ABOUT THE JOB

As a Systems Engineer at Anduril, you will be a pivotal force in the Tactical Recon & Strike division, working on cutting-edge products like Altius, Anvil, Bolt, and Ghost. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Drive systems thinking, processes, and capabilities for core Anduril Products including Altius, Anvil, Bolt and Ghost.
• Partner with product leads to scope, staff, and deliver capabilities to achieve company milestones working directly with the Business Lines to understand product requirements and deliverables.
• Partner with functional engineering teams to drive architectural design for safety, reliability, usability, modularity, upgradability, maintainability, and diagnosability into systems, subsystems, and interfaces.
• Drive system & subsystem requirements with functional engineering teams, defining risk reduction and verification & validation strategies for system of systems as well as subsystem assemblies.
• Execute and manage System Hazard Analyses (SHAs) and subsystem Failure Modes and Effects Analyses (FME(C)As) to drive safety and reliability centric requirements
• Coordinate and execute test events involving various levels of system integration from in-lab software simulations to flight test.
• Interpret & apply key industry & defense standard requirements for safety and interoperability, e.g. STANAG, MIL-STD-882, MIL-STD-464, MIL-STD-331, MIL-STD-1901A, JOTPs, etc.
• Demonstrate strong ownership, acting as a trusted technical partner to functional engineers and leaders across the organization.
• Ensure requirements are tied tightly to the organization’s capability roadmap, fostering efficient development and rapid iteration.
• Identify and drive to resolution key cross-team dependencies and inefficiencies.
• Autonomously lead and execute complex technical initiatives based on high-level goals from internal engineering, program office, and third-party partners, successfully delivering outcomes across multiple programs simultaneously.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field
• 5+ years experience in defense or safety-critical industry, particularly with safety-critical development standards, reliability and safety fault/hazard analysis, and requirements-driven verification and validation strategies
• Demonstrated proficiency in the application of engineering standards into engineering processes
• Proven ability to be a self-starter and to own task & risks from identification through closure
• Experience writing verifiable system-level, subsystem level, and software/hardware/component-level requirements
• Experience conducting safety & reliability analyses such as PHAs, SHAs, FME(C)As, or FTAs
• Experience and proficiency with systems and Python
• Familiarity with modern software development practices and designs, unit testing, integration test, and release processes
• Competence with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, debuggers (JTAG, SWD, etc), current-probes, and automation of tests

The Tactical Recon and Strike (TRS) team at Anduril develops aerial small drones (Group 1-3) and all equipment to test, deploy and operate. The team is responsible for taking products like Ghost, Anvil, Bolt and Altius from paper sketches to operational systems. We work in close coordination with specialist teams to solve some of the hardest problems facing our customers. We are looking for software engineers, hardware engineers, roboticists, and front-end mobile developers who are excited about creating a powerful robotics platform that can be tasked and viewed in real-time through a variety of interfaces.

As a Staff Software Engineer - Security , you will take ownership of and enhance the security roadmap for TRS products and software services, working closely with engineering teams to create solutions that not only meet but exceed industry-standard security goals. You will engage with various teams to identify and remediate vulnerabilities in designs, implementations, integrations, and processes, while also designing and developing security software for embedded systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software engineering with a focus on platform security, enabling them to conduct complex security architecture reviews, research and mitigate exploits targeting hardware and software, and implement critical features in collaboration with engineering teams to build resilient products.

ABOUT THE JOB

The Mission Operations team is responsible for managing the execution, growth, and success of our client accounts. Working across product, engineering, sales, and logistics teams, our Mission Operations Engineers own the client relationships and develop, plan, and deploy Anduril products in support of their missions. They work side-by-side with clients to understand their specific problem sets and then shape Anduril's offerings alongside our engineering teams to fit the mission needs. Because the problems we solve are uniquely challenging, our Mission Operations Engineers naturally gravitate toward finding solutions and are adept at navigating organizational hurdles. They are ultimately responsible for client and mission success and therefore play a critical role in the shaping and future of Anduril Industries

• Serve as a customer-facing Account Manager. This position is in-office and will be located in Atlanta, GA, but will require nationwide and international travel to service and manage forward deployed accounts (up to 75% travel). You will be working directly with a key strategic partners to develop and deploy Anduril’s ALTIUS UAS and other TRS products and to meet customer and operational needs. You will own the execution of contract deliverables to include developing and implementing measures of performance and effectiveness, writing technical reports, and creating user engagement roadmaps.
• Support engagement with all service components of the US DOD, local government organizations, and other partner nation’s defense forces as required to integrate Anduril products laterally for increased adoption.
• Orchestrate the deployment of Anduril products. Lead the planning and deployment of Anduril’s flagship products in support of client missions. Through collaboration with our engineering, logistics, and technical operations teams, Mission Operators are in charge of deploying our products to the field, training end users, and ensuring the high performance of our products. We are obsessed about engagement and keeping our finger on the pulse of how clients interact with our products. This helps us improve the user experience and evolve their operational tactics and techniques. If something isn’t quite right, we work with product teams to quickly address the issue on behalf of our client.
• Grow your business through client success. In addition to the operational and executive relationships you own, you will be responsible for meeting commercial targets that drive top line growth. Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Backend Developer (Ruby) to join our growing Engine team. The Engine team develops and maintains most things related to Workato Recipe runtime. Everything related to recipe execution: DSL, pulling events, processing webhooks, executing jobs. There are various aspects to it: performance, scaling, storage, durability, atomicity, concurrency guarantees, data protection, and encryption.

As a staff software engineer, you will be joining our team focused on building a fast and performant real-time crime center application that can ingest real-time signals from devices at scale, and provide emergency responders with the features and functionality to focus on the most pertinent information for dealing with the situation at hand. WHAT YOU’LL DO

About the Position 

We are seeking a Field Inspector (Construction Inspector, Transportation Infrastructure) to support large public infrastructure programs, including transit and rail capital projects. This role helps ensure construction activities comply with applicable codes, regulations, contract specifications, and approved project drawings through regular site inspections and documentation. The Field Inspector monitors construction activities, verifies materials and workmanship meet project requirements, and documents field conditions to support quality control and overall project oversight.
