The Standards Management Team is responsible for evolving B Lab’s Standards (approximately every 3 to 5 years) to incorporate best practices and be best-in-class.
More specifically, this means (1) creating, managing, and innovating standards and performance related products developed by B Lab, including the content of the B Impact Assessment, B Corp Certification performance requirements, and other potential products; (2) maintaining and building the integrity and credibility of the B Movement, and (3) supporting and educating stakeholders, internal and external, on important topics and debates related to all of the above.

The Senior Manager, Social Standards will play a specialist role supporting the ongoing application of the existing B Lab Standards within their domain, lead on the development of future updates to the Standards, and bring their expertise to support relevant collective action efforts within the B Corp movement and its partners to help businesses improve their performance on the social topics. As our Learning Technology Sr. Specialist, you are the strategic and operational owner of the learning technology ecosystem supporting the Commercial Organization. The salary range for this role is $148,000 - $203,500. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. What the Role Is
As the Principal HR Business Partner - Operations, you’ll be the primary HR partner for Babylist’s Operations organization—Inventory Planning & Management, Supply Chain, and our Fulfillment Center in Commercial Point, OH. You’ll translate business priorities into people strategies that enable a complex, fast-scaling operations network to perform consistently, from corporate planning teams through frontline warehouse execution.
This is a fully onsite role, Monday–Friday. Domain Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of MDM/UEM solutions (e.g., Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, Jamf, MobileIron, or IBM MaaS360).
Technical Stack: Proficiency with industry-standard support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, or Salesforce Service Cloud.
Problem Solving: A proven track record of troubleshooting complex enterprise software issues in high-pressure environments.
Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into actionable business insights.
Certifications: Official certifications in MDM/UEM platforms or ITIL Service Management.
Industry Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced SaaS or Enterprise Software environment.
Global Exposure: Experience managing teams across multiple time zones.

How You'll Make An Impact
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Tax to lead and manage all aspects of our global corporate tax function. As a key member of the Finance leadership team, the Director of Tax will be responsible for leading a high-performing tax function while developing and executing tax strategies, ensuring compliance of all domestic and international subsidiaries, and optimizing the company’s global tax position while supporting its growth. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with experience in SaaS, cloud computing, or digital product-based business models. While not required, the candidate will preferably have experience with partnership taxation, private equity fund structures, managing tax matters for investment partnerships or similar entities, and IPO’s.
This position reports to the Vice President of Accounting, will be located in the U.S. working within eastern time zone hours, and will manage both internal and external resources that are geographically dispersed.
