In this role, you’ll be key to ensuring software projects are delivered successfully, aligning execution with business objectives and driving both technical and commercial excellence. You’ll bring structure to complexity, proactively manage risks, and make sure delivery outcomes stay on track — on time and on budget.
Project Planning & Execution
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Coordinate communication, documentation, and task management across teams.
Ensure backlog, tickets, and release plans remain current and actionable.
Risk & Dependency Management
Identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers.
Develop contingency plans and escalate critical issues early.
Provide risk assessments and trade-off scenarios to guide leadership decisions.
Stakeholder Communication
Maintain clear and consistent communication with product, engineering, QA, and external stakeholders.
Deliver reports, dashboards, and updates tailored to technical and business audiences.
Financial Management
Track and report project financials, including revenue, costs, and margins.
Support invoicing accuracy and ensure alignment with delivery milestones.
Monitor financial health of projects and recommend corrective actions where needed.
Change & Resource Management
Manage scope changes while protecting core project goals.
Balance competing priorities and allocate resources effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience managing cross-functional technical projects from initiation to delivery.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban lifecycles.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet).
Strong financial acumen with ability to track margins, revenue, and project costs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to adapt across technical and business stakeholders.
English level: B2+ minimum.

Position Summary
The Expense & Travel Analyst will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the company’s Travel & Expense (T&E) processes through the Rydoo platform. This role ensures that employee expense reports are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and local regulations. We are looking for a Procurement Analyst to optimize our supply chain and purchasing operations. This role is responsible for the entire acquisition cycle, ensuring that goods and services are obtained under the best conditions of price, quality, and delivery time. You will be a key player in identifying areas for improvement, implementing cost-reduction strategies, and ensuring full compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Strategic Sourcing & Strategy: Evaluate current purchasing processes to identify improvements and implement new strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
Acquisition Management: Manage the full procurement lifecycle, from identifying organizational needs to the final evaluation of received products.
Supplier Negotiation: Negotiate directly with vendors to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Data & System Integrity: Create and maintain the procurement database within the NetSuite platform, ensuring continuous evaluation of vendor performance.
Compliance & Policy: Stay updated on legal regulations and ensure all purchasing activities adhere to established company policies and standards.
Financial Coordination: Verify supplier invoices against contracts, monitor corporate credit card expenses, and coordinate with the accounting department to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
Travel Management: Coordinate and manage all aspects of corporate travel, including flights, accommodation, and transportation bookings.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data and market trends to make informed purchasing decisions.
Negotiation: Proven skills in negotiating terms and conditions to secure the best value.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to documentation, data entry, and invoice verification.
Organization: Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects, travel logistics, and tight deadlines simultaneously.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Finance, or a related field.

Language: English proficiency at a B2+ level is required for effective collaboration within our global structure.

What you’ll do
· Provide high-quality, practical employment law advice across the full employee lifecycle in Argentina, with the ability to support broader LATAM matters where relevant.
· Acting as the regional lead and subject matter expert for the region.
· Lead and support employee relations matters, including terminations, separations, disciplinary processes, and performance-related actions, ensuring risk-aligned outcomes.
· Advise on labour contracting and subcontracting compliance, ensuring ongoing adherence to regional regulatory requirements.
· Draft, review, and refine employment documentation, including employment agreements, separation and mutual termination letters, transfer/relocation documents, full and final settlement letters, and statutory HR policies.
· Contribute to the development and implementation of employment, HR, compensation, and workforce-structuring policies that align with local laws and business needs.
· Stay ahead of legal and regulatory changes across national and local employment laws, and translate updates into actionable guidance for internal stakeholders and clients.
· Collaborate closely with HR Ops, Payroll, Sales, GTM, Finance, and other internal teams to deliver coordinated, commercially aligned legal solutions.

Who you are
· You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law; a Master’s or LLM is an added advantage.
· You bring 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Argentinian employment and labor law. Experience supporting other LATAM jurisdictions is a strong plus.
· You have deep knowledge of Argentinian labor laws, regulations, case trends, and practical market practices.
· You understand the legal nuances of hiring, employee lifecycle management, workforce transitions, and separations.
· You have strong drafting skills and are experienced in preparing and reviewing employment agreements, HR policies, separation documentation, and related employment artefacts.
· You possess excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate legal requirements into practical, business-aligned guidance.
· You communicate legal concepts clearly and confidently, partnering effectively with HR, business teams, and leadership.
· You can work independently, manage multiple matters simultaneously, and operate with sound judgment in fast-moving environments.

This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop expertise in key areas of digital marketing, including Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Influencer Marketing, and Retail Media.

2-Month Paid Development & Probation Program
This role begins with a 2-month program designed to provide hands-on training and professional working experience, as well as serve as the standard employment probationary period. During this probationary period, you will be closely supervised by our staff and continuously assessed by to determine if you are competent and trustworthy enough to be a full Digital Media Buyer for WITHIN. Upon successful completion of this program, you will be staffed on a team to begin working on client accounts on an independent full-time basis immediately!
