The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to oversee a cross-functional team responsible for platform maintenance and light feature evolution. This role is ideal for a technical leader coming from a frontend, backend, or mobile engineering background who can effectively guide cross-functional teams and collaborate across the broader platform ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in at least one primary engineering discipline while maintaining strong architectural awareness across frontend, backend, mobile, and cloud infrastructure environments. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong technical judgment, and the ability to partner closely with both engineering teams and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate a distributed team of frontend, backend, mobile, and DevOps engineers
- Provide architectural guidance across all layers of the platform
- Drive technical decision-making and ensure alignment with the client’s engineering guidelines and product roadmap
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact between the delivery team and client stakeholders
- Identify technical risks and proactively propose mitigation strategies
- Facilitate sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives in collaboration with project management
- Support cross-functional collaboration across frontend, backend, mobile, and infrastructure teams
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
- 3+ years in a technical lead, staff engineer, or architect-level role leading cross-functional teams
- Strong hands-on engineering experience in at least one primary domain:
- Frontend engineering (React / Next.js)
- Backend engineering (Node.js / Fastify)
- Mobile engineering (React Native)
- Working understanding of adjacent disciplines across frontend, backend, mobile, and cloud infrastructure environments
- Familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure and deployment environments such as Kubernetes and Cloud Run. Hands-on DevOps expertise is not required, but candidates should understand the infrastructure supporting the applications they work on
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across US time zones
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to technologies such as Elasticsearch, Redis / Valkey, and headless CMS platforms like Sanity
- Prior experience in sports, media, or entertainment platforms
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
- Familiarity with performance optimization and caching strategies at scale

- Incident Management & Continuous Improvement: Communicate proactively with customers regarding ongoing issues. Lead or contribute to post-mortems for critical incidents, identifying root causes and driving preventive improvements across processes and systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Technical Proficiency
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira or similar)
- Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing data
- Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and scripting languages such as bash
- Ability to analyze application logs and debug issues
- Strong ability to understand complex SaaS products, configurations, and integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to identify root causes, detect patterns across issues, and propose effective, scalable solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to clearly explain complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in technical support, application support, or customer-facing technical roles
- Experience in B2B environments is a plus

What are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps/Cloud Engineer/SRE with 7+ years of experience to become an integral part of our dynamic DevOps platform team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting cutting-edge AI SaaS and PaaS solutions.
Please note: This position may require participation in an on-call support rotation in the future.
Requirements
Technical Skills:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent education and experience equating to the US equivalent of a bachelor’s degree.
- SDLC & CI/CD: 5+ years of experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and CI/CD technologies, including hands-on expertise with at least two different CI/CD ecosystems. Optional: We also value experience with MLOps practices and their integration into CI/CD pipelines.
- Software Engineering: 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a preference for backend development experience. Nice to have: Experience with Temporal workflows.
- Networking & Operating Systems: Strong knowledge of networking principles and robust experience with Operating System concepts, backed by 5+ years of hands-on Linux administration.
- Cloud Platforms: 5+ years of in-depth experience with AWS (highly preferred) and/or GCP. Highly desired to have certifications in AWS or GCP.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): 5+ years of experience with IaC tools, primarily Terraform.
- Kubernetes: 5+ years of experience managing Kubernetes clusters, including practical experience with at least one cloud-managed service (e.g., EKS, GKE, AKS).
- Database Management: Strong experience with PostgreSQL.
- Troubleshooting: Proven ability to effectively troubleshoot issues across code, cloud infrastructure, networks, and operating systems.
- AI-Specific Technologies (Preferred): Given our focus on AI solutions, experience with MLOps, Nvidia NIM and relevant Nvidia certifications would be a significant asset.

We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to maintain and enhance backend services built on TypeScript and Fastify. You will be responsible for ensuring API reliability, optimizing data layers, and collaborating closely with the frontend and DevOps teams.

- Design, build, and maintain backend services using TypeScript and Fastify
- Develop and optimize APIs consumed by web and mobile clients

We are looking for passionate technologists to join our Solution Consulting organization, to support our Customer Organization to ensure that our growth is grounded and guided by strong technical alignment with our platform and the needs of our customers.
In this role, you are responsible for guiding our customers and users to design and build reliable, scalable systems using our data platform. Our team is made up of seasoned technical sales professionals, consultants, software architects, and developers who take direct responsibility for customer success, including the design of their software, deployment, and operations.
You'll work closely with our Customer Success Managers and Relationship Account Managers to help customers solve business problems by leveraging our solutions. You'll become the trusted advisor to a wide range of customers from startups to the world's largest enterprise IT organizations.
This role will be based remotely in Mexico City or São Paulo.
As an ideal candidate, you will have:
- 5+ years professional work experience within software development, consulting, Pre-Sales, or related fields.
- 2+ years of Pre-Sales experience with enterprise software
- 2+ years of software development experience, with working knowledge and ability to code with one or more modern scripting languages (e.g. Python, Node.js, SQL) and/or popular programming languages (e.g. C/C++, Java, C#)
- A mind for technology - we’ll teach you all about MongoDB and databases, but our customers and products are inherently technical and you should have an aptitude and curiosity to learn about those concepts
- Experience with or knowledge of scalable and highly available distributed systems
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- The ability to be adaptive to an ever-changing environment, where you are constantly improving yourself, your team and (y)our processes
- High levels of organization in your workflows - you understand what it means to work with lots of customers and to prioritize and manage your time efficiently

About the Role:
We are seeking a technically strong, hands-on Senior Database Reliability Engineer to help design, build, and scale the database platform used across Sezzle’s applications.
This is not a traditional DBA role. This role is for an engineer who can combine deep database knowledge with software engineering, infrastructure engineering, and platform thinking. You will help build the systems, libraries, automation, standards, and guardrails that make database usage across Sezzle reliable, secure, scalable, and easy for developers to adopt correctly.
As a Senior Database Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for improving how Sezzle applications connect to, migrate, operate, observe, and scale their databases. You will work across application teams, infrastructure, security, and engineering leadership to define patterns that improve database reliability by design — not just by operational response.
You should be comfortable owning problems end-to-end: understanding application behavior, reading code, reviewing database access patterns, building shared tooling, improving connection management, designing migration safety checks, analyzing production performance, and helping developers use databases in safer and more scalable ways.

What You'll Do:
- Design, build, and maintain shared database platform components used by Sezzle applications, such as database connection packages, database client libraries, migration tooling, safety checks, query standards, and developer-facing abstractions.
- Establish reliable, scalable patterns for how Sezzle services connect to and interact with relational databases across production, staging, and development environments.
- Partner with backend engineering teams to improve database usage in application code, including connection lifecycle, transaction handling, retries, timeouts, pooling, query patterns, and migration workflows.
- Build automation and internal tooling that makes database operations safer, more repeatable, and less dependent on manual intervention.
- Define and enforce engineering standards for database access, schema design, migrations, indexing, query performance, connection management, and operational readiness.
- Architect and improve database infrastructure across AWS RDS/Aurora MySQL, PostgreSQL, RDS Proxy, read replicas, backups, failover, parameter groups, monitoring, and capacity planning.
- Lead database reliability initiatives that reduce operational risk, improve performance, and help Sezzle scale safely.
- Review application designs and database changes early in the development lifecycle to ensure reliability, scalability, maintainability, and security are built in from the start.
- Build guardrails for database migrations, including automated checks, rollback expectations, schema review workflows, migration observability, and production safety controls.
- Improve developer self-service for database provisioning, access, schema management, local development, testing, and observability.
- Investigate production database issues by combining application telemetry, database metrics, logs, query plans, traces, and cloud infrastructure data.
- Identify and fix systemic database problems, not just symptoms — including bad access patterns, unsafe migrations, inefficient queries, connection storms, lock contention, replication lag, and capacity bottlenecks.
- Create and maintain high-signal dashboards, alerts, SLOs, SLIs, runbooks, and operational readiness checks for database-backed services.
- Drive improvements in database backup validation, restore testing, disaster recovery, failover readiness, and business continuity.
- Work with security and compliance teams to improve database access controls, auditability, encryption, secrets management, least privilege, and PCI/SOC 2 aligned controls.
- Mentor engineers on database design, query performance, safe migrations, operational readiness, and production debugging.
- Use automation and AI tooling where appropriate to improve migration review, query analysis, incident investigation, documentation, and developer productivity.
What We look for:
- 6+ years of professional software engineering, infrastructure engineering, database engineering, SRE, or platform engineering experience.
- Strong software engineering ability in at least one production programming language such as Go, Python, or TypeScript.

We're looking for an experienced ML Ops Engineer to join the ML/AI team at Newsela. This team works on projects ranging from classical Machine Learning to AI / Generative pipelines. This is a hands-on role. You'll work closely with ML/AI, data and site reliability engineers to take models from prototype to production, build robust data pipelines, and keep our services running smoothly as we continue to scale.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML model training, packaging, and deployment across our microservices.
- Manage containerized services on AWS ECS, optimizing for cost, latency, and availability.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and service configuration with Terraform.
- Work to maintain and scale services that make use of third party LLM providers.
- Build and improve data pipelines that feed models from BigQuery, S3, and DynamoDB into training and inference workflows.
- Instrument services with observability tooling (Datadog, OpenTelemetry, Langfuse) and establish SLOs for model-serving endpoints.
- Collaborate with ML engineers to productionize new models using BentoML, FastAPI, and container-based serving.
About You:
- 2-3 years in ML Ops supporting ML/AI features, systems and workflows with 3-4 years prior experience in DevOps, CloudOps or SRE.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Docker containerization and container orchestration.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD for ML workflows in an enterprise production environment.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms — specifically AWS (ECS, ECR, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch) and GCP (BigQuery, Vertex AI).
- Experience with LLM integration and observability (OpenAI API, Google GenAI, Langfuse tracing).
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines for ML training and feature engineering
- Familiarity with ML modeling workflows — training, evaluation, experiment tracking (e.g. MLFlow, Weights & Biases), and model versioning
- Experience monitoring and flagging model drift over time.

The Mission
Caylent is seeking skilled Project Management professionals at multiple seniority levels—Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Principal Project Manager—to join our expanding Cloud Project Management team. The specific role and level will be determined during the recruitment process, based on your qualifications, experience, and assessment feedback.
The right candidate is empathic, customer-obsessed, and organized. Your mission will be to work collaboratively with engineering teams and customer stakeholders to meet project goals and engagement expectations. You have experience in managing large-scale or enterprise Clients as well the ability to act as a Scrum Master on projects to deliver quality solutions to our customers using a consultative approach.
Your Assignment
- Manage all assigned projects, including setting goals between clients and delivery teams, planning and executing of projects, conducting regular touch-points and coordinating account-related activities as needed
- Act as Scrum Master to manage and track sprint progress against the overall project timeline
- Schedule and facilitate short Daily Stand-Up meetings with the delivery team to track progress
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Sprint Demos and Sprint Retrospectives
- Collaborate with client Product Owners and Caylent Architects to author technical User Stories
- Review and approve weekly time submissions and monthly invoices
- Work closely with the team to ensure forecasting accuracy and budget management against deliverables

- Proactively identify and resolve project issues and roadblocks
- Champion project experience through excellent communication and relationship building amongst our customer stakeholders and Caylent’s delivery, sales and leadership teams
- Seek and identify additional growth opportunities during the project lifecycle to help retain and grow the Caylent client portfolio
- Mentor new team members through the onboarding process
- Assist in identifying best practices or gaps in the process and work to implement changes as needed
Your Qualifications
- 5 years (minimum) of experience in consulting or professional services managing large-scale, complex programs for Enterprise clients
- Prior management of technical engagements that consist of 5 or more people and over a $500,000 budget
- Experience and knowledge of project management disciplines, methodologies, and tools with the ability to build out client roadmaps
- Experience leading projects in an Agile/Waterfall environment using advanced tool sets (e.g. Jira, Monday, SmartSheet, Assembla)
- Experience in forecasting and budgeting management to drive accuracy in revenue projections to realization
- Ability to identify and manage risks as well as proven ability in successful Escalation management of Enterprise and Strategic or Complex clients
- Demonstrated ability to understand client's business needs, encompassing both short-term objectives and long-term goals to drive additional revenue or account growth
- Ability to interact with clients at both a business and technical level
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present to executives

About the Role:
We are seeking a hands-on, high-impact Senior Security Infrastructure Engineer to help strengthen Sezzle’s security posture across cloud infrastructure, applications, and developer workflows. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to work on real-world security problems at scale.
As a Senior Security Infrastructure Engineer, you will have a high degree of ownership and autonomy to identify risks, investigate issues, and drive meaningful security improvements across our systems. You will work across vulnerability management, detection engineering, supply chain security, and incident response - partnering closely with engineering teams to ensure security is practical, effective, and embedded into how we build and operate systems. You should consider yourself a DOer - someone who is comfortable diving into logs, analyzing systems, validating findings, and working end-to-end to get issues resolved. What You’ll Do:
- Lead and operate vulnerability management across infrastructure, platforms, and applications - including internal scans, dependency analysis, and external findings, validating true positives and driving remediation with engineering teams
- Build, operate, and mature SIEM/XDR capabilities, including log ingestion, detection rule development, alert tuning, and investigation workflows

What We Look For:
- 6+ years of experience in security, software, or infrastructure engineering, with hands-on experience securing cloud-based production systems and working with real-world security challenges
- Experience contributing to threat modeling and security design reviews for modern systems
- Strong hands-on experience in vulnerability management, including scanning, triage, validation, remediation coordination, and verification
- Experience working with SIEM platforms (e.g., Wazuh, Splunk, ELK) for detection engineering, monitoring, and incident response
- Practical experience triaging findings from vulnerability scanners and bug bounty programs
- Strong knowledge of AWS, Linux, and Kubernetes infrastructure, including security architecture, hardening, and operational best practices
- Experience improving infrastructure security, including CI/CD hardening and mitigating software supply chain risks

- Knowledge of common security vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies (OWASP, SANS, etc.)

- Experience designing and tuning detection rules, reducing alert noise, and improving investigation workflows
- Strong understanding of cloud-native security controls, including IAM, network segmentation, and container security

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated, best-in-class Principal Engineer for our Data Infrastructure. This role presents an exciting opportunity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment within a rapidly growing team, with abundant prospects for career advancement.
Sezzle is growing; our data generation and consumption is growing with us at an increasing scale. Data is extremely valuable, and we want to empower the business, the engineers, and the rest of the organization to be able to read, write, and analyze large volumes of it quickly and efficiently.
Sezzle is a heavy consumer of MySQL, Postgres, and Redshift, leveraging AWS tooling with Aurora RDS and DMS. We use DBT-based transformations and similar toolkits to populate a rapidly growing data lake that supports multiple data warehouses. It’s scaled well with us so far, and we’re looking to continue improving it, but we also want to step into new tooling and technologies.
What you’ll do:
- End to end ownership of our database and data warehousing infrastructure, its KPIs and its SLAs, including MySQL, Postgres, CDC capture, and Redshift.
- Lead optimizations in database and query performance.
- Build and maintain tooling to help manage and upgrade our data infrastructure, continually improving with migrations and optimizations.
- Partner with Development to ensure we ship solid queries against a battle-tested schema to meet the needs of our products and business.
- Help Sezzle evolve our data systems beyond the current scale and stack with whatever tooling is necessary to handle processing high volumes of writes and events while performing complex ETL.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies, guiding the evolution of Sezzle’s data infrastructure.
- Help data engineers and analysts optimize Redshift and warehouse performance, including query tuning, modeling improvements, and cost management.
What We look for:
- 12+ years of experience in DBA, SRE, or Data Engineering roles, with a strong track record of scaling production-grade systems.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with deep experience designing and scaling large-scale, data-intensive systems. This role requires hands-on expertise working with massive datasets, distributed data pipelines, and high-throughput backend architectures. You will play a key role in driving our backend services, data platforms, and cloud-native systems forward.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and scale new features for REST APIs and large-scale data processing pipelines that handle high-volume datasets across distributed systems.
- Architect and optimize backend services for high throughput and low-latency performance.
- Develop data-intensive and event-driven applications using Python, Typescript, Spark, and AWS-native services.
- Work with Spark, EMR, Glue, Kafka, or similar frameworks to process and transform very large datasets.
- Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability across microservices and cloud infrastructure.
- Partner with senior engineers, architects, DevOps, and QA throughout the full development lifecycle.
- Mentor developers, guide code reviews, and raise engineering quality standards.
- Automate deployments and CI/CD using Terraform, Serverless Framework, and Kubernetes-based workflows.
What You Bring
Technical Expertise
- 7+ years of backend or full-stack engineering experience with a strong backend focus.
- 7+ years of hands-on Python experience (APIs, automation, large-scale data pipelines).
- 3+ years working with Typescript / Node.js.
- Advanced experience with AWS (EC2, EKS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Step Functions, etc.).
- Strong practical experience deploying and optimizing production workloads on Kubernetes.
- Proven experience working with large datasets, distributed computing, and batch or stream processing using Spark, Dask, EMR, Glue, Kafka, etc.
- Solid understanding of system design, distributed systems, scalability patterns, and cloud architecture.
Collaboration & Communication
- Strong business-level English proficiency to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams across regions.
- Ability to collaborate, document solutions clearly, and participate in technical discussions with stakeholders.

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Linux & Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Administrator to support a production application hosted on OCI. The role focuses on Oracle Linux administration, OCI networking and security, Terraform-based automation, and operational support for SFTP and mail services.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Oracle Linux systems (patching, tuning, troubleshooting)
- Manage OCI resources: compute, VCNs, subnets, routing, load balancers
- Configure and maintain OCI security (IAM, NSGs, security lists, compartments)
- Design and troubleshoot OCI networking and connectivity issues
- Provision and manage infrastructure using Terraform (IaC)
- Support SFTP and mail services (secure access, monitoring, troubleshooting)
- Perform system monitoring, backup coordination, and DR support
- Participate in production support, incidents, and on-call rotations
- Maintain operational documentation and runbooks
Requirements & Skills:
- 7+ years professional experience administering Linux in production (preferably Oracle Linux or closely related RHEL).
- Strong Hands-on experience with OCI administration (compute, networking, IAM, security)
- Experience supporting Oracle WebLogic Server
- Working knowledge of Oracle Database environments
- IaC & Automation: Deep proficiency with Terraform (modules, workspaces, remote state, testing) and Ansible (roles, collections, idempotency, vault).
- Systems Expertise:
- Kernel, systemd, SELinux/AppArmor, LVM/filesystems (xfs/ext4/btrfs), iSCSI/NFS, SSH/hardening.
- Package and patch management (yum/dnf, repo mirrors, Ksplice), vulnerability management, and baseline hardening (CIS/STIG).
- Solid understanding of Networking Fundamentals: TCP/IP, routing, DNS, DHCP, load balancing, proxies, firewalls/security groups, PKI/certificates (TLS).
- Scripting: Proficiency in Bash
- Experience with SFTP and SMTP/mail services
- Deployment Experience: Comfortable with both modern (immutable, pipelines, containers) and older practices (in‑place upgrades, change windows, maintenance runbooks).
- Troubleshooting: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex incidents across OS, network, and platform layers.
- Documentation & Communication: Clear written/verbal communication; ability to author design docs, runbooks, and RFCs.

The Role
We're looking for a Senior Data Engineer to help lead the evolution of our data stack—from pipelines to platform. In this role, you'll build the infrastructure that powers everything from product intelligence to financial reporting and self-serve analytics in product
Our customers are clinicians in small to mid-sized private practices, and the data you shape will directly help them run more efficient, effective businesses. By enabling accessible insights—from no-show trends to client engagement—you’ll give practitioners the tools to make smarter, faster decisions about how they manage care.
Internally, your work will fuel everything from executive reporting and revenue forecasting to product analytics and AI evaluation loops. You’ll collaborate across Data Analytics, ML, Product, and Engineering teams to build scalable, reliable systems that make data a first-class product at SimplePractice.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Analytics and Engineering to build scalable systems that help unlock the value of data from a wide range of sources such as backend databases, event streams, and marketing platforms
- Lead technical vision and architecture with holistic point of view on both short-term and long-term horizons
- Work with analytics to create company wide alignment through standardized metrics across the company
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to support internal use cases such as financial reporting, product analytics and operational metrics
- Enable external use cases like customer-facing dashboard, self-serve analytics, and next best action in product
- Manage the complete data stack from ingestion through data consumption
- Build tools to increase transparency in reporting company wide business outcomes

- Liderar la visión técnica y la arquitectura con una perspectiva integral tanto a corto como a largo plazo.
- Trabajar con el equipo de Analytics para crear alineación a nivel compañía mediante métricas estandarizadas.
- Apoyar casos de uso internos como reportes financieros, analítica de producto y métricas operativas.

The Mission
This is a senior role for someone who leads from both directions at once — deeply technical on customer engagements, and fully accountable for the growth and performance of a team of ML engineers and architects. You will report to the Director of AI/ML.
You own hiring, development, and team health alongside leading complex customer engagements, shaping architecture, and driving pre-sales. Both parts of this job are real and ongoing. The right candidate will find energy in that combination, not tension.
Your Assignment
Leading Your Team
- Hire and build: Set the technical bar for ML roles on your team, lead or oversee technical assessments, and make hiring decisions you can stand behind. Build a team that raises the practice's overall standard.
- Develop people: Run regular structured 1:1s, provide candid feedback at meaningful milestones, and actively invest in each person's growth — whether they are early in their career or highly experienced.
- Manage performance: Recognize strong contributors and address performance gaps directly and early. Partner with HRBPs and the Director of AI/ML when situations require a structured path, and advocate for your team when they deserve it.
- Stay close to staffing: Understand how your team is utilized across engagements, keep the staffing team informed of each person's skills evolution and preferences, and ensure people are placed in work that stretches them appropriately.
Strategic Advisory
- Lead ML assessments: Evaluate customer environments end-to-end — infrastructure, data pipelines, model lifecycle, and organizational readiness — and produce recommendations that drive executive decisions and open the door to the next engagement.
- Shape architecture: Serve as the senior technical authority on engagements, setting architectural direction, ensuring technical quality across the team, and making the calls that matter when tradeoffs are hard.
- Advise on ML operations: Help customers build ML systems they can actually own and sustain — translating MLOps, LLMOps, and production monitoring complexity into standards their engineering teams can execute and their leadership can act on.
- Drive pre-sales: Partner with sales and solutions teams during scoping and proposal phases, contributing the technical depth needed to scope work accurately and give prospects confidence in Caylent's ability to deliver.
Hands-On Delivery
- Lead engagements end-to-end: Drive architecture and solution design from kickoff through delivery — setting technical direction, unblocking the team on hard problems, and ensuring the work meets Caylent's quality standards.
- Own the technical relationship: Depending on the engagement, you are either the primary client contact owning all architect-level outcomes, or the senior technical authority providing oversight across the team. The expectation is the same in both cases — you are the person the engagement depends on technically.
Growing the Practice

- Raise the bar internally: Mentor engineers and architects through real work, contribute to technical interviews, and build reference architectures and accelerators that make the broader ML practice better.
Your Qualifications (non-negotiables)
- 10+ years in machine learning or AI, with a proven track record of leading client-facing engagements in a consulting or advisory capacity.
- Demonstrated people management experience — hiring, performance calibration, career development, and the ability to have difficult conversations directly and constructively.
- Deep, current knowledge of the AWS ML and GenAI ecosystem, with the ability to make and defend architectural decisions across the full ML lifecycle — from data and feature engineering through training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Deep expertise in at least two or three ML domains — whether classical ML, computer vision, NLP, time series, or others — combined with the judgment to assess, architect, and advise across the broader ML landscape.
- Proven ability to architect and govern production ML systems end-to-end, translating MLOps, LLMOps, and broader AI operations complexity into standards that engineering teams can execute and executives can act on.
- Deep expertise across foundation model adaptation — fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT), alignment (RLHF, DPO), inference optimization, and distributed training — combined with RAG and agentic system design, including multi-agent architectures, MCP integration, and human-in-the-loop patterns on AWS.
- Proven ability to operate independently in complex, ambiguous customer environments — navigating competing priorities, aligning stakeholders, and translating ML tradeoffs into business risk and value for both technical and executive audiences.
Strong differentiators
- AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty and/or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional.
- Experience shaping practice-level standards, reference architectures, and reusable ML accelerators across multiple engagements.
- Exposure to varied industries and problem types in a consulting or client-facing context.
- Deep fluency in responsible AI practices — model evaluation, bias detection, fairness frameworks, and AI governance — applied in enterprise deployments.
- Fluency in AIOps patterns — designing agentic workflows for anomaly detection, automated root cause analysis, and remediation across observability platforms — and the ability to translate AI operations outcomes into measurable business value for customers.

The Mission
We are seeking a talented Talent Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. The right candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about connecting top-tier talent with exciting opportunities in cloud technology. They should be an exceptional communicator, a strategic thinker, and a strong relationship builder who understands the nuances of hiring customer facing talent with deep cloud expertise.
Your mission will be to own and drive the end-to-end recruiting process, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire the best AWS-focused project managers, engineers, architects, and developers. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, refine search strategies with our sourcing team, and provide a seamless candidate experience while maintaining a strong focus on hiring efficiency and pipeline metrics.
Your Assignment
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to closing and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, align on hiring strategies, and drive efficient hiring processes.
- Work across the team to refine search strategies and build strong pipelines of qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls, assessing candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit.
- Guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring an exceptional experience at every stage.
- Own compensation negotiations and closing calls to secure top talent.
- Track and analyze key hiring metrics, providing regular reports on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and other recruiting KPIs.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and our ATS (Greenhouse) to manage candidates and drive proactive outreach efforts.
- Represent our company brand with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm in all candidate interactions.
Your Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a recruiter, specializing in customer facing cloud experts including technical and non technical hiring (engineers, architects, developers, etc.).
- Proven experience managing end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Strong understanding of technology roles and skills, particularly within cloud computing (AWS preferred).
- Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions.
- Strong negotiation skills with a competitive mindset and a drive to secure top talent.
- Data-driven mindset with experience generating and reporting on hiring metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly self-sufficient, organized, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification.
- Experience working in a technology consulting or professional services environment.
