We’re building a large and complex product ecosystem that serves nonprofits, donors, and partners around the world. The platform includes a modern checkout experience and customizable widgets (each a standalone SPA), donor, organization, and partner portals, admin tools, and several internal apps.

Our backend is powered by Node.js (Koa, NestJS) and MongoDB. The frontend stack includes Webpack, Vue.js, and React, with nearly all code written in TypeScript. For high-throughput messaging and background processing, we use Kafka (for millions of events) and Bull (Redis). Analytics data is stored in ClickHouse, and we use Elasticsearch for search.

About the Role

You will join a small team responsible for the stability, performance, and security of our server infrastructure: bare metal, VMs, databases, queues, networking, and infrastructure security. Our philosophy is simple: the team owns its systems end-to-end, and every engineer should be able to diagnose and fix issues in their area of responsibility.

This role is for someone who enjoys working with real infrastructure (OS, hardware/virtualization, networks), not just cloud abstractions.

What You'll Do

• Work primarily with on‑premise infrastructure (bare metal and VMs): setup, maintenance, troubleshooting
• Drive clarity in ambiguous situations by defining requirements, assumptions, and next steps
• Own automation projects end‑to‑end (design → rollout → maintenance)
• Improve how we operate: harden and tune systems and also improve the way the team works in terms of operational hygiene
• Keep the platform stable, fast, and secure: servers, web servers, databases, queues
• Investigate production incidents across OS / networking / infrastructure layers, apply temporary mitigations, coordinate with developers and participate in post‑mortems
• Participate in on‑call rotations
• Use AI in all aspects of day‑to‑day work: researching, troubleshooting, developing

Requirements

• 4+ years as a DevOps Engineer / SRE (or very close responsibilities)
• Real, hands-on experience with servers (VMs, bare metal) at the OS level and below: configuring, troubleshooting, digging into “why it’s broken”
• Confident Linux skills (we use Ubuntu). We expect you to be comfortable with the core tools from Linux Crisis Tools
• Solid understanding of networking basics; ability to configure and troubleshoot iptables
• Ansible + Git
• Experience with Bash or Python scripting for automation/observability
• Production/on‑call experience: diagnosing incidents, restoring service, participating in post‑mortems
• Ownership and attention to detail. Downtime is expensive: five years ago, 10 minutes of downtime cost us $100k — today it’s even more

We understand it’s impossible to be an expert in everything, but it’s important to have solid hands-on experience in two or more of the areas below:

• ClickHouse, MongoDB: what each database is used for, monitoring, troubleshooting performance and slow queries, sharding

ABOUT THE TEAM

Anduril’s Tactical Recon & Strike (TRS) is a division with two missions: 1) build highly capable autonomous drones, and 2) build solid rocket motors at scale. We transform products like Ghost, Anvil, Bolt, and Altius from early concepts into fully operational capabilities by partnering closely with specialist engineering, operations, and production teams. Through our Anduril Rocket Motor Systems (RMS) team, we design and manufacture solid rocket motors using advanced materials, proprietary formulations, and high-volume production methods—delivering safe, reliable propulsion systems that support a wide range of mission requirements. TRS hires software engineers & hardware engineers, who are excited to build across a diverse and powerful portfolio—from autonomous aerial systems to high-performance solid rocket motors. Our teams contribute to highly capable autonomous robotics systems and propulsion products that operate reliably in the most demanding mission environment.

ABOUT THE JOB

The Mission Operations team is responsible for managing the execution, growth, and success of our client accounts. Working across product, engineering, sales, and logistics teams, our Mission Operations Engineers own the client relationships and develop, plan, and deploy Anduril products in support of their missions. They work side-by-side with clients to understand their specific problem sets and then shape Anduril's offerings alongside our engineering teams to fit the mission needs. Because the problems we solve are uniquely challenging, our Mission Operations Engineers naturally gravitate toward finding solutions and are adept at navigating organizational hurdles. They are ultimately responsible for client and mission success and therefore play a critical role in the shaping and future of Anduril Industries

• Serve as a customer-facing Account Manager. This position is in-office and will be located in Atlanta, GA, but will require nationwide and international travel to service and manage forward deployed accounts (up to 75% travel). You will be working directly with a key strategic partners to develop and deploy Anduril’s ALTIUS UAS and other TRS products and to meet customer and operational needs. You will own the execution of contract deliverables to include developing and implementing measures of performance and effectiveness, writing technical reports, and creating user engagement roadmaps.
• Support engagement with all service components of the US DOD, local government organizations, and other partner nation’s defense forces as required to integrate Anduril products laterally for increased adoption.
• Orchestrate the deployment of Anduril products. Lead the planning and deployment of Anduril’s flagship products in support of client missions. Through collaboration with our engineering, logistics, and technical operations teams, Mission Operators are in charge of deploying our products to the field, training end users, and ensuring the high performance of our products. We are obsessed about engagement and keeping our finger on the pulse of how clients interact with our products. This helps us improve the user experience and evolve their operational tactics and techniques. If something isn’t quite right, we work with product teams to quickly address the issue on behalf of our client.
• Grow your business through client success. In addition to the operational and executive relationships you own, you will be responsible for meeting commercial targets that drive top line growth. This requires establishing committed and trust-based partnerships with our clients to not only help them solve their immediate problems, but also to foresee future opportunities where Anduril's technology can make them more effective. ABOUT THE JOB

As a Robotics Software Engineer on our TRS team, you'll be at the forefront of cutting-edge autonomous systems development. • Develop and maintain core robotics libraries, including frame transformations, targeting, and guidance systems, that will be utilized across all Anduril robotics platforms
• Lead the development and implementation of major features for our products, such as designing and building Software-in-the-Loop simulators for advanced systems like Altius
• Optimize performance of existing products, primarily focused on our Altius Drone product line

The Electrical Test Engineering team at Anduril develops test systems used to ensure the quality and reliability of our aerial and ground based systems. The team works on air vehicles such as the ALTIUS and develop complex manufacturing test solutions to our internal manufacturing team or contract manufacturers. We work closely and cross-functionally with the rest of our Product Engineering groups that include Electrical, Mechanical and Firmware Engineering to solve and improve our manufacturing process, product quality and reliability.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking to bring on a Senior Electrical Test Engineer to design and deliver test systems for Anduril’s electronic products. This person will work with the test of the organization to identify gaps in test coverage and own the design and delivery of the hardware and software test solution. A strong Senior Electrical Test Engineer will need to have a proven track record of delivering turn key test solution for electronic components and systems and has a background in hardware, software, integration and sustainment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and own Hardware Qualification test plan definition for new products and new features, in collaboration with firmware, software, and hardware design teams
• Determine test strategies that optimize product safety, product reliability, risk mitigation, FMEA coverage, and schedule
• Design and execution of PCBA and electrical system components with hands on testing and rework as necessary
• Data analysis and clear communication of results and collaboration with design engineers to resolve any product problems found via test
• Design and implement next generation test automation hardware systems to facilitate fast and repeatable testing of product
• Manage purchasing, build, integration and final commissioning of functional testers

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Firmware Engineer to join our team in Atlanta! 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop and ship production firmware for avionics, launch and ground support solutions, integrating with embedded Linux-based software and electro-mechanical end-to-end systems
• Implement and share ownership of existing CICD pipelines (evaluation hooks, performance/quality guardrails, and integration surfaces)
• Design and implement fault-tolerant low-level firmware drivers, middleware, and application software for microcontrollers in an RTOS environment (e.g., Zephyr), effectively managing concurrency and resource sharing through mutexes, semaphores, message queues, and event flags
• Collaborate on architecture and design emphasizing balance between loosely coupled concepts while considering determinism, complexity, stability, latency, power and memory constraints.
• Build firmware evaluation tools that interrogate code at compile-time and runtime, for quality, ruggedness and performance, in both virtual and on-target environments
• Help select microcontrollers and peripherals and review schematics with electrical engineering team

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• BS or MS in CS/CE/EE or equivalent industry experience
• Experience: 7+ years of experience in firmware/embedded software development, with a focus on embedded systems.
• Strong C or C++ coding ability for embedded systems
• Experience integrating microcontrollers with analog and digital sensors
• Extensive experience with popular RTOS platforms and a strong understanding of real-time scheduling algorithms and task management
• Experience developing firmware in bare-metal environments
• Solid understanding and application of coding best practices, board bring up and debugging
• Debugging skills with JTAG, SWD, Oscilloscopes, and Logic analyzers

The guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) team within TRS performs implementation, analysis, test, and validation for GNC software solutions supporting our autonomous drone fleet. Applications include attitude and position control, waypoint and terminal guidance engagements, and navigating contested environments including communication and GPS denied environments.

This role will be responsible for guidance and control law development and validation, hardware and software in-the-loop test and analysis, and cutting edge navigation solutions supporting the entire range of drones within TRS.

What You’ll Do

• Aerodynamic Design & Analysis:
• Aerodynamic design of fixed-wing, rotary-wing, and hybrid VTOL platforms at conceptual, preliminary, and detail design maturities
• aerodynamic analysis of unmanned air vehicles, using both low and high order methods, including analysis tool development and improvement as needed
• Conduct detailed analysis to predict and enhance aero performance.
• Utilize Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) tools and low-order methods for performance evaluation.

• Flight Simulation Development:
• Design, implement, and maintain high-fidelity flight simulation models.

• Work with Flight Test personnel to plan and execute tests to evaluate aircraft performance
• Plan and coordinate wind tunnel testing to gather aerodynamic data

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in aerodynamic design and analysis, flight simulation, and flight testing
• Extensive hands-on experience with CFD tools, MATLAB/Simulink, or equivalent simulation platforms

• Strong understanding of aerodynamics and flight dynamics, stability, and control

About The Job

As a Site Reliability Engineer you will be responsible for deploying, integrating, and managing customer and developmental cloud environments across TRS. This role requires a systems-thinking engineer who can bridge software development, platform engineering, and mission operations to ensure seamless integration of new capabilities while improving production scalability and maintaining reliability. About The Job

As a Site Reliability Engineer you will be responsible for deploying, integrating, and managing customer and developmental cloud environments across TRS. This role requires a systems-thinking engineer who can bridge software development, platform engineering, and mission operations to ensure seamless integration of new capabilities while improving production scalability and maintaining reliability. What You Will Do

We are looking for Android Engineers to join our team. About the Team

Currently, we are seeking a technical operations engineer for the Altius program, where you will leverage your operational and technical expertise to shape and deploy a solution of maximum effectiveness and reliability. Your scope will include standing up forward-deployed operations in austere environments, ensuring the successful combat employment of Anduril products, and shaping the long-term sustainment of these products. The Test and Evaluation team at Anduril plays a crucial role in our mission, ensuring that every product meets the highest standards of performance and reliability. Our team conducts full system level development testing, new production acceptance testing, software validation testing and much more. This position is looking for a highly motivated flight test engineer with emphasis in software/hardware capability development and evaluation for the Altius UAS platform. Altius is a Group 2/3 autonomous vehicle specializing in intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) missions. You will be responsible for the evaluation of the software and hardware capabilities for operational suitability as well as Altius’s integration into the full suite of Anduril systems to complete complex operations.

• As a flight test engineer, under minimal supervision, you will be responsible for test planning, execution, reporting, and evaluating the system under test (software and/or hardware).
• Test duties include:
• Candidate will support and plan test events conducted at test sites as required by the specific test.
• Configuration management of test owned assets. This includes specific to test configuration management (hardware components, specific payloads, software/firmware configuration) as well as fleet management (facilitate and track required maintenance, planning/assigning asset requirements for current testing and future efforts).
• Generation of evaluation test plans and reports focusing on system functionality and suitability of software and hardware integration efforts. • Collaborate with SMEs and cross functional teams within the business line through development and production testing, reporting of test findings, and test status. This includes adjudication of testing tasks and characterization of issues, observations, and detailing results.
• Interface daily with hardware and software engineering teams.
• Collect metrics for flight test events to include sortie information and delays.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution
