About the Role

As a Front Desk Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the care experience for our patients. This Monday-Friday, regular business hours role involves providing exceptional service as the first point of contact while supporting the daily operations of our infusion centers. About the Role

As a Channel Sales Manager, National Partners (Midwest) you'll be pivotal in scaling Verkada's reach and impact by developing and managing a network of high-performing LVARs (large value-added resellers). Job Description

The Senior Account Manager (SAM) oversees projects within a vertical account team to ensure quality and provide continuity and tactical alignment while also leading high-profile projects from the client through to the project manager and cross-functional team. The SAM will partner with the Account Director to assist brand partners with the development and management of the tactical plan. • Help Sales prioritize next-best actions within accounts (meetings, workshops, briefings, executive programs) based on engagement and intent signals
• Capture and share win stories, best practices, and learnings from ABM programs across regions and sales teams

Data, Insights & Reporting

• Define and track ABM performance metrics, such as engagement across buying groups, opportunity creation, deal acceleration, influenced and sourced pipeline, and revenue
• Partner with Analytics, RevOps, and Marketing Operations to pull and analyze account-level reports from CRM, marketing automation, and BI tools
• Build closed-loop reporting to show impact of ABM programs at the account, segment, and program level; present insights in monthly/quarterly business reviews
• Use data and experimentation to test, learn, and optimize ABM tactics, audiences, and messaging

Technology, Data & Operations

• Leverage ABM and marketing technologies (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, intent platforms, personalization tools, sales engagement platforms) to orchestrate and scale programs
• Maintain clean account lists, segments, and tags in CRM/marketing tools to enable accurate targeting and measurement
• Partner with Operations to document and improve ABM processes, SLAs, and workflows across Marketing and Sales

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, account-based marketing, field/regional marketing, demand generation, or a related role; experience in SaaS/technology preferred
• Hands-on experience building and executing ABM programs (1:1, 1:few, or 1:many) in partnership with Sales or Customer Success
• Strong project management and organization skills; able to manage multiple programs, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo/Eloqua/HubSpot, ABM/intent platforms, sales engagement tools) and pulling basic performance reports
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information for Sales, executives, and cross-functional partners

OVERVIEW

The Operations Associate is critical in the store team and is responsible for driving profitability and efficiency. Your Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition of the property according to The Scion Group’s Standard Operating Procedures, OSHA and Industry
• Perform physically demanding work to maintain the asset, and other property features to minimize liability
• Execute maintenance objectives and daily assignments with the Facilities
• Perform minor and routine maintenance/repair in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in assuring all service requests are completed
• Document work performed and parts used; and submit daily upon completion, including legible notes on what was done, the supplies used, further follow-up and materials needed, date and signature of
• Promote good public relations with residents, service staff, contractors, and management through great “people” attitude and resident
• Routinely perform duties including basic appliance repair, basic carpentry, plumbing/fixture repair, painting, and basic electric & lighting to make apartments ready on a timely basis, and ensure meeting completion dates set by the Facility Manager or Supervisor.

Job Summary

Real Chemistry has a newly created role on our growing Treasury Team and we are seeking an experienced Treasury Analyst to join as we expand our department to support company growth.  This role will provide operational support on all treasury matters for the company, including such areas as Bank Account Management and Cash Management, reporting to the Manager of Treasury – Cash Operations.  The Treasury Analyst role requires the ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships within a collaborative team and serve as a liaison to business units and external banking partners.

Responsibilities –

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Cash & Liquidity Management
  • Prepare daily cash reports of worldwide cash balances on a weekly basis for distribution to appropriate parties
  • Monitor daily cash positioning of respective accounts and communicate cash liquidity or any potential liquidity needs based on current cash flow forecasting models and actual transaction activity
  • Assist in effective cash management strategies with short-term investment/redemption recommendations for cash coverage purposes as well as cash consolidation analysis to the Manager of Treasury

  • Maintain the Master bank account database and tracking of current bank requests

The Validation Associate II is a key member of the Computer Systems Validation team within the Technical Services organization. The Validation Associate II must have a working knowledge of the overall requirements dictated by worldwide regulatory agencies with respect to computer systems validation. This position works directly with the Information Technology department and other functional areas and is considered the lead validation resource. This innovative and adaptable Care Team Manager is an integral part of Reema – a start-up working to transform how health care and social care work together. The Manager leads by example in supporting our mission, is a champion of team leadership, and is accountable for our Care Team Program Outcomes and the non-clinical care provided by Community Guides. The Care Team Manager will lead as part of an integrated model of healthcare where they partner directly with clinical psychotherapists and prescribers to provide holistic support for members. They respond to concerns respectfully, constructively, and in a timely manner. The Manager possesses an innate ability to solve problems independently, and also works collaboratively with cross-functional partners to achieve goals and support the Care Team. The Manager effectively communicates and empowers Community Guides to meet goals and create meaningful relationships with our members. Our approach is to provide the right amount of care at the right time for each of our members and the manager’s contributions are seen as paramount to Reema’s engagement within the community.  

This role spends approximately 90-95% of the time on leadership responsibilities:

• Have a thorough understanding of Reema’s program including the goals, expectations, and metrics for Community Guides individually and as a team. Be accountable to these metrics and clearly communicate expectations that are meaningful and in alignment with Reema’s values.
• Champion change management and effectively lead hybrid Care Teams through ambiguity and innovation. You are excited to join a fast-paced startup company that is constantly changing and redefining itself.
• Establish structures and processes that cultivate communication and accountability to effectively sustain the team, such as: facilitating regular 1:1 meetings with Guides; setting and monitoring individual Guide goals around metrics, Guide activity, and/or member interactions, leading engaging team meetings, leading multidisciplinary team meetings, Case Reviews, Community Volunteering, and Team Building Events.
• Actively review Community Guide performance to consistently and effectively deliver feedback and recognition.
• Actively partner with clinicians to ensure alignment for services to members, manage multidisciplinary workflows and communication, and collaborate on ensuring high quality service delivery.
• Facilitate weekly check-ins that include staffing and metrics updates, reporting, and setting monthly Care Team goals with the Director of Clinical Care Team Operations.
• Provide support and supervision to Guides within assigned teams; including researching resources for members.
• Become a champion for partnered outreach and display a willingness to support other Community Guides in their community outreach. 
• Participate in the hiring process by functioning as a lead partner in Care Team interviews. 
• Facilitate new employee onboarding and support ongoing training and development of staff. 
• Ensure the entire team maintains confidentiality of PHI and abides by HIPAA and software security policies and training.
• Initiate and maintain relationships with local community partners across the mental health continuum of care.

• Through cold outreach, establish trusting relationships with members through an empathetic, strength-based, and trauma-informed approach.
• Utilize text messaging, phone calls, home visits, and other face-to-face communication as a primary means of engagement to meet member needs.
