We believe that if we create the most loyal members in Medicare Advantage, the financial outcomes will follow. The Director of Customer Experience will be the architect of that loyalty. This is a greenfield build with full operational ownership: standing up Clover's internal Experience Center in Houston, retiring existing outsourced relationships, and delivering a gold-standard Medicare Advantage member experience that scales. The role is fully onsite in North/NW Houston.

Who We're Looking For:

We are deliberately casting a wider net than a traditional call center search. The right candidate may come from retail, hospitality, service operations, or healthcare — but what unites all strong profiles is a track record of creating customer loyalty, customer delight, and customer retention at scale. Call center experience is helpful, not required.

As Director, Customer Experience, you will:

Build the Experience Center

• Design and stand up Clover's internal member Experience Center in Houston, including hiring, onboarding, and developing agents and leads.
• Create a high-performing, mission-aligned team from diverse backgrounds, unified around delivering a gold standard in member experience.
• Develop SOPs, quality frameworks, agent onboarding programs, and performance infrastructure from the ground up.
• Establish and own all KPI baselines: NPS, CSAT, FCR, AHT, and voice-of-customer feedback loops.

Deliver Member Loyalty

• Define and execute a winning CX strategy focused on Medicare Advantage members and providers.
• Stand up and manage a concierge service tier for VIP and at-risk members.
• Build a Voice of the Customer feedback loop that drives real-time action and preventive intervention across the business.
• Champion a member-first culture at Clover and across our partners.

Drive Innovation and Technology

• Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-driven solutions: sentiment analysis, agent co-pilot tools, IVR optimization, call quality monitoring, and self-service automation.
• Leverage AI for training design, simulation-based learning, and knowledge management.
• Develop 'Next Best Action' scenarios to proactively enrich the member experience.
• Partner with IT to define a 'no wrong door,' channel-agnostic member journey.

Manage Operations and Compliance

• Own and rationalize existing third-party call center relationships, both stateside and offshore, with a path toward full insourcing.
• Partner with Clover's Compliance team to ensure regulatory compliance in all member communications, CTM response, and monthly delegatory reporting.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Provider Engagement, Clinical Operations, Claims, and Enrollment to cascade clear direction to your team.
• Own P&L accountability for the Experience Center.

Success in this role looks like:

• Complete a compliance immersion with Clover's Compliance team covering CTM response, delegatory reporting, and CMS audit readiness.
• Complete stakeholder mapping across Clinical Operations, Provider Engagement, Enrollment, and IT.
• Present a validated Experience Center build plan — headcount, technology stack, SOP framework, and quality framework — for HM and COO review.
• Establish NPS, CSAT, FCR, and AHT baselines for existing member touchpoints.
• In your first year, you will have built a functioning Experience Center that members talk about — not because we asked them to, but because the service earned it.

The Opportunity

The IT Specialist II ensures proper computer, software, and network operation so that end users can accomplish appropriate business tasks for all business units. This position assists customers by taking service desk calls on a shift basis and provides support, training, and access management as needed. They are also responsible for the build, deployment, effective maintenance, and tracking of all IT equipment. The IT Specialist II assists in the development of strategies and plans to create technology solutions that are in alignment with business operations. They possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written; able to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• New user equipment and account setup, including deployment and license management.
• Train end users in the use of equipment and software
• Actively diagnose and respond to support tickets, incoming calls, emails, and walk-up requests.  Track and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution and follow-up.
• Provide both in-person support and support for remote workers.
• Support Apple products such as MacBook, iPad, & iPhone
• Support Microsoft products such as Windows, Office, Office365, and other cloud-based applications and support various vendor applications as needed.
• Support Apple hardware and software to diagnose and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, portable Macintosh systems, and mobile devices.
• Configure and support iPhone and iPad devices.
• Assist staff by providing audio/video conference support for presentations and meetings.
• Provide direct support of cyber security practices maintaining anti-malware, threat management, vulnerability management and anti-phishing technologies.
• Interact with vendors to facilitate repairs of hardware, i.e., printers and laptops.
• Manage inventory of hardware and software assets
• Support development and implementation of new computer projects and new hardware installations as well as software rollouts.
• Perform system administration for various enterprise tools and platforms.
• Perform hardware and software system configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Manage projects of moderate scope, such as: design and implementation, system migrations, and MDM deployments.
• Evaluate products and IT processes and then recommend changes.
• Document IT processes, workflows, and produce system documentation as needed.
• Occasional travel to branch office locations may be required.

Education/Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT services support role
• Associate degree preferred
• MacOS experience required
• iOS experience preferred
• InTune experience preferred
• Microsoft (MCP) Certification and/or ITIL (fundamentals level) preferred
• Familiarity with PowerShell required
• Office 365 administration preferred

How This Role Makes a Difference

• Management of Studies and Site Workload:
  • Collaborate with Investigator(s) to evaluate and determine feasibility of upcoming opportunities/protocols 
  • Coordinate Investigator and Sub-Investigator coverage

Aesthetician

Location: Houston, TX - Montrose

Job Type: Part-Time

Compensation: This role is a fully based commission role, with a $30 per hour guarantee rate.

Schedule/Availability:  

• Must be available and able to work weekends (sat AND sun) regularly. 

• Must have a minimum of 3 days available to work per week. One of those days must be a Friday or Monday, with both highly preferred. 

• Must be available to work during Clinic Operating Hours (as posted on website *subject to change). You will be scheduled 11 hours, working 10 hours after breaks. 

• Must be able to work a minimum of 1 day per week but will regularly work 1-2 days per week and must have the ability to work up to 3 days per week.  

• You must be able to commit to a schedule made 60 days in advance.  

Ability to commute/cover other clinics: Reliably commute to home clinic location & periodically travel to other clinics to provide coverage as needed.  

Job Summary  

The Aesthetician is responsible for delivering safe and effective treatments to clients while providing an exceptional customer experience. This role includes performing laser-based or aesthetic procedures, educating clients on skincare and post-treatment care, and maintaining compliance with medical and organizational standards. The NP collaborates with the clinic team to ensure a welcoming and professional environment while upholding the highest standards of safety and care. Success in this role requires clinical expertise, a passion for client care, and the ability to support the clinic in achieving its overall performance goals.

Requirements:

License and Certifications:  

• Licensure: Active and unrestricted Aesthetician license in the state of employment. 
• Laser Certification (as required by state regulations). 

Physical:  

• This role requires long periods of sitting & standing. Individuals are required to lift and move inventory and other clinic assets.  

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with appointment scheduling platforms such as Zenoti or comparable tools. 
• Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, customer service, or sales.
• Continuing education in aesthetics or skincare preferred. 
• Prior experience in a clinical or aesthetic setting is preferred but not required. 
• Knowledge of skin types, treatment indications, and pre/post-care requirements.
• Advanced interpersonal skills to create a positive and comfortable client experience while delivering treatments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to educate clients.
• Ability to effectively problem solve in order to assess client needs and address concerns promptly and professionally.

• Perform non-invasive treatments, including laser therapies, under the direction of medical protocols and company standards (all treatment types, and timeframes required).

• Administer treatments with precision and care, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction throughout the procedure.  

• Maintain detailed and accurate client treatment records in compliance with legal and organizational requirements.

OVERVIEW

The Operations Associate is critical in the store team and is responsible for driving profitability and efficiency. The Operations Associate will work closely with the Operations & Visual Management team in initiating, completing work, and providing feedback to the team to achieve optimal results supporting total store operations.  

Key Job Responsibilities 

• Execute inventory management processes effectively with a focus on maximizing inventory accuracy and reducing shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General/Store Manager to escalate process or system gaps

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and critical-thinking Producer who will not only lead the production of our largest and most exciting SSI (Strategic Scalable Initiatives) experiences, but also manage a team of Associate and Junior producers, to ensure that high-quality experiences are delivered.

The Lead Producer will be accountable for the implementation and perfect execution of scalable events across their region. They’ll be responsible for challenging and adapting the event to the local specificities, proposing new production formats, technologies, and solutions that could enhance Fever’s experiences, as well as play a pivotal role in shaping our event strategy.

Candidates should be passionate about delivering results and producing fun and entertaining experiences for all walks of the public. Strong communication skills are critical to success in this role as well as showing clear leadership approaches to team management. The right candidate will be a self-starter and have strong interpersonal and project management skills.

About the Role:

• Manage all aspects of event productions, including pre-production logistics planning, hiring, onsite execution, as well as post-event wrap-up and reporting
• Manage several productions and help scale various Fever Original SSI events against team targets. Efficiently manage your portfolio of events, SSI being characterized by a high volume of events happening simultaneously.
• Develop and manage event production budgets, optimizing resources to achieve strategic goals, identifying revenue generating opportunities and cost-saving measures
• Manage a team of local producers, providing training, guidance and support. As well as structured day to day management and performance reviews
• Source and manage freelancers, vendors and service providers and ensure delivery of quality services as per company standards.

About You:

About the Role: 

We're looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to:

• Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with our custom car haulers (don't worry - a commercial license is not required to drive the hauler and you will receive ample training)

About the Role

As the Associate Regional Construction Manager you be a key stakeholder in driving all aspects of project construction to establish Zipline’s ground infrastructure in the region. This includes supporting the entire process from contractor evaluation, contracting and bid evaluation, design review in partnership with our engineering teams, through to full scope site construction management and project competition  and oversight in partnership with our Service Operations and Superintendent teams. What You'll Do

• Support construction projects, site infrastructure installments, construction contractors, and additional real estate development projects ensuring schedule and cost targets are met or beaten.

This position will report the Director of Regulatory Compliance.

This position is located in our Downtown Houston office and is a Monday - Friday in-office position.

General Description:

The Senior Manager, Regulatory Technical Authority is responsible for being the subject matter expert in regulatory compliance for our Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Facilities for the Federal, State, and Local regulatory requirements. The Senior Manager, Regulatory Technical Authority must be competent in LNG Facility regulations including FERC, PHMSA, and the USCG. This position will report to the Director, Regulatory Compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the regulatory compliance subject matter expert for the LNG facility management of change program to ensure compliance with appropriate regulations and Company Specifications.
• Support the development of scopes of work for LNG facility activities including Capital Projects, Maintenance, and Operations by validating specifications, required credentials and regulatory obligations are satisfied.
• Lead technical authority for Regulatory Compliance in 3D model reviews, HAZOPS, RCAs, and LOPAs.
• Lead technical authority for Regulatory Compliance in supporting engineering design, scope refinement, cost estimating, development of project design specifications, and support construction.
• Complete technical review of routine regulatory reports to validate accuracy with appropriate stakeholders.
• Develop Capital Project requests for compliance improvement opportunities.
• Manage regulation changes and the technical impacts thereof including developing proposed facility modifications to support said changes.
• Lead the development and implementation of technical training for regulatory compliance assurance.
• Responsible for managing Company Specifications, in coordination with Engineering, to ensure regulation citations are appropriately identified and updated, as required.
• Support the Regulatory Compliance Assurance program necessary for Federal, State, and Local audits.
• Performs internal compliance assurance activities in coordination with applicable stakeholders in preparation of routine Federal, State, and Local audits or inspections
• Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability or risks and provide reports to Supervisor and other LNG business stakeholders.
• Work with Operations and Engineering SME’s to address areas of improvement identified from field assessments and/or changes to Venture Global processes and procedures.
• Support Operations and Engineering processes and procedures to ensure technical regulatory content is accurate and achievable.
• Support in safety related incident management issues on behalf of the Regulatory Department
• Support in executing external regulatory reporting obligations.
• Support the Company’s functional groups in planning, process and control management.
• Collaborate with LNG Operations and Construction personnel, engineering and other stakeholders to share lessons learned, experiences, and knowledge to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from an accredited university or 10+ years of experience in LNG facility engineering or regulatory support role
• Minimum of 10 years combined experience in design, commissioning, operations, or regulatory compliance
• Have the ability to read and interpret engineer drawings to include P&IDs, PFDs, C&Es, One Line Diagrams, Isometrics, and Civil/Structural drawings
• Must be proficient in LNG Facility Regulations including, but not limited to, 49 CFR 193, 33 CFR 127, NFPA 59A, and ASME B31.3.
• Broad knowledge of Codes, Standards, and Industry Best Practices.
• Must obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card in good standing status.
