Platform Infrastructure & Core Capabilities
- Design and implement scalable platform infrastructure to support emerging use cases and product evolution.

- Define architecture patterns and frameworks that enable rapid feature development and platform extensibility.
- Lead technical design for new product capabilities as business requirements evolve.
Client Engagement & Solution Delivery
- Own end-to-end solution delivery for client projects, converting business needs into validated architectures and working implementations.
- Lead client-facing architecture activities: facilitate workshops, present technical solutions, drive approvals, and act as subject-matter expert.
- Translate discovery outcomes into structured delivery backlogs that preserve design intent and architecture standards.
- Ensure traceability from business requirements to implemented solutions with full operational accountability.
Product & Partner Integration Architecture
- Own integration architecture design across partner ecosystems — payments, loyalty, inventory, and cloud services.
- Define and enforce integration patterns, API contracts, and data models ensuring interoperability and scalability.
- Establish and maintain partner integration architectures, including authentication, error handling, and versioning strategies.
- Govern solution design and trade-offs with a focus on performance, security, and operational resilience.
Dual-Track Delivery Leadership
- Lead Discovery and Delivery Tracks within Dual-Track Agile — from exploratory prototypes to validated production implementations.
- Drive Discovery Track activities: rapid prototyping, feasibility validation, and stakeholder alignment before full implementation.
- Translate discovery outcomes into delivery backlogs while maintaining architecture quality and non-functional requirements.
- Ensure seamless transition from discovery to delivery with clear design intent and technical specifications.
AI-Enabled Engineering Acceleration
- Apply AI-assisted tools and workflows (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) for design, coding, test generation, and documentation.
- Introduce spec-driven and automated validation patterns that improve delivery speed and consistency.
- Coach teams on responsible and practical use of AI to enhance quality and productivity across the software lifecycle.
- Instrument and leverage agentic workflows to accelerate prototyping, code generation, and automated validation.
Hands-On Technical Contribution
- Build production-quality implementations of critical platform components, client solutions, and new infrastructure.
- Lead by example through active coding, prototyping, and technical problem-solving.
- Implement and demo reference code or critical components for both platform capabilities and client solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and hands-on delivery of complex features.
- Work primarily with cloud-native stacks (Java/Spring Boot, TypeScript, React/Vue, Docker/Kubernetes).
Governance, Mentorship & Continuous Improvement
- Define and uphold architecture standards, reusable patterns, and non-functional requirements (security, scalability, observability).
- Mentor engineers and junior architects on design practices, infrastructure patterns, and AI-assisted development.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce architecture governance, promoting best practices across teams.

- Lead end-to-end solution architecture across discovery, design, delivery, and operational readiness for both platform and client solutions.

- Produce and maintain key architectural artifacts: ADRs, interface contracts, data flow diagrams, infrastructure specs, sequencing diagrams, migration/rollback plans, and traceability matrices.
- Define and enforce architecture standards, integration patterns, and non-functional requirements across all solutions.
Platform Development
- Write production code for critical platform features and infrastructure components.
- Build core platform capabilities that enable rapid feature development and solution delivery.
- Establish reusable patterns, shared services, and API-first designs for platform extensibility.
Client Engagement
- Serve as active technical lead in client engagements: facilitate workshops, present solutions, make trade-off decisions.
- Lead Discovery Track activities, rapidly prototyping and validating solutions with stakeholders.
- Drive approvals and alignment across business and technical stakeholders.
Integration & Partnerships
- Establish and maintain partner integration architectures across third-party ecosystems.

- Contribute to platform and portfolio strategy, identifying gaps requiring investment and reusable assets.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of professional software development experience, including recent hands-on coding and prototyping in modern technology stacks.
- 5+ years designing cloud-native, microservices, or event-driven architectures (Azure or equivalent cloud platforms).
- Strong experience building platform infrastructure and scalable backend systems.
- Proven experience owning end-to-end solution delivery, including design, implementation, and post-release operational accountability for medium-to-large projects.
- Experience with partner integrations — payments, SaaS APIs, loyalty, inventory, or authentication providers.
- Hands-on experience building prototypes or reference implementations to validate architecture and solution feasibility.
- Expertise in API-first design (REST/OpenAPI).
- Experience with relational/non-relational databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Solid grasp of containerization, CI/CD, and Kubernetes-based delivery pipelines.
- Practical experience with generative AI and AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor).

As a Content Optimization and Catalogue Management Specialist, you'll be responsible for how our clients products show up, get found, and convert on Amazon and Mercado Libre. That means writing and refining listings, managing catalogue health, and building the kind of organic visibility that doesn't disappear the moment ad spend drops.
You'll work directly with client teams and internal strategists to keep catalogues clean, content sharp, and rankings moving in the right direction.
What will you do?
Your day-to-day breaks into two connected areas.
Content Optimization
Content optimization is where you drive organic performance. You'll conduct keyword research, write and update product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend attributes. You'll audit existing content against platform best practices and identify gaps before they become ranking problems. You'll test copy variations and track what actually moves the needle.
Catalogue Management
Catalogue management is where you keep the operation running. You'll handle the publication and maintenance of product listings, manage bulk uploads and flat files, resolve listing errors
and suppressed ASINs or items, and keep content synchronized across multiple accounts and categories. When something breaks, you figure out why and fix it.
Beyond those two pillars, you'll monitor organic ranking performance, report on content health metrics, and bring recommendations that are grounded in data, not guesswork.
What are we looking for?
Experience
Around three years working in content optimization and/or catalogue management on Amazon and/or Mercado Libre. You understand how these platforms rank organic results and you've
influenced those rankings for real brands.
Platform Fluency
You know Seller Central and Vendor Central. You've worked with Mercado Libre item publication flows. Flat files, bulk uploads, listing errors, and suppressed items are familiar
territory, not new concepts.
Keyword and SEO Fundamentals
You know how to research, prioritize, and place keywords in a way that platforms reward. You understand the difference between what drives impressions and what drives conversions.
Analytical Mindset
You read performance data and draw conclusions from it. If organic rankings drop, you have a process for diagnosing why. If a content change works, you can explain what it did and why it helped.
Attention to Detail

The tools developed by the Code Generation and Data Migration team are critical in this journey, helping customers with schema modeling, code generation, initial data loads, and continuous data synchronization.
We're looking for a Senior Engineer with a strong background in computer science fundamentals, systems design, experience in the Java ecosystem, streaming systems, and data-intensive applications to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and optimizing the underlying data structures, algorithms, and database interactions that power our generative AI platform, code generation and migration tools. This involves crafting sophisticated orchestration layers, robust integration points, and high-performance data systems that seamlessly connect and leverage advanced AI capabilities for code generation and building a sophisticated data migration suite using a modern technology stack, which includes Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Debezium, and React.You will work on critical components that ensure the scalability, efficiency, and reliability of our services, collaborating closely with AI researchers, product management and other engineers to design and implement cutting-edge products that solve complex customer challenges.
This role will be based out of North America in the PST and MST zones only.
The ideal candidate for this role will have
- 2+ years of engineering experience in backend systems, distributed systems, or core platform development
- Experience in one or several of Java, Rust, C/C++, and/or Python, with a strong understanding of systems-level programming, memory management, and performance tuning
- Experience with streaming data platforms such as Apache Kafka and Change Data Capture (CDC) tools like Debezium
- Experience with relational data modeling and hands-on experience with at least one SQL database (Postgres, MySQL, etc)

What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- 3-4+ years of experience in database engineering, search engineering, or backend data platform roles
- Expert level hands-on experience with Elasticsearch at scale (cluster design, tuning, scaling, and operations)
- Experience designing and implementing vector search, semantic retrieval, hybrid search, and ranking strategies such as RRF

The Role

Responsibilities
We are looking for an exceptional Sr. Technical Consultant (Post Sales) to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist customers in adopting the Workato platform for integration and automation from both business and technical perspectives. You will be defining and driving best practices, working with customer business and technical stakeholders. You will help Workato extend the functionality of our product and continuously improve our engagement best practices. This is a remote role; candidates based anywhere in India are welcome to apply! Onboarding new customers onto Workato’s platform by providing technical consulting, guidance, and enablement to customers to achieve value quickly

Engaging with customers to gather integration and automation requirements and leading the solution design process jointly with customers

Sharing best practices from a business and technical perspective, related to deployment models and governance structures

Working closely with Product and Engineering to review customer requirements and feedback, and identify opportunities for Workato platform enhancements, while managing customer expectations

Becoming a Workato evangelist with the ability to demonstrate how Workato can drive business automation in both direct deployments and embedded solutions across a broad set of industries

Becoming a trusted customer advisor and a customer advocate within Workato

Participating in and conducting post-onboarding deployment health checks and guidance on integration and process optimizations

Contributing to the growth of our technical consulting team by creating or enhancing content such as presentations, demos, best practices, architecture patterns, and online courses for use by both customers and enabling our extended team

Prioritizing and delivering an outstanding customer service experience to Workato customers

Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, as well as any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

5+ years of hands-on experience in solutions and implementation consulting

Knowledge and understanding of integrations and system design principles

Good understanding of technology and industry trends, especially in the app integration space

Demonstrated implementation of quality integration solutions by applying best practices

Demonstrated good understanding of on-premise infrastructure & cloud-based deployments, configurations along with monitoring & management

Demonstrated understanding of the SDLC & end-to-end experience in developing, supporting & troubleshooting integrations

Demonstrated ability to create quality technical documentation

Overview
We're looking to hire for our Data side of our AI team at Speechify. This role is responsible for all aspects of data collection to support our model training operations. We are able to build high-quality datasets at petabyte-scale and low cost through a tight integration of infrastructure, engineering, and research work. We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join us.
What You’ll Do
- Be scrappy to find new sources of audio data and bring it into our ingestion pipeline
- Operate and extend the cloud infrastructure for our ingestion pipeline, currently running on GCP and managed with Terraform.
- Collaborate closely with our Scientists to shift the cost/throughput/quality frontier, delivering richer data at bigger scale and lower cost to power our next-generation models.
- Collaborate with others on the AI Team and Speechify Leadership to craft the AI Team’s dataset roadmap to power Speechify’s next-generation consumer and enterprise products.
An Ideal Candidate Should Have
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of industry experience in software development.
- Proficiency with bash/Python scripting in Linux environments
- Proficiency in Docker and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts and professional experience with at least one major Cloud Provider (we use GCP)
- Experience with web crawlers, large-scale data processing workflows is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

- Lead the design, architecture, and development of native Windows desktop applications using Windows App SDK, WinUI (or related UI frameworks), C#, XAML, and — when needed — C++.
- Define and enforce best-practices for Windows desktop development across the codebase: code architecture, performance, memory usage, responsive UI, cross-version compatibility (Windows 10/11+), and maintainability.
- Drive accessibility efforts: integrate and validate support for accessibility APIs (e.g. Microsoft UI Automation or other relevant Windows accessibility frameworks), ensure UI controls, focus management, keyboard navigation, screen-reader support, and usability for users with disabilities.
- Collaborate closely with product designers, UX researchers, QA, and other stakeholders to shape feature planning, UI/UX architecture, and long-term roadmap for the Windows platform.
- Take ownership of full lifecycle of features: conception → design → implementation → testing → release → maintenance. Ensure quality, reliability, and consistency across releases.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex bugs, performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, rendering issues, or compatibility problems — and propose robust architectural or design solutions.
Required:
- 3+ in Windows desktop application development using Windows App SDK, WinUI (or similar), C#, XAML — and ideally additional experience with native Windows code (C++, Win32/WinRT/COM).
- Deep understanding of Windows application architecture, including interop between managed code (.NET) and native code.
- Proven track record of designing, building, and shipping production-quality desktop applications, with an emphasis on reliability, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Strong experience with accessibility APIs on Windows (e.g. Microsoft UI Automation or similar), and a dedication to building accessible and inclusive software.
- Excellent software engineering fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory management, multi-threading or asynchronous programming (where relevant).
- Experience leading technical design, mentoring other engineers, conducting code reviews, and making architecture-level decisions.
- Strong communication skills; ability to articulate tradeoffs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive consensus.
- A user-centric mindset: focus on building polished, intuitive, and accessible experiences for end users.
Preferred / Bonus:
- Experience with writing automated tests for UI — unit tests, integration tests, UI automation tests; familiarity with relevant testing frameworks.
- Experience with performance optimization for desktop apps (memory usage, startup time, rendering performance, high-DPI support, responsiveness under load).
- Experience with localization/globalization, right-to-left UI support, internationalization, accessibility for multiple regions.
- Familiarity with telemetry, analytics, crash reporting, logging, and error monitoring in desktop applications.

Overview
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Core Experiences Team. This team builds and maintains the foundational services and SDKs that power Speechify’s product experience across platforms. What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with Speechify’s Product Teams to scope projects, find ways to reduce scope to get faster feedback from customers, navigate the integration/UX tradeoffs relevant to different product teams, and deliver solutions via our cross-platform SDK

Overview
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Core Experiences Team. This team builds and maintains the foundational services and SDKs that power Speechify’s product experience across platforms. Overview
We're looking to hire for our Data side of our AI team at Speechify. This role is responsible for all aspects of data collection to support our model training operations. We are able to build high-quality datasets at petabyte-scale and low cost through a tight integration of infrastructure, engineering, and research work. We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join us.
What You’ll Do
- Be scrappy to find new sources of audio data and bring it into our ingestion pipeline
- Operate and extend the cloud infrastructure for our ingestion pipeline, currently running on GCP and managed with Terraform.
- Collaborate closely with our Scientists to shift the cost/throughput/quality frontier, delivering richer data at bigger scale and lower cost to power our next-generation models.
- Collaborate with others on the AI Team and Speechify Leadership to craft the AI Team’s dataset roadmap to power Speechify’s next-generation consumer and enterprise products.
An Ideal Candidate Should Have
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of industry experience in software development.
- Proficiency with bash/Python scripting in Linux environments
- Proficiency in Docker and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts and professional experience with at least one major Cloud Provider (we use GCP)
- Experience with web crawlers, large-scale data processing workflows is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

About the Role:
We are seeking a technically strong, hands-on Senior Database Reliability Engineer to help design, build, and scale the database platform used across Sezzle’s applications.
This is not a traditional DBA role. This role is for an engineer who can combine deep database knowledge with software engineering, infrastructure engineering, and platform thinking. You will help build the systems, libraries, automation, standards, and guardrails that make database usage across Sezzle reliable, secure, scalable, and easy for developers to adopt correctly.
As a Senior Database Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for improving how Sezzle applications connect to, migrate, operate, observe, and scale their databases. You will work across application teams, infrastructure, security, and engineering leadership to define patterns that improve database reliability by design — not just by operational response.
You should be comfortable owning problems end-to-end: understanding application behavior, reading code, reviewing database access patterns, building shared tooling, improving connection management, designing migration safety checks, analyzing production performance, and helping developers use databases in safer and more scalable ways.
You should consider yourself a DOer to be a good fit for this role. We are looking for someone who can ship production-quality engineering work, not just advise from the sidelines. What You'll Do:
- Design, build, and maintain shared database platform components used by Sezzle applications, such as database connection packages, database client libraries, migration tooling, safety checks, query standards, and developer-facing abstractions.
- Establish reliable, scalable patterns for how Sezzle services connect to and interact with relational databases across production, staging, and development environments.
- Partner with backend engineering teams to improve database usage in application code, including connection lifecycle, transaction handling, retries, timeouts, pooling, query patterns, and migration workflows.
- Build automation and internal tooling that makes database operations safer, more repeatable, and less dependent on manual intervention.
- Define and enforce engineering standards for database access, schema design, migrations, indexing, query performance, connection management, and operational readiness.
- Architect and improve database infrastructure across AWS RDS/Aurora MySQL, PostgreSQL, RDS Proxy, read replicas, backups, failover, parameter groups, monitoring, and capacity planning.
- Lead database reliability initiatives that reduce operational risk, improve performance, and help Sezzle scale safely.
- Review application designs and database changes early in the development lifecycle to ensure reliability, scalability, maintainability, and security are built in from the start.
- Build guardrails for database migrations, including automated checks, rollback expectations, schema review workflows, migration observability, and production safety controls.
- Improve developer self-service for database provisioning, access, schema management, local development, testing, and observability.
- Investigate production database issues by combining application telemetry, database metrics, logs, query plans, traces, and cloud infrastructure data.
- Identify and fix systemic database problems, not just symptoms — including bad access patterns, unsafe migrations, inefficient queries, connection storms, lock contention, replication lag, and capacity bottlenecks.
- Create and maintain high-signal dashboards, alerts, SLOs, SLIs, runbooks, and operational readiness checks for database-backed services.
- Drive improvements in database backup validation, restore testing, disaster recovery, failover readiness, and business continuity.
- Work with security and compliance teams to improve database access controls, auditability, encryption, secrets management, least privilege, and PCI/SOC 2 aligned controls.
- Mentor engineers on database design, query performance, safe migrations, operational readiness, and production debugging.
- Use automation and AI tooling where appropriate to improve migration review, query analysis, incident investigation, documentation, and developer productivity.
What We look for:
- 6+ years of professional software engineering, infrastructure engineering, database engineering, SRE, or platform engineering experience.
- Strong software engineering ability in at least one production programming language such as Go, Python, or TypeScript.
- Proven ability to build production-quality internal tools, libraries, frameworks, services, or platform components used by other engineers.
- Deep hands-on experience with relational databases, especially MySQL and/or PostgreSQL, in high-availability production environments.

- Strong ability to analyze database performance using query plans, indexes, slow query logs, wait events, locks, metrics, and application traces.
- Experience designing safe database migration processes for production systems.
- Strong understanding of observability for database-backed applications, including metrics, logs, traces, SLOs, alerting, and incident response.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD systems such as Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, Kubernetes, Helm, or similar tooling.
- Ability to influence engineering teams through clear design reviews, documentation, technical standards, and practical implementation.
- Ability to operate independently, identify high-impact problems, propose pragmatic solutions, and drive them to completion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, focusing on design and coding at a component level.
- Professional level of English language proficiency.
- A strong customer-first mindset, with the ability to translate requirements into modern, flexible software solutions.
- Proficiency in FrontEnd and BackEnd technologies.
- Experience developing and integrating REST APIs using JSON and/or XML.
- Familiarity with cloud services (Azure or similar) for deployment and debugging.
- Expertise in asynchronous programming and scalable software development.
- Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and the ability to work effectively in agile teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related experience.

Summary:
The Customer Service, Sr Associate provides front-line support to merchants across multiple channels, resolving inquiries related to payments, POS systems, hardware, software, and accounts. This role requires technical curiosity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering clear and professional communication.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and resolve customer inquiries regarding payment processing, billing, hardware, software, and accounts.
- Walk merchants through troubleshooting steps for credit card terminals, POS systems, and integrated software platforms.
- Diagnose technical issues and escalate complex cases to higher-tier teams when necessary.
- Use internal systems, knowledge bases, and tools to provide fast and accurate support.
- Educate users on self-service features and digital support tools.
- Document cases and follow up to ensure full resolution.
- Manage multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat, ticketing) efficiently.
- Maintain awareness of payment gateways, POS systems, APIs, backend dashboards, CRM & ticketing platforms, and related tools.
- Answer and resolve customer inquiries regarding gift card payment processing, hardware, software, accounts, loyalty and ecommerce.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years customer service role
