• As a Process Engineer for Prep and Bicolor at Scout Motors, you will design, implement, and enhance Bicolor processes, addressing any equipment and process challenges that arise. This role involves optimizing Quality, consumptions and workflow within the bicolor booth and coordinating with various departments to address any factors affecting paint shop operations. • Strong knowledge of Paint processes, including but not limited to, manufacturing and quality control.
• Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.

The Senior Thermal Systems Design Release Engineer (DRE) serves as the technical leader and end to end owner of advanced thermal management components and subsystems across multiple vehicle programs. The Sr. Maintenance Robotics Engineer for the Automotive Paint Shop is responsible for ensuring the optimal operation, reliability, and efficiency of mechanical systems and equipment within the paint shop. This role includes preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical failures, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to uphold production quality and minimize downtime. 

The Sr. Paint Automation Engineer is responsible for the full lifecycle engineering, optimization, and technical oversight of automotive paint processes. This includes managing a skilled team to ensure the implementation of Class A surface finish standards, high first-time quality (FTQ), environmental compliance, and robust process controls across pretreatment, electrocoat, primer, basecoat, and clearcoat stages. The manager interfaces with design, production, quality, maintenance, and external suppliers to deliver a world-class, efficient, and defect-free painted bodies. 

Lucid Motors is seeking a Staff Engineer – Reliability & Test Methods to provide technical leadership and system‑level ownership for reliability engineering of motor gearboxes, inverters and drive units. This role is critical to ensuring durability, functional safety, and field reliability across current production and future vehicle programs.

At the Staff level, this position goes beyond execution and is responsible for defining reliability strategy, governing test methodologies, influencing design decisions, and driving alignment across engineering, quality, manufacturing, suppliers, and program leadership.

DIRECTOR, SPACE VEHICLE DESIGN

Based out of Rocket Lab's global headquarters in Long Beach, CA, the Director of Space Vehicle Design is a hands-on leadership role that reports to the Space Systems Chief Engineer. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team of mechanical, structural, and thermal engineers; and you will need to guide and mentor them while working alongside them on spacecraft development programs. You will also need to communicate your technical strategy and work cross-functionally on projects with almost every other engineering team.

Based out of Rocket Lab's headquarters in Long Beach, CA, the Senior Supplier Quality Engineer II – Space Systems Subcontractors is responsible for the end-to-end quality of complex, high-value electro-mechanical box assemblies built by strategic subcontractors and integrated into Rocket Lab satellite programs. This is a subcontractor management role — you own the supplier relationship, the quality system, and the product from contract award through delivery and on-orbit acceptance. You are the primary quality authority for some of Rocket Lab's most technically complex and schedule-critical procured deliverables.

WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO

• Own the quality relationship with assigned strategic subcontractors building complete box-level assemblies — flight computers, radios, communication payloads, battery systems, torque rods, and integrated electro-mechanical hardware — for Rocket Lab satellite programs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Rocket Lab engineering, program management, and subcontractor quality/engineering teams; translate system-level requirements into clear, auditable quality deliverables.
• Review and approve subcontractor Quality Management Plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), acceptance test procedures (ATPs), and qualification test plans against Rocket Lab and applicable space standards.

SENIOR FACILITIES ENGINEER I

As a Senior Facilities Engineer I, you will be a key driver of Neutron’s production system and facility development, ensuring efficient use of space, and resources while meeting complex manufacturing requirements and future growth needs.

WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:

• Develop and implement production system designs, including factory layouts, work cell designs, and equipment commissioning plans
• Identify, plan, and execute capital equipment, machine, tooling, and layout upgrades to meet production volume requirements, including preparation of business cases

Anduril is seeking Systems Safety Engineer to join the Omen team at our Costa Mesa HQ. Omen is Anduril’s hover-to-cruise autonomous air vehicle (AAV) that packs the endurance, payload, and mission flexibility of much larger airplanes into a novel runway-independent Group 3 platform. Omen can operate from ship decks, beaches, or remote island clearings, providing true runway independence and freedom of maneuver across defense and civilian domains. Omen is the first tail-sitter aircraft with a mass-production contract, with an order of 50 systems representing a decisive investment that anchors production and accelerates the development of future systems.

You will work on the System Safety and Airworthiness aspects of new aircraft development effort in a lean, high-ownership culture where you directly shape the product and operate at a velocity to fly new designs within months, not years.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Bring a pragmatic and right-sized approach to Systems Safety and Airworthiness to enable Omen Capability realization at the speed of relevance
• Develop and implement a tailored Systems Safety approach aligned with MIL-STD-882E and the end-user for the Omen Capability
• Engage with customers, end-users and local regulatory authorities to Identify appropriate Airworthiness frameworks and recognized standards to develop the overall Airworthiness strategy as a foundation for design efforts

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES

About the job  

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Engineer to design, develop, and validate sophisticated models for our complex electro-mechanical systems, with a particular focus on sensors, cameras, and displays. The ideal candidate will leverage first-principles physics, empirical data, and advanced mathematical techniques to create high-fidelity, predictive models used across the entire product lifecycle – from concept exploration and design optimization to control system development and virtual testing. This role is critical in accelerating our product development cycles, improving system performance, and ensuring robust and reliable operation. 

What you'll do

• Model Development: 
  • Develop mathematical and behavioral models for various sensor types (e.g., IMU, Lidar, Radar, Ultrasonic, environmental sensors), capturing characteristics such as noise, latency, calibration, field of view, and transfer functions.
  • Create detailed camera models, encompassing optics, image signal processing pipelines, distortion, resolution, dynamic range, and temporal characteristics.
  • Integrate individual component models into comprehensive system-level simulations, accurately representing their interactions and overall system dynamics.
  • Develop and maintain Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) simulation environments. 

• Model Validation & Calibration:
  • Design and execute experiments to gather real-world data for model parameter identification, calibration, and validation.
  • Perform rigorous statistical analysis to quantify model accuracy, uncertainty, and fidelity against empirical measurements.
  • Identify discrepancies between model predictions and real-world behavior and iteratively refine models for improved accuracy. 

• Performance Analysis & Optimization:
  • Conduct trade-off studies using models to optimize system architecture, component selection, and control strategies based on performance, cost, power consumption, and reliability metrics.
  • Predict system performance under various operating conditions and environmental factors.
  • Perform sensitivity analyses to understand the impact of individual parameters on overall system behavior.
  • Support root cause analysis of system issues using simulation. 

• Collaboration & Communication:
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Electrical, Mechanical, Controls, Software, and Test Engineers to define model requirements and integrate models into the broader development process.
  • Clearly communicate complex modeling concepts, results, and limitations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations and detailed documentation. 

• Tooling & Methodologies:
  • Select, evaluate, and implement appropriate modeling and simulation tools and techniques.
  • Develop custom scripts and tools to enhance modeling capabilities and automate workflows.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, new modeling methodologies, and emerging simulation technologies. 

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in system modeling, simulation, and analysis, particularly with electro-mechanical systems.
• Demonstrated experience in developing models for at least two of the following:

• • Sensors: IMUs (accelerometers, gyros), Lidars, Radars, Ultrasonic sensors, microphones, etc. (noise characteristics, drift, latency, sensor fusion).
  • Cameras: Optical models, image processing pipeline models, distortion, noise, dynamic range, rolling shutter effects.
  • Display: See/pass-through near eye display architectures, optical modeling, validations, & human perception 

• Strong theoretical foundation in classical and modern control systems, dynamics, signal processing, and numerical methods.
• Proficiency in primary modeling and simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink (Simscape a plus), Python (SciPy, NumPy, Pandas), or C/C++.
• Experience with model validation against experimental data and statistical analysis techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to apply first principles to complex engineering challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong technical communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
