What is the Role

Elastic is looking for a Marketing Program Manager to join the Marketing PMO team, focused on supporting the execution of strategic projects and operational initiatives across the marketing organization. You will partner closely with an existing Strategic Projects Program Manager, as well as cross-functional teams, to help plan, coordinate, and deliver key initiatives that drive alignment and improve how marketing operates.

To be successful in this role, you should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable running multiple work streams. You’re someone who enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, keeping projects on track, and ensuring teams are aligned and moving forward.

What You Will Be Doing

Support the planning and execution of multiple strategic projects, building and owning timelines ensuring dependencies are clearly tracked
Maintain project plans, documentation, and tracking tools to keep initiatives organized and on schedule
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of initiatives
Help drive day-to-day execution of programs by following up on action items, managing timelines, and identifying risks when needed
Translate high-level ideas or loosely defined initiatives into clear plans, timelines, and actionable tasks
Adapt quickly to changing priorities, helping teams stay focused and aligned as plans evolve
Find opportunities to improve workflows, coordination, and efficiency across teams
Support team member communication by preparing updates, coordinating meetings, and documenting key decisions
Help remove blockers by coordinating across teams and ensuring next steps are clear

What You Bring Along

Previous experience managing cross functional projects in a marketing organization
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfort working cross-functionally with distributed teams, and the ability to build strong working relationships with them
Excellent, proactive communication skills with an ability to lead meetings and drive alignment
A love for process and an understanding of how to map out team processes/timelines, improve upon them, and iterate.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Workfront or similar platforms)
3–6 years of experience in project or program management

This individual will play a hands-on role in architecting, developing, and maintaining Drupal-based interactive web projects. We are looking for a Senior Full-stack Software Engineer who is excited to dive into engineering at Galileo and help us build credit and loan systems at scale. What you’ll need:

Demonstrated expertise with data store and cloud technologies, ideally within a microservice architecture (AWS, azure, mongodb)

Required Qualifications

Strong understanding of JMeter, Python/Java, SQL and API gateways performance testing experience and Cloud environments (Azure), and performance monitoring tools like Datadog and Database and windows monitoring tools.

What You’ll Do

Provide in-depth, expert technical support and troubleshooting for Veeam Software clients via telephone, email, and web conferencing.

Assist in escalation cases via internal and external distribution lists.

Monitor ticket queues for SLA compliance, including updates to and work on assigned cases in a timely manner.

Maintain strong customer rapport and excellent, timely communication.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to help ensure the quality, reliability, and scalability of Backblaze products across UI and API experiences. This role will serve as a trusted quality partner to Product and Engineering, owning end to end testing and helping define a strong quality strategy across new and existing features. The ideal candidate brings deep QA experience, strong automation skills, a thoughtful approach to test design, and the ability to improve testing workflows through AI, process enhancements, and close cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Do:

Understand Backblaze products and its software stack.
Own end to end testing across UI, API and serve as a trusted quality partner for product and development teams.
Advocate for testability across the software and collaborate with product owners for well defined acceptance criteria.
Define test strategy and write structured test plans for new features being developed.
Design and automate tests in python/javascript and contribute to current test harnesses.
Perform functional, integration and regression testing for Backblaze API and user flows.
Leverage AI to enhance these workflows and accelerate testing.
Interact with developers to clarify functionality and facilitate defect resolution by identifying, recording and verifying software issues.
Define and implement QA process improvements.

The Right Fit:

Experience with API testing and understanding of cloud storage concepts.
10+ years of QA experience with focus on testing at scale.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong experience with scripting and test automation software (such as Selenium or Playwright).
Can utilize AI tools in a manner advantageous to testing and advocates for AI adoption.
Familiarity with TestRail or a similar test case management software and JIRA or another project and issue-tracking software is needed. Other relevant software: Jenkins, GitHub, Postman
Experience with Agile/Scrum and well-versed in SDLC processes
Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to clearly and simply convey complex concepts.
Experience with performance and security testing is a plus.
Cross platform experience (Mac/Windows/Linux)

The primary role is to build security into how the product is used, how data is stored and how customers can use it. About the Role

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to help ensure the quality, reliability, and scalability of Backblaze products across UI and API experiences. This role will serve as a trusted quality partner to Product and Engineering, owning end to end testing and helping define a strong quality strategy across new and existing features. The ideal candidate brings deep QA experience, strong automation skills, a thoughtful approach to test design, and the ability to improve testing workflows through AI, process enhancements, and close cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Understand Backblaze products and its software stack.
Own end to end testing across UI, API and serve as a trusted quality partner for product and development teams.
Advocate for testability across the software and collaborate with product owners for well defined acceptance criteria.
Define test strategy and write structured test plans for new features being developed.
Design and automate tests in python/javascript and contribute to current test harnesses.
Perform functional, integration and regression testing for Backblaze API and user flows.
Leverage AI to enhance these workflows and accelerate testing.
Interact with developers to clarify functionality and facilitate defect resolution by identifying, recording and verifying software issues.
Define and implement QA process improvements.

The Right Fit Has

Experience with API testing and understanding of cloud storage concepts.
10+ years of QA experience with focus on testing at scale.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong experience with scripting and test automation software (such as Selenium or Playwright).
Can utilize AI tools in a manner advantageous to testing and advocates for AI adoption.
Familiarity with TestRail or a similar test case management software and JIRA or another project and issue-tracking software is needed. Other relevant software: Jenkins, GitHub, Postman
Experience with Agile/Scrum and well-versed in SDLC processes
Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to clearly and simply convey complex concepts.
Experience with performance and security testing is a plus.
Cross platform experience (Mac/Windows/Linux)

About the Role

The Revenue Cycle Management team is seeking a Staff Backend Software Engineer to play a key role in modernizing our billing platform. Your Professional Qualifications

Responsibilities and Duties

Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end dbt testing strategies, validating data transformations from bronze to gold layers using mocked and expected datasets
Collaborate with business stakeholders, Data Engineers, and Analytics Engineers to define testing scope, ensure requirement traceability, and guarantee data quality standards
Build, maintain, and optimize dbt models, unit tests, integration tests, and custom data validation frameworks within modern data platforms
Investigate failed test cases, review pull requests, contribute to Agile ceremonies, and continuously identify opportunities to improve technical processes, quality standards, and team effectiveness

Qualifications and Skills

7+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, with strong focus on data platforms and automation
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and BI environments
Advanced proficiency in SQL and scripting languages such as Python for automation and validation
Hands-on experience with data validation techniques, data quality frameworks, and testing methodologies for data pipelines
Solid understanding of testing strategies, including the Test Pyramid and automated testing best practices
Experience working with version control systems (Git) and modern development workflows
Experience with dbt, Databricks, Docker, pytest, and development tools such as VSCode
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate engineering and analytics requirements into comprehensive testing strategies
Proven track record of driving continuous technical, process, and team improvements
Nice to have: knowledge of data pipelines, Power BI, Tableau, cloud environments, automation testing frameworks, and data governance/compliance standards
