Manifest Global operates four brands across 50+ countries, generating data across thousands of schools, hundreds of thousands of students, and 1,000+ university partners. Counselor behaviour, student application journeys, university conversion rates, placement outcomes, attribution revenue - it's all there. The data exists. The question is whether the infrastructure around it is good enough to make it useful.
Right now, the data platform works. Pipelines run, the warehouse holds data, the BI layer surfaces reports. But Manifest is growing - new brands, new markets, new activation use cases - and the infrastructure needs to scale with it. There are pipelines that need to be more reliable. Transformation logic that needs to be cleaner. Warehouse design that needs to handle more volume without degrading performance. And an activation layer - reverse ETL, operational analytics, data flowing into the tools the business actually uses - that is still being built.
As a Senior Data Engineer, you will own significant parts of the data platform end to end - ingestion, transformation, warehouse, activation - and you will be one of the people who determines whether Manifest's data infrastructure is a genuine competitive advantage or a persistent constraint. You will work closely with Principal Engineers, Product, and business stakeholders across all four brands, and you will be expected to operate with the ownership and judgment of someone who has built production-grade data systems before.
What makes this role different: Manifest has real data - cross-brand, multi-geography, commercially significant data. The stack is modern: Snowflake, dbt, Hevo, Airtable, Metabase. The problems are real. And when the data infrastructure surfaces the right insight, it changes a decision that affects real students and real institutions.
AI is central to how we build: This isn't just a data engineering role - it is a role where you will actively design and build AI infrastructure that accelerates the team's own development velocity. We use Snowflake Cortex AI with Claude in our daily engineering workflow - for debugging, RCA, query optimisation, and pipeline analysis. We have already cut root cause analysis time. The next step is embedding AI deeper: automated ticket handling, intelligent monitoring, and AI-assisted development tooling that lets the team move faster without sacrificing reliability.
SNOWFLAKE_TO_AIRTABLE_TABLELIST sync config, upsert logic, incremental filters, and sync cost optimisation. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to own both go-to-market strategy and pipeline generation for the Cialfo and BridgeU K12 platform. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role that combines the strategic depth of a Product Marketing Lead with the execution rigour of a Demand Generation Lead.
You will own product positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, and voice of the customer — while simultaneously driving pipeline across web, digital, lifecycle, events, social, and ABM. You will be the strategic link between what we build and how the market receives it, and you will own the campaign engine that converts that positioning into revenue.
You will use AI tools natively across the entire marketing lifecycle — from audience research and brief generation through to creative production, performance analysis, and reporting — and you will operate as a true partner to the K12 Sales team, owning MQL quality, the handoff process, and pipeline SLAs.

What This Role Is
Manifest Global is building the infrastructure for global human capital mobility. The irony is not lost on anyone internally: a company whose mission is to connect talent to opportunity across borders needs to be exceptionally good at finding, attracting, and closing the right people itself. Right now, that function is not yet what it needs to be.
The hiring infrastructure exists. Greenhouse is live. Recruiters are in place across regions. Roles are being filled. But the function operates reactively — responding to requisitions rather than shaping teams, filling seats rather than building toward a hiring strategy that is six months ahead of the business. The pipelines for critical roles are thin. The employer brand is inconsistent across brands and geographies. Hiring manager confidence in the TA function is not where it should be.
That is what this role exists to change.
The Head of Talent Acquisition owns how Manifest hires — across all four brands, across Singapore, Delhi, London, and beyond — and is accountable for building a function that the business genuinely relies on. Not a support function that processes requisitions. A strategic capability that helps leadership make better decisions about their teams, moves fast on critical hires, and raises the quality of every person who joins the group.
This is one of the highest-leverage roles in the business. Rohan's view is explicit: talent is the number one operating lever at Manifest. The person who builds the hiring engine that delivers on that belief will have shaped every other function in the group.
What Makes This Role Different
Most TA leadership roles are either operational — run the process, hit the numbers, manage the team — or strategic — sit in leadership meetings, advise on org design, produce frameworks. This one has to be both, and it has to be both simultaneously.
Manifest is a house of brands. Cialfo, BridgeU, Explore, and Kaaiser each have different talent markets, different hiring volumes, different seniority profiles, and different employer brand positions. Building a TA function that works across all four — without collapsing their distinctiveness into a generic group hiring process — requires someone who thinks in systems and executes in specifics.
It also requires someone who is comfortable being the person who raises the bar. The Head of TA at Manifest is not the person who makes hiring easier by lowering the standard when the pressure is on. They are the person who makes the case for the right hire even when the business wants to move fast. That is a harder role to play. It is also the one that makes the difference.

The markers below reflect where the TA function is today. The business will have moved by the time you join — new hires in progress, new priorities surfaced, new brands at different stages of growth. We'll calibrate the specifics together once you're in the seat. These are directional, not fixed.
That said, the shape of success is clear.
You'll start by building a complete picture of the current state — the team, the pipelines, the processes, the metrics, the gaps between what the business needs and what the function is currently delivering. You'll have a point of view on where to move first and what the highest-leverage changes are.
From there, the function will be measurably better. Hiring managers will have more confidence in the TA team and the pipelines it builds. Critical roles will be filled faster and with better candidates. The team will be operating with more ownership and more commercial awareness than before.
Over time, hiring at Manifest will be a genuine competitive advantage — a function that the business builds strategy around rather than reacts to, that gives leaders real visibility into their talent pipeline, and that attracts people to Manifest who would not have found their way here otherwise.
The specifics will be calibrated once you're in the role. The direction won't change.
What You Bring
You have eight or more years in talent acquisition, with meaningful global hiring experience and a track record of building TA functions in fast-growing, multi-market environments. You have hired for complex, business-critical roles — not just at volume, but for the kinds of hires that change what a business is capable of. You have built the processes that make hiring consistent without making it slow.
You are genuinely strategic with leadership. You can sit in a business planning conversation and contribute something useful — not just take the brief, but push back on it, add context, and help leaders think about their teams more clearly. You have done this before and you have the credibility to do it with senior stakeholders who are used to being the ones setting direction.
You are also comfortable being hands-on. At Manifest's stage, the Head of TA is not a function that delegates everything downward. There will be critical searches where you are in the candidate conversations directly. There will be hiring manager relationships that need to be built personally. You do not treat that as beneath the role — you treat it as part of what makes the function work.
You think in systems. You see a hiring bottleneck and you want to understand what is causing it at the structural level, not just fix the immediate case. You build processes that scale because you have thought through how they break under pressure, not just how they work when everything is running smoothly.
You are comfortable raising the bar even when the business wants to lower it. You have had the conversation with a hiring manager who wants to make an offer on a candidate who is not quite right, and you have had it in a way that was useful rather than obstructive. That is a skill. You have it.
Most importantly, you read the description of what Manifest is building and your first reaction was "talent acquisition done well is one of the most important things a company at this stage can get right — and I know how to get it right." That's the person this role is for.

The Head of Talent Acquisition owns how Manifest hires — across all four brands, across Singapore, Delhi, London, and beyond — and is accountable for building a function that the business genuinely relies on. Not a support function that processes requisitions. A strategic capability that helps leadership make better decisions about their teams, moves fast on critical hires, and raises the quality of every person who joins the group.
This is one of the highest-leverage roles in the business. Rohan's view is explicit: talent is the number one operating lever at Manifest. The person who builds the hiring engine that delivers on that belief will have shaped every other function in the group.
What Makes This Role Different
Most TA leadership roles are either operational — run the process, hit the numbers, manage the team — or strategic — sit in leadership meetings, advise on org design, produce frameworks. This one has to be both, and it has to be both simultaneously.
Manifest is a house of brands. Cialfo, BridgeU, Explore, and Kaaiser each have different talent markets, different hiring volumes, different seniority profiles, and different employer brand positions. Building a TA function that works across all four — without collapsing their distinctiveness into a generic group hiring process — requires someone who thinks in systems and executes in specifics.
It also requires someone who is comfortable being the person who raises the bar. The Head of TA at Manifest is not the person who makes hiring easier by lowering the standard when the pressure is on. They are the person who makes the case for the right hire even when the business wants to move fast. That is a harder role to play. It is also the one that makes the difference.

That said, the shape of success is clear.
You'll start by building a complete picture of the current state — the team, the pipelines, the processes, the metrics, the gaps between what the business needs and what the function is currently delivering. You'll have a point of view on where to move first and what the highest-leverage changes are.
From there, the function will be measurably better. Hiring managers will have more confidence in the TA team and the pipelines it builds. Critical roles will be filled faster and with better candidates. The team will be operating with more ownership and more commercial awareness than before.
Over time, hiring at Manifest will be a genuine competitive advantage — a function that the business builds strategy around rather than reacts to, that gives leaders real visibility into their talent pipeline, and that attracts people to Manifest who would not have found their way here otherwise.

What You Bring
You have eight or more years in talent acquisition, with meaningful global hiring experience and a track record of building TA functions in fast-growing, multi-market environments. You have hired for complex, business-critical roles — not just at volume, but for the kinds of hires that change what a business is capable of. You have built the processes that make hiring consistent without making it slow.
You are genuinely strategic with leadership. You can sit in a business planning conversation and contribute something useful — not just take the brief, but push back on it, add context, and help leaders think about their teams more clearly. You have done this before and you have the credibility to do it with senior stakeholders who are used to being the ones setting direction.
You are also comfortable being hands-on. At Manifest's stage, the Head of TA is not a function that delegates everything downward. There will be critical searches where you are in the candidate conversations directly. There will be hiring manager relationships that need to be built personally. You do not treat that as beneath the role — you treat it as part of what makes the function work.
You think in systems. You see a hiring bottleneck and you want to understand what is causing it at the structural level, not just fix the immediate case. You build processes that scale because you have thought through how they break under pressure, not just how they work when everything is running smoothly.
You are comfortable raising the bar even when the business wants to lower it. You have had the conversation with a hiring manager who wants to make an offer on a candidate who is not quite right, and you have had it in a way that was useful rather than obstructive. That is a skill. You have it.

What This Role Is
Every year, millions of students leave home to study somewhere else. For most of them, it is the most consequential decision they will ever make — the one that decides which country they will build a life in, what work they will do, who their children will grow up alongside. And almost none of them make that decision alone. They make it through a network. A counselor who understood their profile. A trusted partner organisation that knew their family and their context. A university representative who built enough confidence in that partner to be the first call when a strong candidate came through.
The quality of that network is what determines whether a student lands in the right place or somewhere close enough that they convince themselves it was right. It decides whether the institution gets the student who will thrive there, or the student who will quietly underperform for four years. Multiplied across hundreds of thousands of students, the network is not a back-office function — it is the infrastructure that decides where global talent goes.
Cialfo and BridgeU sits at the centre of that network. Used by 2,000+ schools globally, Cialfo's platform gives counselors and students the tools to navigate the university search and application process with clarity. The partner ecosystem and university relationships that sit around that platform are what convert reach into real student outcomes at scale — applications submitted, offers received, students enrolled, lives redirected.
Right now, both of those channels — the partner network and the university relationships — work. The question is whether they work as well as they could, whether they are structured for the volume that is coming, and whether the commercial architecture around them is built for long-term value or short-term throughput. That is what this role exists to answer.
The Associate Director, Partner & University Relationships owns both channels as a single global growth system. On the partner side: the network of placement and counseling partners across all key study destinations — who is in it, how they are performing, what the commercial terms look like, and where the next growth comes from. On the university side: the relationships with university representatives, built toward a model that scales globally. You will sit at the intersection of external relationships and internal execution — close enough to the operations and counseling teams to know when the partner experience is creating friction, and senior enough to fix it.
Most partnership roles in international education own one channel or the other — either the partner network or the university relationships. This one owns both, deliberately, because the compounding effect between them is the point.
More universities partnering with our group across more destinations makes the partner network more productive in every market — partners can offer students more options, and they can do it with the confidence that our institutional relationships will support the application. More partner volume across more source countries gives universities better proof of what the Cialfo and BridgeU relationship is worth — real applications from real students with real outcomes. Better data across both sides means smarter matching, higher conversion, and a partnership ecosystem that gets harder to replicate every cycle.
There is a version of this role at almost every player in the industry. Most of them are channel management jobs — quarterly check-ins, commission disputes, the occasional partner trip. This is not that role. This is the role for the person who has done the channel management job well enough to know exactly what is broken about how the industry runs it, and wants to build the version that replaces it.

That said, the shape of success is clear.
You'll start by building a complete picture of both channels — which partners are genuinely performing and which are coasting, which university relationships are commercially structured and which are transactional, and where the highest-leverage improvements sit across both. You'll have a point of view on where to move first.
From there, both channels will be demonstrably better. The partner network will be sharper — fewer partners doing more, better commercial terms, stronger alignment between partner behaviour and student outcomes. The university relationships will be deeper — more structured, more commercially valuable, with engagement cadences that make Cialfo the partner universities plan around rather than react to.
Over time, the partner and university channels will operate as a single compounding system — each making the other more valuable, with the data and the commercial architecture to show it. What you build here is meant to outlast you. Five years from now, the architecture you put in place should still be running — refined, scaled, extended into corridors that don't exist yet, but fundamentally the system you designed. That is what this role is building toward.

You have eight to twelve years of experience in international education, student recruitment, or partnership and university relationship management — long enough to have seen what good looks like on both sides and to know the difference between a partnership that is working and one that looks like it is working. You have managed partner networks before. You have sat across the table from admissions directors and international recruitment heads and had commercial conversations that went somewhere.
You understand the study abroad ecosystem in India specifically — how partners operate, what drives their loyalty, how university representatives think about their channel relationships, and what makes a relationship worth investing in over multiple cycles. You have probably worked across multiple study destinations: the UK, Australia, Canada, the US. You know that each corridor has its own dynamics and you know how to navigate them.
You are commercially serious. You track what your channels are worth, what they should be worth, and you build the case to close the gap. You have restructured a commercial agreement that was working and made it work significantly better. You have phased out a partner that the business was attached to because the performance didn't justify the relationship. You make those calls with clarity and without apology.
You think in systems. You understand that the partner network and the university relationships are not two separate things — they are one system, and the decisions you make on one side affect what is possible on the other. You build with that in mind.
And somewhere underneath the commercial instinct, you remember why this work matters. Every application processed cleanly is a student who got the offer they deserved. Every partner held to a higher standard is a family that got honest counsel instead of a sales pitch. Every university relationship structured well is an institution that got the students it was actually looking for. The numbers are real, and the lives behind the numbers are real. What we do
The Trade Desk is seeking an India country specialist at the Senior Accountant level based in Mumbai/ Gurgaon. A successful candidate will have a good understanding of accounting principles and India’s statutory compliances and tax requirements, be hands-on in resolving accounting reconciliation issues and able to provide solutions drawing on past experiences. This is an individual contributor role that will closely collaborate with other stakeholders (e.g., stakeholders within the organization, external third-party consultants, external auditors, etc.). This role will be reporting to the India Accounting Manager who is based in Singapore.
What you’ll do
Perform India’s Statutory month-end close and year-end close tasks including but not limited to, fixed assets accounting, statutory adjustments postings, booking provisions and intercompany transactions, preparing accounting and tax reconciliations, and reporting under India GAAP.
Collect, compile, verify and analyze information required for the preparation of statutory and compliance reports, including maintaining statutory General Ledger and Fixed assets register, preparing financial statements, workings for tax filings, and reconciliation of amounts from tax portal.
Coordinate with third party external service providers for monthly/ quarterly/ half-yearly/ annual compliances including TDS, GST, corporate secretarial, equity, treasury, Statutory audit, Tax audit and Internal financial control.
Collaborate with accounting operations functions, including accounts payable, payroll and stock admin teams, to address any Statutory accounting, financial statements disclosures and compliance queries as a country-level specialist.
Participate in cross-functional projects that require local implementation and other improvement initiatives that require collaboration and problem solving at both individual and team level.
Take on duties in finance-related process and reporting enhancement projects with the goal of promoting efficiency.
Build network across a variety of functions and with third party finance vendors to exchange ideas know-hows to formulate solutions to accounting and compliance issues.

Who you are
6+ years of progressive experience in accounting, tax and compliance at an Accounting Advisory firm, similar role at start-up and/ or technology, media company.
Knowledge and application of India GAAP/Indian Accounting Standards, local tax and compliance regulations.
US GAAP and Previous Big 4 work experience is a plus.
Professional qualification- Chartered Accountant/ CPA.
Skilled Oracle or ERP system user, proficient in excel, with experience in working with more technical/data driven tools.
Detail-oriented self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, ability to work independently and see tasks/projects through to completion, meet deadlines, with little to no supervision.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Manager – Digital Transformation, Utilities will serve as the central coordination and execution member for advancing digitalization across distribution utilities within the Grids of the Future portfolio. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that bridges strategic programme delivery, stakeholder engagement, technology deployment, and institutional capacity building. The incumbent will work closely with distribution companies (DISCOMs), grid operators, government energy ministries, multilateral institutions, technology vendors, and civil society organisations to drive measurable transformation outcomes at scale.
The role demands equal command of sector-specific technical knowledge — particularly in distribution utility operations, grid modernisation, software engineering, and energy data infrastructure — and of the human and organisational dimensions of large-scale digital change.
