What will you do?
- Own commercial contracts end-to-end – Review and negotiate customer and vendor agreements with fast turnaround and practical, business-focused guidance
- Lead corporate governance and compliance – Oversee governance matters, employment law issues, and ensure ongoing compliance with corporate requirements
- Drive risk management and regulatory strategy – Monitor global regulations (privacy, AI, IP), assess impact, and operationalize compliance across the organization
- Build modern legal infrastructure – Establish scalable legal processes, tools, and systems from scratch, leveraging technology to increase efficiency
- Manage external counsel and litigation – Oversee outside firms, manage legal budgets, handle disputes, and strategically bring work in-house when possible
- Enable the organization legally – Develop and deliver internal legal training, improving awareness and empowering teams to operate confidently
What will you need to have?
- 8+ years of legal experience – Including at least 5 years in-house, preferably in SaaS or high-growth tech environments
- Deep SaaS legal expertise – Strong experience with subscription models, commercial agreements, privacy, and SaaS-specific regulatory matters
- Broad legal foundation – Solid knowledge across corporate governance, employment law, IP, privacy, and risk management
- Strong commercial judgment – Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements while balancing risk and business objectives
- Executive presence and startup mindset – Ability to operate independently, build authority in ambiguity, and establish legal infrastructure from the ground up
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience integrating technology or AI into legal operations
- Significant background in intellectual property law
- Global privacy and AI regulatory expertise. Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, international data transfers, AI-related regulations (including EU AI Act), and operational privacy programs (DPAs, data mapping, breach response)

How will your day-to-day look?
- Lead EMEA people experience and workplace - own the end-to-end employee experience and workplace operations for our Israel office and remote EMEA team
- Champion exceptional employee programs - design and drive recognition and engagement initiatives from planning to execution that make Guidde a place where people thrive
- Manage people operations - oversee projects, benefits, and build scalable processes that empower teams and keep information accessible
- Be the face and heartbeat of our Israel office - manage day-to-day workplace operations, vendor relationships, and foster an environment where productivity and connection thrive
- Own the EMEA people experience budget - handle annual financial planning, monitor expenditure, and maximize impact across workplace and people initiatives
- Partner as a founding global HR team member - collaborate to build cohesive people practices and create an exceptional Guidder culture worldwide
What You'll Need to Thrive
- 3-5 years in people operations or workplace - preferably in high-growth startup environments where you've worn multiple hats and owned outcomes
- True all-arounder with a doer mindset - equally comfortable planning a big culture event, designing engagement programs, and partnering with leadership on strategic initiatives
- Budget and vendor management experience - proven ability to manage spend, track expenses, and negotiate with vendors while maximizing ROI
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail - ability to juggle multiple priorities, anticipate needs, and proactively solve problems before they escalate
- Process builder mentality - experience creating scalable people operations workflows and continuously optimizing the employee experience
- Based in Israel with hybrid availability - ability to be in our Israel office 3 days per week as an active presence for the team

What will you do?
- Own Guidde’s core creation experience – Define vision and roadmap for the capture-and-edit flow that sits at the heart of the product
- Design seamless cross-platform journeys – Improve the creation experience across Chrome extension, desktop, and web, removing friction at every step
- Stay deeply connected to users – Run interviews, feedback sessions, and continuous discovery to understand real user needs and behaviors
- Turn data into decisions – Define success metrics, track performance, and use insights to guide fast, confident product decisions
- Leverage AI where it adds real value – Identify where intelligent capabilities improve the experience and bring them into production effectively
- Lead cross-functional execution – Work closely with engineering, design, and GTM teams to deliver high-impact product outcomes
What will you need to have?
- 6+ years of product management experience – Owning product areas end-to-end, from strategy through execution and iteration
- Strong user-centric mindset – Consistent experience conducting research and validating decisions through real user interactions
- Cross-functional leadership experience – Proven ability to lead squads and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams
- Data-driven decision making – Comfortable defining metrics, building dashboards, and combining qualitative and quantitative insights
- Experience building AI-powered features – Understanding how to bring intelligent capabilities into real product experiences

What will you do?
- Build the AI backbone - Design and implement backend logic that powers Guidde’s core AI-driven experiences
- Develop scalable AI workflows - Create reliable pipelines and agents that handle complex reasoning in production
- Integrate across the product - Write clean, maintainable Node.js and Python code that connects AI capabilities to the core application
- Improve quality through evaluation - Build frameworks to measure, test, and iterate on AI output quality
- Balance speed and reliability - Ensure AI-powered features perform well, scale smoothly, and are production-ready
What will you need to have?
- Strong backend engineering foundation - 4+ years building production systems with Node.js (TypeScript), APIs, databases, and async architectures
- Python fluency - Comfortable using Python for AI frameworks, experimentation, and data processing
- Applied LLM experience - Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-based applications using RAG, embeddings, and vector databases
- Solid system design skills - Experience decoupling long-running AI inference from user-facing APIs using queues or similar patterns
- Prompt engineering discipline - Ability to design structured, consistent prompts and maintain them in a version-controlled codebase

- Lead and grow the Platform team - Manage, mentor, and set standards for a cross-functional team spanning platform, automation, backend, and architecture
- Own the platform roadmap - Treat the platform as a product by defining and executing a roadmap for cloud infrastructure, observability, and service templates
- Increase engineering velocity - Identify bottlenecks across the R&D lifecycle and implement solutions that help teams ship faster and safer
- Architect for scale and reliability - Design infrastructure that supports high-scale video rendering and AI workloads in collaboration with product R&D teams
- Enable self-service - Drive the shift from ticket-based operations to developer self-service for environments, services, and deployments
- Partner across R&D - Work closely with product groups to reduce cognitive load and improve the developer experience
What will you need to have?
- Platform or DevOps leadership experience - 2+ years leading DevOps, SRE, or Platform teams while balancing stability and long-term strategy
- Strong cloud-native background - 5+ years working with AWS or GCP, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code
- Hands-on technical authority - Ability to dive into code or infrastructure (Terraform, Python, Go) when needed to unblock teams
- Product mindset - Experience building internal platforms based on developer feedback and measuring success through adoption
- Broad technical understanding - Comfortable across the stack, from frontend build systems to backend services and databases
- Clear communicator - Able to translate infrastructure work into business impact and align multiple R&D stakeholders

If you are customer-obsessed, energized by building meaningful relationships at scale, and excited about helping diverse organizations succeed while protecting and growing revenue, then your place is with us! We’re looking for our first Customer Success Manager, Digital Engagement - a foundational hire who will help define how scaled Customer Success operates at Guidde.
How will your day-to-day look?
- Own adoption and renewals at scale - Drive value realization, engagement, and renewal outcomes across a large pooled customer portfolio
- Run proactive renewal management - Identify risks early, reinforce value, and partner with Sales on expansion or complex renewals
- Lead multi-channel engagement programs - Design and run webinars, enablement sessions, office hours, and targeted 1:few Zoom sessions
- Use 1:1 engagement strategically - Jump into focused calls when risk, context, or opportunity requires a human touch
- Build scalable CS playbooks - Define when to automate vs. lead manually, and document repeatable success programs
- Surface insights cross-functionally - Share data-backed signals on friction, risk, and growth with Product, Support, and Sales
What will you need to have?
- Customer Success experience - 2+ years in CS or a closely related customer-facing role
- High-volume portfolio ownership - Experience managing adoption and engagement for 100+ customers
- Renewal accountability - Proven ownership of renewal outcomes and revenue protection
- Live customer facilitation skills - Experience running webinars, trainings, or office hours
- Strong judgment at scale - Ability to manage many customers without losing signal quality
- Builder mindset - Comfort designing programs, documenting processes, and operating as an early hire
Bonus points if you have:
- SaaS experience in a mid-market or scaling environment
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Intercom, or Mixpanel.
- Background in video documentation, knowledge management, or enablement platforms
