Our website is our most important marketing asset — it’s where pipeline starts, where brand perception is formed, and where every campaign and paid media dollar ultimately lands. We don’t need another strong engineer who can build things. We need a recognised authority who can decide what should be built, why, and how — someone who sets the technical strategy for our entire web presence and is accountable for the outcomes.

If so, you might be our new Sales Manager in Finland.

Your Mission

As Sales Manager you will be the first person on ground to build and lead our Finnish sales division in Helsinki. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely deal closure. You possess the ability to work with sales on a strategic as well as an operative level, where you master an outreach- and consultative sales process.

What You Will Do 

• Develop and implement your sales strategy                     
• Build out the lead marketing machine
• Drive sales and continuously hit and exceed revenue targets 
• Once you have hit certain sales targets you will be responsible for hiring, developing and leading a top notch sales team
• Actively participate in budget work and set goals for the organisation
• Follow KPIs and continuously develop and implement action plans to improve results
• Lead end-to-end investment deals from deal sourcing to investment
• Represent CVX at events, gatherings, conferences, etc
• Work closely and in collaboration with other managers
• Report into the CEO.

• 3+ years of experience ideally in venture capital, high-growth startups or fast-paced environments
• A natural ability to sell
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets

Senior Data Strategist – Data, Technology & Analytics 🚀 

We’re expanding our Data, Technology & Analytics team and looking for a Senior Data Strategist to connect data strategy directly to client growth. You’ll lead complex data initiatives, drive value for local market client-agency relationships, and occasionally inform regional/global strategies. 

What You’ll Do 🌟 

Strategic Data Leadership 

• Lead client data strategy tied to business outcomes (revenue, media efficiency, customer value).  

• Prioritize initiatives like first-party data, private retailer networks, and AI-assisted planning.  
• Ensure audience-first strategies across 1PD/2PD/3PD while meeting regulatory requirements.  

Data & Tech Roadmap 

• Architect client market roadmaps linking outcomes to capabilities (AI, audience products, measurement).  

• Guide data partnerships, activation pathways, and global product adoption (WPP Open, InfoSum, etc.).  

• Feed market insights back to global strategy and product teams.  

Client & Stakeholder Engagement 

• Advise client marketing, media, data, and commerce leaders.  

• Lead executive alignment on vision, investments, and expected value.  

• Translate objectives into clear plans with KPIs, governance, and P&L impact.  

 Collaboration & Execution 

• Own client outcomes and data strategy application across teams.  

• Embed audience strategies into media/commerce/creative activation.  

• Drive adoption, expansion, and upsell opportunities.  

 Thought Leadership 

• Shape clients’ vision for modern data strategy.  

• Publish case studies and share local insights with global teams.  

What We’re Looking For 🎯 

• 7+ years in data-driven marketing (media/advertising, consulting, AdTech/MarTech).  

• Fluent in English and Finnish.  

• Hands-on with 1PD/2PD/3PD data, clean rooms, CDPs, DSPs, analytics, and AI/ML concepts.  

• Skilled in defining KPIs, learning agendas, and incrementality frameworks.  

• Strong program & change management skills across multi-workstream initiatives.  

• Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager.  

• Bachelor’s required; advanced degree a plus.  

• Innovative, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
