As a Staff Technical Program Manager, you will own the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional efforts. The Assurance, Risk, and Compliance (“ARC”) Initiatives team at MongoDB owns the strategy, governance, and delivery of our most critical cross-functional risk and compliance initiatives. The Policy Program Manager is a mid-to-senior level individual contributor role responsible for leading the development and operationalization of policies and procedures aligned to established control frameworks. You will drive end-to-end ownership of policy lifecycle management, from drafting and review through implementation and ongoing maintenance, while coordinating inputs across teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adoption. Square is looking for a tenured Account Executive with a strong new logo sales background and self-starter disposition to join our Outbound Sales Team. This role works with restaurant owners specifically, emphasis on Small/Mid-sized businesses. You will create your own outbound strategy while working with the Business Development team to build a book of business. You will be expected to source leads, cold call and email them to generate interest and close deals selling our Square ecosystem to prospective merchants. This role requires excellent communication skills, diligence, and a strong ability to build rapport with prospects to negotiate and close complex deals.

Visual Lead Qualifications:

Sales & Service Manager Schedule
To build a balanced schedule that supports the needs of the business and our teams, we expect all full-time employees to be available for opening, closing and weekend shifts. All employees without exception are expected to be able to work during the company’s Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving (including Black Friday and Thanksgiving weekend) through the end of the holiday season (the 1st week of January)

The Company’s Sales & Service Manager base pay ranges from $60,000 - $76,000/ year. Please also note, Sales & Service Managers are eligible to participate in the Company’s Monthly Store Incentive bonus program, which may result in bringing the total compensation to a higher range. Further, the range listed is just one component of the Company’s total rewards package for retail employees. The total target base compensation for this role will be between $70,000 and $90,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers an uncapped target performance-based bonus with overall expected compensation will be between $94,000 and $114,000. About This Role

The Role
Square is building a best-in-class, high-impact field sales organization, and we are looking for an exceptional Territory Account Executive — someone who consistently exceeds expectations, takes full ownership of their territory, and brings Square's mission of economic empowerment directly to the businesses that need it most.
This is a field-driven, execution-focused role designed for individuals who thrive in dynamic, demanding environments. You will spend most of your week out in the market — meeting businesses, conducting live demos, and closing deals with confidence.
