Account ownership mindset – Experience managing accounts post-close and driving expansion over time
• PLG motion familiarity – Comfort operating where product users and economic buyers are not always the same
• Strong judgment and collaboration skills – Ability to operate independently while partnering effectively across Sales, CS, Product, and Leadership

• Strong backend engineering foundation - 4+ years building production systems with Node.js (TypeScript), APIs, databases, and async architectures

• Applied LLM experience - Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-based applications using RAG, embeddings, and vector databases
• Solid system design skills - Experience decoupling long-running AI inference from user-facing APIs using queues or similar patterns

How will your day-to-day look?

• Own adoption and renewals at scale - Drive value realization, engagement, and renewal outcomes across a large pooled customer portfolio
• Run proactive renewal management - Identify risks early, reinforce value, and partner with Sales on expansion or complex renewals
• Lead multi-channel engagement programs - Design and run webinars, enablement sessions, office hours, and targeted 1:few Zoom sessions
• Use 1:1 engagement strategically - Jump into focused calls when risk, context, or opportunity requires a human touch
• Build scalable CS playbooks - Define when to automate vs. lead manually, and document repeatable success programs
• Surface insights cross-functionally - Share data-backed signals on friction, risk, and growth with Product, Support, and Sales

What will you need to have?

• Customer Success experience - 2+ years in CS or a closely related customer-facing role
• High-volume portfolio ownership - Experience managing adoption and engagement for 100+ customers
• Renewal accountability - Proven ownership of renewal outcomes and revenue protection
• Live customer facilitation skills - Experience running webinars, trainings, or office hours
• Strong judgment at scale - Ability to manage many customers without losing signal quality
• Builder mindset - Comfort designing programs, documenting processes, and operating as an early hire

Bonus points if you have:

• SaaS experience in a mid-market or scaling environment
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Intercom, or Mixpanel.
