We are looking for a Principal Technical Rigger to join us for our next big game at Housemarque.
As a Principal Technical Rigger, you will define the vision and technical direction for rigging, deformation, and technical animation pipelines at Housemarque. You will work closely with Technical Directors and Engineering leadership to build scalable systems that support both current production and future projects.
You will maintain a holistic view across systems and workflows, ensuring that rigging solutions are robust, efficient, and aligned with the studio’s long-term technical strategy.
A typical day begins as you arrive at our downtown Helsinki studio. Maybe you start with a workout in the in-house gym and grab a healthy breakfast before settling in with a good coffee.
You may begin by aligning with technical leadership on long-term priorities for rigging systems and pipeline evolution. Throughout the day, you might review complex implementations, guide teams through technical challenges, or collaborate with engineers on architectural decisions.
After the team’s daily sync and lunch nearby, you may engage with multiple disciplines to ensure alignment, prototype new approaches, or evaluate emerging techniques that could improve production.
You wrap up your day by documenting standards, mentoring team members, or shaping the next phase of development.
This is a permanent, full-time position based in Helsinki, Finland.

We are seeking a forward-thinking, AI-first leader to shape and drive the evolution of Marketing Innovation across the organization. Sitting within the Marketing function, this role is responsible for defining how AI transforms marketing—from how we plan and create, to how we execute, personalize, and scale.
As Global Head of Marketing Innovation, you will lead the transition from traditional marketing operations and tooling toward AI-powered workflows, agent-driven automation, and intelligent decision systems. Our engineering organization consists of many talented Android and iOS app developers distributed across the EU and US. For day-to-day work, our engineers are organized into smaller cross-functional feature squads or system-level teams. These teams have a great deal of autonomy and are responsible for the development and architecture of their features and systems. They take full ownership of their code and handle everything from concepting, design, and implementation to release, maintenance, and bug fixes.
We are looking for experienced Senior Android Engineers to join our app development organization. We have several roles available across various teams, from developing new member-facing features to building the foundational systems that ensure seamless connectivity and data synchronization between the Oura Ring and the app. Whether you are passionate about crafting beautiful user interfaces or architecting robust, scalable low-level systems, we have a place for you.
This role is on-site or remote within Finland, with a preference for candidates who can regularly visit our offices in Helsinki or Oulu.
