The Employee Relations and HR Compliance team is a relatively new center of excellence here at Stripe. Role Summary
The Director, HRBP – LATAM will serve as the senior People & Culture leader for SharkNinja’s growing Latin America organization. What you will do
You’ll be the face of Lighthouse for prospective clients, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This is a hunter role: you carry a quota, you build your own pipeline, and you’re accountable to outcomes and success. No excuses, just results.

The Quality Assurance team drives customer support insights to both our internal & BPO partner stakeholders, utilizing our quality assurance audit data as well as exciting new technologies in Conversational Intelligence AI. You’ll help maintain trust in our machine learning model’s QA outputs by ensuring our quality signals are precise, fair, and strategically useful.
This role requires comfort working with GPT/LLM-based systems and the ability to turn raw calibration data into insights that influence our long-term QA strategy.

We ensure our promotional and advertising campaigns deliver high-quality experiences for consumers and merchants while driving performance for advertisers. In this role, you will be directly responsible for managing our promotional & advertising campaigns across our restaurant business by working cross functionally with our sales, product and engineering teams..

The team’s primary role will be to establish mechanisms to ensure our quality audits consistently provide insights that drive process improvements in our support experience.
As a Senior Associate, Calibration Insights Analyst, you’ll be a key architect of calibration excellence across DoorDash Support. You will lead analytical deep dives to identify root causes of quality misalignment, investigate edge cases, and surface systemic opportunities to improve how our GenAI-powered QA systems operate.
You’ll collaborate closely with Model Calibration Specialists, the Performance Excellence team, and stakeholders across CXI to implement projects that improve agent performance, policy alignment, and customer outcomes. You’ll help maintain trust in our machine learning model’s QA outputs by ensuring our quality signals are precise, fair, and strategically useful.
This role requires comfort working with GPT/LLM-based systems and the ability to turn raw calibration data into insights that influence our long-term QA strategy.
You will report to the Supervisor Model Calibration Team (MCT) in our CXI QA organization. This role is hybrid and will require an in-office presence, typically 1 day per week, or as the business needs dictate.

As part of Nu Mexico's KYC Ops team, you'll be at the heart of one of the most important compliance functions in a financial institution — making sure we truly know our customers, protect them, and protect the business from financial crime. Your work directly enables Nu to onboard customers with confidence while staying fully compliant with Mexican and international regulations.
You'll run screening and due diligence routines that span PEP analysis, sanctions list verification (OFAC, UN, SAT 69, Lista de Personas Bloqueadas), FATCA/CRS compliance, and more. Every case you analyze and every opinion you deliver contributes to a financial system that is safer, fairer, and more trustworthy.
