Buscamos un/a analista apasionado/a por la automatización, la tecnología y la inteligencia artificial, que disfrute transformar procesos manuales y datos dispersos en soluciones inteligentes, escalables y predictivas.

Que impulse la eficiencia operativa en nuestra operación, mediante el diseño, construcción y despliegue de soluciones tecnológicas con uso de IA y automatización, logrando transformar procesos manuales en flujos inteligentes, garantizando que la operación será escalable, predictiva y esté alineada con los objetivos de Cabify. 

¿Cómo nos ayudarás a cumplir con nuestra misión?

• Implementar oportunidades de automatización y soluciones con uso de IA en procesos internos y externos que generen ahorros tangibles de tiempo y recursos de forma inmediata. 
• Desarrollar herramientas de análisis para la toma de decisiones en el área.
• Identificación y diagnóstico: Ejecutar shadowing operativo para mapear fricciones y procesos manuales en nuestra operación. Logrando propuestas e implementación de proyectos y procesos que apoyen en la mejora continua.
• Orquestación de Pipelines de Datos: Configurar y mantener conectores automatizados que unifiquen el flujo de información entre Ingeniería de Conocimiento (RAG) y herramientas de gestión (Zendesk), telefonía e infraestructura de voz (Aircall / Amazon Connect) y gestión de tareas (Jira Service Management) y reportería de datos empleando Tableau.

Funciones principales:

• Arquitectura de Agentes IA: Diseñar y desplegar agentes de IA generativa para la creación automática de contenidos, evaluaciones técnicas y rutas de aprendizaje dinámicas.
• Modelado Predictivo de Performance: Desarrollar algoritmos que identifiquen brechas de desempeño y riesgos operativos antes de que afecten los KPIs de la operación.
• Ingeniería de Conocimiento (RAG): Construir y optimizar las bases de datos y de conocimiento que alimentan a los agentes de IA, asegurando respuestas precisas y actualizadas.
• Integración E2E: Automatizar mediante flujos inteligentes (Workflows) el ciclo completo de procesos, eliminando la intervención manual en el registro y seguimiento.
• Interoperabilidad de Plataformas: Configurar conectores y pipelines de datos entre el CRM, sistemas de telefonía, LMS, Zendesk, Aircall, Amazon Conect, Tableau, Jira y herramientas de auditoría para unificar el reporting.
• Shadowing de Eficiencia: Identificar "ladrones de tiempo" (tareas manuales repetitivas) en la operación diaria para transformarlas en procesos automatizados con IA.
• MVP rápido: Desarrollar soluciones piloto de despliegue ágil que generen un ahorro en eficiencia operativa.
• Gobernanza técnica: Monitorear la estabilidad de los bots y agentes activos, ejecutando el mantenimiento correctivo y reportando incidentes técnicos.
• Vigilancia Tecnológica: Mantener una mentalidad de aprendizaje continuo para identificar, testear y documentar nuevas herramientas de IA, modelos de lenguaje (LLMs) y soluciones de automatización a la vanguardia del mercado. 
• Documentar los procesos actuales del contact center (mapeo de tareas manuales).

Lo que estamos buscando

Formación académica:

• Tecnólogo/oa o profesional recién graduado/a en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería de Software, Data Engineer o carreras afines. Deseable contar con cursos, certificaciones o formación complementaria en inteligencia artificial, automatización de procesos.

Experiencia Mínima: Mínimo 1 año y medio de experiencia en el diseño e implementación de soluciones de automatización e inteligencia artificial, incluyendo:

• Ingeniería de Procesos & Mejora Continua: Historial comprobable en el mapeo, documentación y optimización de flujos operativos en entornos de alto volumen (Contact Center, Operaciones o Shared Services).
• Automatización de Ciclo de Vida: Experiencia implementando soluciones que impacten directamente en KPIs de eficiencia, tales como reducción de AHT (Average Handle Time), automatización de Onboarding o auditoría de calidad masiva.
• Gestión de Proyectos Transversales: Capacidad en gestión de incidencias y coordinación interdepartamental, asegurando que la solución técnica resuelva el problema de negocio.
• Arquitectura No-Code/Low-Code: Experiencia en orquestación de flujos mediante herramientas como Zapier, n8n o Power Automate. Capacidad para conectar APIs y gestionar Webhooks.
• Arquitectura Code:  Dominio en la creación, depuración y despliegue de scripts funcionales (JavaScript / Google Apps Script) en entornos de desarrollo integrados (IDEs) optimizados para IA, específicamente Cursor y Visual Studio Code, usando agentes con modelos de inteligencia artificial de Claude. 
• Dominio de IA Generativa Aplicada: No solo como usuario final, sino en el uso de Prompt Engineering técnico, configuración de agentes (parámetros como temperatura) y uso de modelos para generación de contenido o análisis de datos no estructurados.
• Gestión de Datos & Estructuras: Conocimiento sólido en el manejo de JSON, limpieza de datos y estructuración de bases en Google Sheets/Excel para que funcionen como "cerebros" de automatización. Se valorará positivamente el uso de SQL y Python para análisis avanzado.

The Role

As a Product Engineer at Counterpart, you own problems and drive outcomes. You iron out requirements with stakeholders, partners, and customers. You leverage AI for implementation. You verify the end-to-end result. You iterate until you move the needle.

You run projects with other Product Engineers and AI agents. You know when to delegate to a human, when to delegate to an agent, and when to do it yourself. 

YOU WILL

Own the Problem

• Take accountability for the outcome. 
• Talk directly to your users, stakeholders, and peers to discover the problem. 
• Translate business intents into functional requirements that engineers and agents can build against. Determine where human judgment is non-negotiable and where AI can augment or act autonomously. 
• Own the non-functional technical requirements. Specify the quality bar: performance, scalability, reliability, security, maintainability.

Build with AI

• Write production-quality code across the stack: Python, Django, AWS, React, and PostgreSQL. You are not afraid of any layer.
• Direct agents and review their output with domain depth. Catch what they miss across the functional and non-functional bar: correctness, edge cases, performance, security, testability, readability.
• Evaluate and improve agent output regularly. Track failure modes. Refine the prompts and patterns that lift the quality ceiling over time.
• Run projects that span other Product Engineers and agents. Coordinate work, manage dependencies, and keep things moving without micromanaging.
• Contribute to architectural decisions. Bring options and alternatives, not objections. Know when the elegant solution is the wrong call for a startup moving fast.
• Contribute to and manage the context harness as you build and deliver.

Verify and Iterate

• Surface delivery risks early. Bring solutions, not just problems. Keep your stakeholders informed without turning every risk into a meeting.
• Verify the end-to-end result yourself. Confirm the system does what the requirements say, and that the requirements were right.
• Drive adoption of what you ship. Documentation, enablement, and usage monitoring are part of the job.
• Monitor your services in production. Own the signal. Debug and fix what breaks.
• Participate in support rotations. When users run into issues with what you shipped, you investigate and fix them.
• Iterate until you move the needle. Shipping is not the finish line. Outcome is.

Raise the Bar

• Mentor engineers around you. Give direct, useful feedback. Leave things better than you found them.
• Make deliberate calls on technical debt: when to accumulate it, when to pay it down, when to refactor. Translate trade-offs into language that business leaders can act on.
• Operate to the engineering standards for quality, reliability, and operational excellence.

YOU HAVE

• 10+ years building production web applications across the full stack. The years are the floor, not the bar. What matters is whether you have actually done this: owned a problem end-to-end, written the spec, built the thing, coordinated the work, and shipped it without someone else holding the thread.
• Demonstrated experience gathering requirements directly. You have interviewed users, customers, and partner teams, and turned ambiguous intent into specs that engineers and agents can build against.
• Demonstrated experience owning both functional and non-functional requirements. You have defined what a system must do and held the line on how well it must do it.
• A track record of owning a domain or initiative without close supervision. You have navigated ambiguity, made judgment calls, and been accountable for the outcome.
• Extreme ownership and a bias for action. You do not sit and wait. You chase stakeholders, customers, and answers when you need them.
• Experience coordinating across engineers and AI agents on a shared initiative. You have managed the work without holding a formal management title.
• Strong technical judgment and the depth to catch what AI-generated code gets wrong: not syntax, but correctness, architecture, intent.
• Proficiency with Python and Django. Working knowledge of TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in developing with AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, OpenAI Codex, similar) and the drive to stay ahead of how AI development practices are evolving.
• Domain curiosity. You learn the business context your work supports, not just the systems. You understand why the problem matters, not just how to solve it.
• The ability to communicate clearly across engineering, product, and business, translating technical complexity without losing meaning.

• Experience working with distributed, remote teams.

Product Engineering exists to collapse the distance between a problem and a working solution. You own a problem or part of a vision. You shape it with stakeholders. You build it with AI. You verify it end-to-end. You iterate until the metric moves.

You work within the Context Architecture, a shared system of documentation, design patterns, and domain knowledge that gives you the technical context to make autonomous decisions at every step.

This is not a role for engineers who need to be told how. It is a role for engineers who can take a problem, fill in the gaps with good judgment, and ship something that works.

The Role - Senior Software Engineer (Broadcast Augmentation)  

You’ll work at the intersection of real-time broadcast augmentation and video distribution, building systems that enhance how live sports are experienced and delivered. In this role, you’ll develop real-time augmentation and video processing pipelines used in sports broadcast workflows. You’ll help shape low-latency, curated viewing experiences powered by intelligent content selection and rich data derived from optical and on-field sensor tracking. 

We believe live and post-game sports distribution is evolving rapidly, and this role plays a key part in defining what that experience becomes.

What you will use day to day 
You’ll primarily work with Rust, alongside substantial use of C++ and Lua in specific parts of the stack. You’ll also work across other languages and tools as you integrate systems and support internal workflows

• Strong experience in lower-level software development

• Ability to design, build, and maintain reliable, low-latency systems

The Role - Software Engineer (Video Player) 

You’ll be responsible for building, maintaining, and hardening our video player, with a strong focus on playback performance, rendering, integrations, and overall viewer experience. 

You’ll also contribute to broadcast augmentation features and the development tools used by our content team. Over time, there will be opportunities to expand your impact into our video processing pipeline and our content and augmentation engines. 

What you will use day to day 

You should expect to work in JavaScript and Rust almost every day, with some tasks needing other languages. The balance shifts by task (browser and player code, transcoder and augmentation-related tooling, API). You will predominantly work around video and augmentation

Qualifications:

You should meet at least one of the following: 

• Experience with lower-level software development, or
• Experience with video, ideally in the browser (for example streaming, timing, latency, encrypted playback), or
• Experience with three-dimensional or games graphics, ideally in the browser.

About the Role: 

We are seeking a technically strong, hands-on Senior Database Reliability Engineer to help design, build, and scale the database platform used across Sezzle’s applications.

This is not a traditional DBA role. This role is for an engineer who can combine deep database knowledge with software engineering, infrastructure engineering, and platform thinking. You will help build the systems, libraries, automation, standards, and guardrails that make database usage across Sezzle reliable, secure, scalable, and easy for developers to adopt correctly.

As a Senior Database Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for improving how Sezzle applications connect to, migrate, operate, observe, and scale their databases. You will work across application teams, infrastructure, security, and engineering leadership to define patterns that improve database reliability by design — not just by operational response.

We are seeking a Senior Back-End Engineer for our Computer Backup Back-End Team. This team focuses on the back-end services of our Computer Backup product. In this role, you will build and maintain systems to back up and restore exabytes of data.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop highly scalable, performant services and APIs in a Java ecosystem.
• Integrate AI coding agents and frameworks into your workflow to accelerate development, refactor legacy components, and improve code quality.
• Own the full technical lifecycle, including estimation, design, development, and delivery.
• Collaborate across the organization to ensure project success. You will often engage with QA, Data Centers, Marketing, Product Management, Support, Legal/Compliance, and Security to gather necessary context and requirements to implement solutions correctly, help customers, and solve problems.

As a Staff DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in strengthening the scalability, reliability, and automation of Amwell’s infrastructure and DevOps platforms. You will help design and evolve cloud systems that enable product teams to deliver software faster, more safely, and with greater operational confidence.

This role combines deep hands-on technical expertise with cross-team collaboration. You will work closely with engineering, SRE, and platform teams to improve infrastructure automation, observability, and deployment reliability across the organization.
