As a Senior Systems Administrator for Finance Systems, you will be the key architect and steward of our NetSuite ERP environment. This role is critical to ensuring seamless support and enhancements for our finance operations. You will work closely with Finance, IT, Corporate, and various business units to drive process improvements, system integrations, and operational excellence. This is a senior role that requires a self-starter who can work independently, manage vendor relationships, and mentor junior team members
This role reports to the Head of Information Technology and Corporate Systems.
Location: Hyderabad, India
Work Hours: 3 PM IST – 12 AM IST
Essential Responsibilities:
NetSuite ERP Management: Oversee the daily operations of our NetSuite instance (both sandbox and production), ensuring robust performance across modules such as GL, A/P, A/R, order and billing management, revenue recognition, fixed asset management, and banking/electronic payments. Maintain system stability, data integrity, and compliance by keeping software, scripts, and integrations up to date.
Reporting C Analytics: Serve as a NetSuite C Suite Analytics super-user by developing advanced reports, dashboards, and insights to support financial decision-making.
Vendor C Change Management: Establish and manage relationships with NetSuite vendors and professional service providers. Implement a proactive change management process, including detailed impact analysis and approval workflows for system modifications.
System Integration C Upgrades: Lead the deployment of new functionality and integrate NetSuite with other enterprise systems (e.g., Concur, ADP, SFDC). Oversee comprehensive testing and smooth execution of NetSuite upgrades.
Documentation C Compliance: Develop and maintain clear documentation, including policies, procedures, workflows, and user guides. Ensure adherence to internal controls, segregation of duties, and regulatory compliance.
Team Leadership C Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior team members, including a dedicated NetSuite administrator, with an emphasis on security and access control best practices. Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and NetSuite advancements by attending training sessions, user conferences, and online forums.
Desired Qualification:
Experience: At least 10 years of progressive ERP experience, with significant hands-on experience in managing and administering NetSuite. Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and leading ERP projects.
Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of core NetSuite functionalities, customization capabilities (Suite Script, Suite Analytics, workflows), and standard business processes. Proven experience in integrating NetSuite with other enterprise systems.
Skills: Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Leadership: Experience in mentoring and leading less senior team members. Ability to drive change and manage complex system upgrades with minimal external support.

Sr. Systems Administrator
The Systems Administrator would report to the Manager of Systems Engineering performing functions related to the day-to-day operations of the infrastructure supporting the business including data center operations, hardware, operating systems, user administration, virtualization, and backups and recovery of the environment. ● You have experience with Cloud (AWS or Google cloud), as well as expertise with Linux/Unix systems.

It would be great if you also have:

The Role
We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer with a Software Engineering background to join our rapidly growing global team supporting SaaS products. You are an experienced .NET developer with proficiency in DevOps/Infrastructure tooling and expertise in cloud platforms and operations.
In this role, you will apply your Software Engineering experience to enhance system performance and reliability, as well as building internal systems and capabilities that eliminate manual work through automation.
You'll be joining our Platforms teams with globally dispersed Site Reliability and Platform Engineers in a "follow the sun" model to operate our products on a multi-region cloud platform.

You are an experienced .NET Software Engineer with extensive demonstrable experience of leading teams that design, build and operate cloud-based SaaS products and platforms. About the role
We're seeking an experienced IT Administrator to own and manage our complete IT infrastructure and support operations as we continue to scale our global team. You'll be responsible for ensuring seamless technology operations across our India and US offices, managing everything from user hardware deployment to security implementations and cloud administration. This role is critical to supporting our growing team's productivity and maintaining the robust technology foundation that powers our Instead platform and internal operations.
