We are seeking a highly experienced Luxury footwear Authentication Expert with strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills to elevate our authentication processes and training programs. What you'll do

• Create, maintain, and improve knowledge and documentation on luxury footwear authentication.
• Develop training materials and train the global Authentication team for the brand support expansion.
• Deliver high-impact projects by taking full ownership, meeting deadlines, and ensuring quality at every step.
• Research and track industry knowledge, new releases, and trends in the resale and luxury footwear market, identify key attributes, and translate the knowledge or data to authenticators and the ML team to improve the accuracy and automation.

What you bring

THE ROLE

We are seeking a Sourcing Manager for denim bottom category to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in building a resilient, high-performing denim supply chain that enables rapid growth, strong margins, and best-in-class product quality.

Responsibilities

Supply Chain, Denim Sourcing Strategy & Partner Management

Develop and execute the end-to-end supply chain and sourcing strategy with a strong focus on denim apparel categories, across woven, knit, and stretch fabrications. Implement a multi-sourcing approach to ensure supply resilience, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience at the Director level or above in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supplier Management within the apparel industry, preferably supporting major US-based retailers or DTC brands, with strong exposure to denim categories.

• Established global factory network across key apparel categories (with strong emphasis on denim, woven, knit, and sweater knit fabrications), spanning APAC, ISC, and EMEA regions.

The Director, APAC Operations is responsible for leading, scaling, and optimizing the operational activities across ALO's APAC region. THE ROLE

Sourcing Manager - Men's Bottoms (Denim or Non-Denim) (SEA)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Scout for vendor partners in China/Hong Kong or SEA who can manufacture high-quality Men's Bottoms products with fast production lead time
• Pitching and on-boarding vendor partners in speed. This should be done with clear criteria around the initial test period and ensuring their ability to scale if the test period is successful.
• Drive excellence in partner operations for existing supplier relationships within current Quince categories, while expanding the supply base and improving Quince's product costs, quality, and commercial terms for sustainable sales and profitability
• Material Sourcing: Resources in speed for any materials that can effectively improve product cost, quality, and speed as options for scaling orders. Have experience negotiating with suppliers throughout the supply chain from T1 to T2 mill/vendor partners.
• Open costing expertise: Have solid open costing breakdown experience from the brand or manufacturer side to build a clear strategy for costing negotiations; be able to construct a validated cost structure/template to negotiate with vendor partners without relying on vendor data only.

The Event Technology Manager is responsible for assisting clients in navigating registration websites, supporting new technology platforms and data management while liaising with the event delivery team. What You Would Get To Do

The Roadshow Coordinator III is responsible for planning and executing high-profile roadshows in collaboration with the Corporates, Institutional Equity Sales, Investment Banking, and Capital Markets teams. You will be responsible for the efficient movement of goods from our China-based manufacturers through our Hong Kong automation hub, ensuring every parcel is processed with precision and speed.

Responsibilities

• Automation Management:
  Lead the daily operation and optimization of Automated Sorting Systems (e.g., cross-belt sorters, AMR fleets, or high-speed conveyors). Ensure the technology delivers maximum throughput and minimizes parcel handling errors.
• Warehouse & 3PL Oversight:
  Manage the day-to-day operations of our Hong Kong and South China facilities. Set and enforce high standards for receiving, inbound processing, and outbound dispatch.
• Freight & Line-haul:
