As a Senior+ Agentic Analytics Engineer at Opendoor, you will join the Data organization and help build something that doesn't exist at most companies: an Agentic Analytics team. This is a high-impact IC role at the intersection of data science, data engineering, and AI.

Technical Foundation
5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or data engineering, with increasing scope and ownership
Expert-level SQL with demonstrated ability to design complex data models and optimize for both human and AI consumption
Strong Python proficiency for data engineering, automation, and AI agent development
Experience with modern data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar) and the broader data stack (dbt, Airflow, etc.)
AI & Automation Expertise
Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents or LLM-powered applications in production
Deep understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations, and prompt engineering best practices
Experience architecting semantic layers or natural language interfaces for data access
Proven ability to identify high-ROI automation opportunities and ship end-to-end solutions

About the Role
As Roofstock continues to scale its national footprint, we are seeking a Safety Specialist to serve as the chief architect of our physical safety culture and a key partner in supporting our fleet operations.
This is a safety-first role. You will develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive workplace safety program for the organization, covering everything from OSHA compliance and incident investigation to field safety training and risk assessment. You will also contribute to fleet operations alongside Scott Lawrence and the Field Operations team, supporting vehicle compliance, driver safety, and vendor coordination. Your goal is to build a proactive, "Safety First" culture that protects every employee, whether they are in a vehicle, at a property, or in a warehouse, while contributing to efficient fleet stewardship.
This is a remote position. Candidates must be based in one of the following metro areas: Dallas, TX; Tampa, FL; or Atlanta, GA. Occasional travel for market visits, site safety audits, and conferences is expected.
Compensation
$70,000 - $80,000 annually
Compensation range may be adjusted based on experience and location.
Pay Transparency
Our compensation reflects several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position represents the expected salary for this position. Ultimately, in determining your pay it will be based on several factors including location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and other job related factors. Roofstock is a total compensation company; the base salary is only a part of our total compensation package.

THE ROLE

This role is based out of our Miami office and will report to the Senior Customer Experience Manager.
Role Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Experience Advocates (XAs) to consistently meet or exceed quality, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction metrics across multiple communication channels.
Inspire a culture of urgency, accountability, and execution excellence, empowering team members to deliver fast, precise, and high-impact customer experiences.
Build and sustain a high-engagement, in-person team culture grounded in openness, trust, direct feedback, and a shared commitment to identifying and eliminating customer defects.
Role model Opendoor principles and XA team values in all interactions, setting a clear standard for professionalism, ownership, and customer advocacy.
Recognize and celebrate individual and team successes, fostering motivation, retention, and a culture of appreciation across the organization.
Continuously coach and develop team members, reviewing customer interactions to ensure alignment with company values and to elevate performance toward a world-class service standard.
Maintain deep expertise in XA metrics, monitoring daily and weekly performance, identifying trends, spotting work avoidance, and driving corrective action through effective coaching and performance management.
Actively manage staffing coverage and workload distribution, adjusting resources as needed to meet service demands and business priorities.
Serve as an escalation leader and hands-on problem solver, working in the details daily to remove blockers, resolve complex customer issues, and ensure cross-team alignment.
Proactively communicate with senior leaders, providing clear insights on performance, risks, and the customer impact of business decisions.
Leverage customer insights to influence operational and product improvements, partnering closely with Operations and cross-functional teams to drive meaningful change.
Maintain subject matter expertise across Opendoor offerings, participating in ongoing training, providing live support to the team, and handling inbound customer interactions as needed.
Recruit, onboard, train, and coach new hires, accelerating ramp time and enabling team members to achieve their full potential.
Role Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of management experience with direct reports.
Must be in office for all scheduled working days that fall on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
*Wednesdays are optional but not required
Willingness to work on evenings, weekends and holidays.
Available to work between the hours of 8:00am and 7:00pm EST.

About the Role:
As Director of Construction, Florida Region, you will be responsible for leading small to mid-size tenant buildouts, capital improvements, new acquisition property due diligence, and repairs for our industrial real estate portfolio. This role involves working with property managers, general contractors, sub-contractors, tenants, and brokers on cradle-to-grave project deliveries. Additionally, you will be accountable for project costs and reconciliation, schedules, performance, and safety, while working in an office, commercial, or industrial setting, which may involve sitting traveling or working in the field as required.
Responsibilities:
-Work with property managers, general contractors, sub-contractors, tenants, and brokers on cradle-to-grave project deliveries.
Develop scope, coordinate bidding, and negotiate contracts for tenant buildouts and capital improvement projects; tenant buildouts range from cosmetic office improvements to full-scale site repositioning with an emphasis on converting excess office space to warehouse and exterior loading improvements.
-Industrial development experience preferred
-Assist the acquisition team in developing property business plans with a focus on improving building and site functionality; assist the asset management team in understanding all components of acquisition due diligence materials.
-Accountable for project costs & reconciliation, schedules, performance, and safety.
-Manage communications, escalations, and resolve client/tenant issues.
-Perform project value engineering.
-Occasional travel across Florida to conduct site visits: Primarily South Florida, Tampa, Orlando and Jacksonville.
-Support ground-up industrial development projects.
-Perform other related duties as assigned.
About you:
-Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Construction, or Civil Engineering and three years of relevant working experience with advanced knowledge in construction engineering or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
-Minimum 5-8 years of experience in project management/execution with an understanding of standard project management processes/procedures.
-In-depth knowledge of commercial roofing, asphalt, building construction, and mechanical systems such as fire suppression, electrical distribution systems, HVAC, and gas distribution systems, and understanding environmental due diligence reports.
-Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and other construction documents across a variety of construction disciplines and trades.
-Ability to manage construction projects of various levels of complexity
-Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project required.
-Experience with Yardi Systems is a plus.
-Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
