What you’ll be doing

• Sales strategy and execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plan to achieve revenue goals in the Public Sector with strong focus in Defence, Home Affairs, Paramilitary Forces
• Relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key Government Stakeholders - Senior Government Officials, Consultants, GSIs and Partners
• Business development: Identify new opportunities, generate leads, and pursue new government clients while also expanding business with existing ones
• Tender and proposal management: Work closely with Government Departments to make sure MongoDB is part of Tech Stack in tenders. Also to Monitor and respond to government tenders, RFPs, and RFQs, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate proposal submissions
• Sales cycle management: Lead the sales process from lead generation and qualification through to contract negotiation and closure
• Performance and reporting: Set sales targets, monitor sales performance metrics, analyse market trends, and provide regular reports on activities and forecasts to senior management
• Internal collaboration: Work with internal teams, such as solution architects and delivery teams, to ensure seamless execution from contract award to delivery
• Internal Development: Participate in our sales enablement trainings, including our comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, sophisticated sales training, and leadership and development programs

What you will bring to the table

• BE/Tech/BCA/BS (Computers) required
• 10+ years of field experience of quota-carrying experience in Public Sector with a focus on new business
• Demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology in Public Sector Accounts
• A track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets annually
• Skilled in building business champions within Government Accounts and running a complex sales process within Government Ministries and Departments
• Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)
• Familiarity with databases, devops and open source technology is a plus
• Driven and competitive: Possess a strong desire to be successful
• Skilled in managing time and resources; sound approach to qualifying opportunities

What You Will Be Doing 

 As a Technical Program Manager, you will work to help the team understand requirements, help track and deploy embedded software solutions. 
 
Responsibilities 
 

• Working with product management, program managers, engineering managers, hardware, regulatory and other teams to understand and document technical requirements, ensure these are signed-off. 

• Ensure requirements are fully understood and implementation matches expectations. 

• Own and coordinate the embedded software release schedules and work with engineering managers to drive teams to meet committed delivery dates. 

• Actively groom the product backlog and ensure that the features and bugs are prioritized properly in a release 

• Help EPMs and EMs in managing scrum and agile methodologies 

• Evangelize and promote engineering best practices. 

• Work with customer support, QA and management to define errata for a release. 

• Actively work and influence next gen technology based requirements for the embedded software 

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint 

A Staff Technical Program Manager  drives successful delivery of complex, hardware‑software programs by aligning engineering execution with business goals. Through deep technical expertise and cross‑functional leadership, they proactively manage risks, dependencies, and quality across firmware, hardware integration, and regulatory constraints. At the staff level, they also scale impact by improving systems and processes, influencing technical strategy, and ensuring embedded platforms deliver long‑term reliability and customer trust.  

Requirements 

• Demonstrated ability to deliver and support embedded and/or cloud-connected software running on commercial/industrial hardware. 

• Demonstrated ability and inclination to make critical system-level design decisions to drive projects from start to finish 

• Experience with working through bring up and delivery phase of new embedded systems / technology products 

• 8+ years of experience working on embedded system products using C/C++ 
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent (MS preferred) 

Preferred 

• Exposure in connectivity architecture using Wireless (Cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and NFC), and wired (Ethernet, CAN) interfaces a plus

The Data Delivery & Dashboards Executive will be a key member of the newly formed India-based Data Management & Delivery Hub, supporting quantitative healthcare market research projects across global markets. What you'll be doing

Brand Equity tracking support with our in-house platform:

• Maintain the pipeline for the project data process flow (this includes receival of data into in-hosue Tool, through the data processing stage into the storage mart, through the python utilities into required outputs)
• Maintain and update python utilities when required due to changes from the research team
• Manage and rectify when failures occur in the pipeline, liaising with both the data providers, research team and developers on the dashboard

Data Quality Checks:
Assist in performing detailed quality control checks on large and complex datasets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Data Transformation & Standardisation:
Support the transformation and standardisation of data files to align with internal data structures, project needs, and client-specific formats.

Dashboard Support & Maintenance:
Assist in the creation, population, and maintenance of dashboards using off-the-shelf tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms), ensuring outputs are clear, accurate, and aligned with research objectives.

Data Delivery Management:

Technical Expertise

• Atleast 5+ years expertise in languages like Python and SQL.

• Proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL).

The Pricing Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the RP Pricing Team by assisting in the development of accurate and competitive costs for global healthcare market research projects. This role involves analyzing project specifications, collecting quotes from third partners, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring pricing aligns with industry benchmarks and Research Partnership objectives. The Pricing Analyst will work on multi-market qualitative and quantitative studies, helping to optimize pricing strategies while maintaining profitability and efficiency. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Core, but not exclusive, responsibilities will include:

• Owning the end-to-end pricing lifecycle for RP proposals, from RFQ intake and supplier outreach via the RFQ management system through to final cost proposal development. This includes defining and sourcing all cost components required for successful project delivery, including external vendor costs and internal resources and hours, to ensure accurate, comprehensive, and commercially sound proposals.
• Vendor selection at RFQ stage and quote collection from third parties
• Creation of internal cost sheets for client proposals, ensuring accuracy and financial viability
• Completion of client cost sheets
• Assistance with RFI client pricing exercises
• Successful handover of final project cost sheets to The Project Management Team
• Working closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, and finance, to align pricing with business strategy

 Your primary role: 

The Scripting Senior Manager role will report to Associate Director based out of India. The role will involve scaling and running the scripting function, working with Research and Project Management stakeholders to define the best practice and establish processes for scripting and data processing within the business, as well as managing more junior data processing staff and actual scripting. About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Science Manager to join our team at Inizio Ignite. The ideal candidate will bring deep machine learning expertise, strong GenAI and cloud competencies, and hands-on experience delivering analytical solutions that drive meaningful business impact for life sciences clients.

Leadership & Delivery

What you'll need

• Strong expertise in machine learning, NLP, deep learning, and GenAI (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, embeddings).

Your primary role: 

The Scripting Senior Manager role will report to Associate Director based out of India. The role will involve scaling and running the scripting function, working with Research and Project Management stakeholders to define the best practice and establish processes for scripting and data processing within the business, as well as managing more junior data processing staff and actual scripting. Position Expectations

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues spanning multiple systems and environments by performing deep root-cause analysis and driving long-term corrective actions in partnership with system owners
• Conduct POCs to validate technology or pattern choices (e.g., new Workato features, API capabilities, event streaming approaches) and guide the team on when and how to adopt them
• Participate in and help mature the on-call and support rotation for integrations, ensuring robust incident response, escalation, and communication practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 10+ years of enterprise integration experience, including significant time in lead/architect roles
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience designing and delivering complex, enterprise-grade integration solutions using Workato, with deep understanding of the platform beyond low-code/no-code capabilities (e.g., advanced recipes, callable recipes, event streams, Workato SDK, task optimization, governance)
• Strong experience operating Workato in production at scale, including environment strategy, deployment automation, observability and monitoring, logging, and robust debugging in multi-system landscapes

• Owning Critical Customer Escalations:You will serve as a key point of contact during high-stakes situations, taking ownership of customer escalations and representing Anaplan with authority and confidence on customer calls. This includes participating in a 24/7/365 on-call rotation for both primary incidents and secondary escalations.

As an Insights/Secondary research - CoE team member, you will partner closely with global consulting teams to deliver high quality secondary research, market insights, and targeted analyses that inform strategic recommendations for our life sciences clients. You will develop a strong foundation in the life sciences industry and exposure to a diverse set of strategic questions across the product lifecycle. The work will span questions related to clinical development, commercialization, pricing and market access, launch planning, corporate and investor strategy, diagnostics, and new product planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct targeted secondary research on diseases, therapies, competitors, clinical pipelines, and market dynamics using public and proprietary data sources (e.g., EvaluatePharma, GlobalData, Navlin, MMIT, AnswerSuite, company filings, HTA portals).
• Synthesize research findings into clear, structured, and slide‑ready deliverables, including market landscapes, analytical frameworks, and concise written insights.
