Objetivo del puesto

Brindar soporte operativo y funcional a la gestión de la app móvil, asegurando el seguimiento de requerimientos, coordinación entre negocio y desarrollo, validación de entregables y apoyo en pruebas funcionales dentro de los distintos sprints.

Responsabilidades

• Dar seguimiento a requerimientos funcionales y solicitudes de negocio.
• Administrar y mantener actualizado el backlog de iniciativas y pendientes.
• Coordinar actividades y seguimiento entre áreas de negocio, desarrollo y QA.
• Participar en ceremonias Agile/Scrum (daily, planning, refinement y retrospectives).
• Apoyar en la definición y documentación de historias de usuario y criterios de aceptación.
• Ejecutar y documentar pruebas funcionales/UAT previo a liberaciones.
• Dar seguimiento a incidencias detectadas durante QA o producción.
• Validar entregables funcionales y asegurar cumplimiento de requerimientos.
• Mantener orden y trazabilidad sobre solicitudes, cambios y prioridades.
• Apoyar en monitoreo y seguimiento de liberaciones de la app.

Perfil requerido:

• Licenciatura en Sistemas, Administración, Ingeniería, Negocios o afín.
• 1 a 3 años de experiencia en proyectos digitales, apps móviles o entornos Agile.
• Conocimiento básico/intermedio de Scrum y metodologías Agile.
• Experiencia utilizando Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello o herramientas similares.
• Capacidad de organización, seguimiento y manejo de múltiples prioridades.
• Excelente comunicación y coordinación con equipos técnicos y de negocio.
• Experiencia básica en pruebas funcionales/UAT es deseable.

As Scale's product portfolio and customer base expand, we are seeking skilled Site Reliability Engineers to manage and maintain our physical infrastructure, including robot stations, servers, computers, and network installations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our on-site technical facilities operate smoothly while coordinating resource usage and providing hands-on support to remote engineering teams.

These engineers will gain a deep understanding of our physical infrastructure and technical facilities, enabling them to effectively install, configure, and maintain critical systems when needed. A critical aspect of this role will be coordinating access to shared technical resources and serving as the on-site point of contact for remote engineers who need physical changes performed, transforming currently manual coordination processes into a more streamlined and efficient workflow.

You will:

•  Install, configure, and maintain robot stations and related technical equipment on-site.
• Manage and maintain server infrastructure, workstations, and computing equipment in our facilities.
• Oversee network installations, including routers and cabling infrastructure.

Ideally you'd have:

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Technician, Field Engineer, Facilities Technician, or similar hands-on technical role.
• Proven track record of installing and maintaining server hardware and workstations.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting network infrastructure and physical installation work.
• Experience coordinating shared resources or facilities, managing schedules and access.
• Familiarity with Linux, Windows and MacOS.
• Knowledge of Python/C++, scripting, and command line (cmd/bash) operations.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems for robot stations and equipment.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

Team-Agnostic Placement

You might own the CI pipeline experience, deploy and release tooling, notification infrastructure, monetization flows, AI agent surfaces, or the foundational web platform. The through line across all of it is the same: full-stack ownership, a high bar for craft, and work that directly shapes how tens of thousands of developers experience CircleCI every day.

What You'll Do

• Build AI-natively. AI is how we work. It's not a productivity layer on top of engineering, but the default starting point for how problems get approached and solved.
• Set technical direction. You define the approach others build from. When the problem is complex or the answer isn't obvious, you're the person who leads the design discussion, writes the ADR, and makes the call.
• Invent new interfaces. Software delivery is being reinvented. Pipelines run autonomously, generate fixes, and surface results that need human judgment. The tools developers use to understand, trust, and act on that work don't exist yet. You'll define what they look like and establish the patterns the team builds on.
• Own the full stack. Build features end-to-end in Go, React, and TypeScript. You don't hand off at a layer boundary. You own the outcome.
• Obsess over craft. Reliability and responsiveness are design concerns, not afterthoughts. Care about how the interface holds up when stakes are high and hold your team to that same standard.
• Champion observability. Use Honeycomb, Datadog, and Rollbar to understand and improve your systems. Operational data drives stability, not just incident response.
• Close gaps and fix the conditions that created them. You'll notice gaps and close them. When a gap reflects something broken in how the team works, you fix that too.

What You'll Bring

• AI-native engineering practices. You use AI tools daily and can speak to what you've built, where they changed your approach, and where they fall short.
• A track record of shipping. You've built something real and put it in front of users. 5+ years of production full-stack experience, with latency, responsiveness, and reliability treated as design concerns, not afterthoughts.
• Full-stack depth. Strong React and TypeScript. Comfortable owning backend services in Go: API design, data modeling, service integration.
• System design. You lead architectural decisions on complex systems. You make conscious tradeoffs, document your reasoning, and create the foundation others build on.
• Adaptability. You don't just thrive in ambiguity, you reduce it for others. You turn unclear requirements into a direction the team can execute on.
• Technical leadership. You mentor engineers, give direct feedback on technical direction, and raise the quality bar through how you engage in reviews and design discussions, not just what you ship.

Administrador Kubernetes (GCP/Huawei)

Objetivo del puesto

Desarrollar, implementar, administrar y optimizar infraestructuras de contenedores basadas en Kubernetes, garantizando que las aplicaciones distribuidas operen de forma eficiente, segura, escalable y altamente disponible, mediante el diseño de clústeres robustos, automatización de despliegues y uso óptimo de recursos para minimizar tiempos de inactividad.

• Configurar, administrar y actualizar clústeres de Kubernetes y sus componentes.

About the role

Strategic and regulatory, centered on the design and strengthening of the Technology Risk framework, and on overseeing its implementation through the Technology Risk area and the business areas, ensuring comprehensive, forward-looking management aligned with regulation and the company’s strategy.

Supports the oversight and development of the Technology Risk function, defining frameworks, metrics, and guidelines, and supervising the proper management of risks arising from systems, data, infrastructure, and technology third parties. Acts as the main point of contact with governing bodies and regulators on IT Risk matters, coordinates the response to major incidents and technology crises, and helps execute tests, assessments, and monitoring of the technology environment.

You'll be responsible for

• Define, update, and oversee the Technology Risk framework, including policies, standards, methodologies, and assessment and reporting criteria.
• Establish, update, and monitor technology risk metrics (KRIs, RAS), consolidating the view of exposure and trends for governing bodies.
• Lead the preparation of regulatory reports and presentations to committees and governing bodies on Technology and Cybersecurity Risk.
• Prepare responses and coordinate attention to regulatory and audit requests related to Technology Risk, interacting directly with those authorities when appropriate.
• Oversee the management of high-materiality technology and cybersecurity incidents, including proper classification, root-cause analysis, and definition of corrective actions.
• Oversee the execution of institutional crisis protocols associated with technology and cybersecurity incidents, facilitating pre-crisis reports, internal communications, and coordination with key areas.
• Support the first line in defining and updating disaster recovery plans (DRP) and in their testing, playing a second-line review and challenge role on the adequacy of technology controls and recovery capabilities.
• Participate in the execution of the BIA, reviewing and challenging the technology dependencies identified by the first line, ensuring they adequately reflect criticality and exposure to Technology Risk.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues and technical areas to determine the root cause of material technology gaps and agree on remediation plans and control-strengthening actions.
• Provide guidance and challenge technology risk assessments for new products, features, and architectures, ensuring consistency and completeness.
• Design and maintain IT Third-Party Risk frameworks, aligned with institutional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the quality and consistency of IT and cybersecurity control testing, technology RCSAs, and incident monitoring.
• Act as a key advisor to the leadership of Risk, Engineering, Security, Data, and other areas, fostering a strong culture of Technology Risk management.
• Stay up to date on regulation, technology trends, emerging threats, and industry best practices, incorporating these learnings into the evolution of the Technology Risk framework.

We are looking for a person who has

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT Risk Management.
• Bachelors’ degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, a Risk Management related field, or equivalent experience.
• In-depth knowledge of IT and cybersecurity risk management concepts, practices and methods.
• Understanding of cloud computing models such as Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS). Familiarity with cloud providers like Amazon Web Services (AWS) and serverless technologies.
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as confidentiality, integrity and availability, supply chain risks, cryptography, endpoint and network security, cloud security, mobile security, API security, etc.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and tools used in cloud environments, such as continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and containerization.
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks and methodologies to identify, assess and manage risks.
• Proven experience in risk management within the fintech sector is a plus.
• An advanced degree (e.g., MS with concentration in information systems) is a plus.
• Certificates in information security or IT risk management (CISSP, CEH, OSCP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, ISO27001 and/or other) is a plus.
• Proficiency in using risk management software, tools, and agile methodologies is highly preferred.
• An ability to navigate and thrive in a technology-driven environment, with a strategic mindset towards leveraging technology in risk management to transform our day-to-day.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with exceptional communication skills to articulate complex risk scenarios and strategies effectively.

ABOUT THE ROLE: 

The Data Operations manager is responsible for managing the development and maintenance of business intelligence and data quality compliance tools. You must also be comfortable with acting as the subject matter expert in the tools and processes you manage, along with being able to gather knowledge from other SMEs and requirements from key stakeholders. In this role, you will also manage the creation of project plans, prioritization of tasks, and hold all responsible parties to deadlines and deliverables. The Data Operations manager is expected to facilitate the progression of projects through status meetings and act as the intermediary between project teams. You will report to the Associate Director or Director and will provide overviews of project status, progression and roadblocks. This role requires a strong familiarity with all available analytics and technology tools, both syndicated and proprietary.                                                                                        

YOUR IMPACT: 

Business Analysis/Project Management 

• Analyze data and consult with subject matter experts to design and develop business requirements for various tools and processes; Create, gather and write Business and Technical Requirements Documents 

• Act as the subject matter expert for questions/projects relating to data quality, BI tools, business rules; Ensure that best practices are being followed amongst all projects 

• Must familiarize themselves with the full campaign implementation workflow across all functional teams, including campaign set up, launch, testing, reporting and reconciliation 

• Create and manage project timelines and tasks in project management tools; manage the allocation of resources and effort across projects 

• Facilitate communication and progression of tasks through regular status meetings and working sessions; proactively elevate and resolve project roadblocks and issues 

Data Quality/Compliance 

• Manage the investigation and resolution of potential data issues existing within business intelligence tools 

• Proactively identify, propose and generate targeted solutions for data quality issues and operational inefficiencies; must collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise solutions and training plans 

• Track the progress and resolution of data issues, elevating any critical issues to upper management 

• Supervise Senior Associates and Associates to perform data quality assurance and data processing tasks 

Overall 

• Effectively keep track of and manage a high volume of tasks across multiple stakeholders and projects 

• Builds positive relationships with internal teams; effectively communicate roles, responsibilities and expectations 

• Builds positive relationships with vendors and partners 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Bachelors or advanced degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, Math, Computer Science, or Sciences is preferred 

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in data governance processes in a data warehousing, ETL and business intelligence environment 

• 3 years’ experience in media; digital Investment, analytics, or ad operations is preferred 

• 1-2 years’ experience in business analysis 

• Experience and understanding of processes across multiple media channels (digital, search, social, offline, etc.); Experience in handling diverse datasets (paid media, owned, etc.) 

• Strong familiarity with relational database management systems; Experience with SQL, Microsoft Azure a plus 

• Familiarity with project/product management tools like Smartsheets, Azure DevOps/VSTS 

• Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Datorama, DOMO, Looker, GDS 

• Experience with advertising campaign management/buying platforms such as Sizmek, DCM, Moat, DV, IAS, Mediaocean, Media Tools, Nielsen, ComScore, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, 4C, Brand Networks, YouTube, Google Ads, Bing, Kenshoo, SA360, DV360, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics 

• Advanced excel data manipulation skills required; VBA/macros is a plus 

• Familiarity with programming languages/development tools a plus: Python, R, JavaScript, GitHub, etc.
