• Create and update the new Mechanical Information Sheets for new communities and print them out as needed.
• Upload files and all applicable information to the Homeowners Website. Responds to emails submitted through the website from customers, as needed.
• Retrieve emergency call information from the answering service each day and forward the information to the appropriate Associate.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor who will ensure the accuracy and compliance of loan applications and closing documents. To provide exceptional customer service by conducting business with integrity and in a highly ethical manner.

These skills will be used to:

• Perform timely reviews of conditions submitted, as well as loan resubmissions.
• Provide exemplary customer service to both internal staff and external customers by explaining credit decisions and offering alternative options when needed.
• Verify and examine the information and accuracy of the loan application and closing documents.
• Answer questions and advise customers regarding loans and transactions.
• Review all pre-closing requirements, such as contracts, hazard insurance, flood certifications, and Mortgage insurance certifications.
• Review pre-audit and closing conditions, clear all closing conditions, and then authorize the funding of the loan.
• Upon loan approval, notify the borrowers and the appropriate personnel.
• Prepares Commitment letters, denial letters, and cancel files when necessary.
• In preparation for closing, prepare closing instructions, follow-up contingencies, and verify lock information, if applicable.

Required Qualifications:

Job Summary

As a New Home Advisor, you will be an essential member of the online sales team as the initial contact with buyers interested in Fischer Homes. In this role, you will nurture sales leads and foster customers through the initial outreach process to secure appointments and schedule meetings with our Sales Counselors. The most rewarding aspect of this role is working directly with homebuyers excited about the potential of finding their dream home with Fischer Homes. This role offers a hybrid work environment and requires you to work remotely one to two weekends a month.

In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by guiding the customer through their design center appointment and informing them on the materials that will be in their home. Required Qualifications:
