About the Role: 

We are seeking a technically strong, hands-on Senior Database Reliability Engineer to help design, build, and scale the database platform used across Sezzle’s applications.

This is not a traditional DBA role. This role is for an engineer who can combine deep database knowledge with software engineering, infrastructure engineering, and platform thinking. About the Role: 

We are seeking a hands-on, high-impact Senior Security Infrastructure Engineer to help strengthen Sezzle’s security posture across cloud infrastructure, applications, and developer workflows. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to work on real-world security problems at scale.

As a Senior Security Infrastructure Engineer, you will have a high degree of ownership and autonomy to identify risks, investigate issues, and drive meaningful security improvements across our systems. You will work across vulnerability management, detection engineering, supply chain security, and incident response - partnering closely with engineering teams to ensure security is practical, effective, and embedded into how we build and operate systems. You should consider yourself a DOer - someone who is comfortable diving into logs, analyzing systems, validating findings, and working end-to-end to get issues resolved. What You’ll Do:

What We Look For: 

• 6+ years of experience in security, software, or infrastructure engineering, with hands-on experience securing cloud-based production systems and working with real-world security challenges
• Experience contributing to threat modeling and security design reviews for modern systems
• Strong hands-on experience in vulnerability management, including scanning, triage, validation, remediation coordination, and verification
• Experience working with SIEM platforms (e.g., Wazuh, Splunk, ELK) for detection engineering, monitoring, and incident response
• Practical experience triaging findings from vulnerability scanners and bug bounty programs
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Linux, and Kubernetes infrastructure, including security architecture, hardening, and operational best practices

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• three plus years working with cloud infrastructure or platform engineering focused on AWS
• Deep hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, preferably EKS, covering upgrades, networking, storage, RBAC, and custom resources
• Proficiency in Python and Bash or Zsh scripting
• Strong understanding of core AWS services EC2, VPC, IAM, ALB, S3, RDS, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch

About the role

We’re hiring a Senior SRE for a Platform Engineering team inside NICE/LiveVox. This is a builder / owner role: you’ll design and evolve the AWS platform foundations that product engineering teams rely on to run services safely and efficiently.

This is not a ticket-queue operations job. We’re looking for someone who enjoys ambiguous problems, makes sound engineering decisions, and builds automation to reduce toil long-term.

What you’ll do (Key Responsibilities)

• Own platform reliability outcomes across AWS: availability, latency, resiliency, and operational readiness.
• Design and implement platform foundations (IAM, networking, compute, deployment patterns, and guardrails) that enable teams to build safely at scale.
• Build infrastructure automation using IaC (Terraform) and CI/CD workflows that improve repeatability and reduce manual work.
• Lead incident response for platform-level issues (detection → mitigation → root cause analysis → permanent fixes) and drive measurable prevention.
• Improve observability and operational maturity (metrics, logs, traces, SLOs, alert design) with a bias toward actionable signals.
• Partner with engineering teams to improve service design, deployment safety, and runtime behavior through pragmatic reviews and mentoring.

Minimum qualifications

• Experience building automation with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform strongly preferred)
• Fluency with at least one language used for automation (Python, Go, or similar)
• Clear written and verbal communication (you can explain complex operational topics without drama or vagueness)

Preferred qualifications

• Experience designing multi-account AWS environments, governance controls, and secure-by-default patterns
• Deep familiarity with Kubernetes, ECS/Fargate, or other production orchestration platforms
• Experience with SLO-based reliability, alert tuning, and reducing operational noise
• Experience mentoring engineers or leading reliability efforts across teams

About the role:

As a Remote Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day execution of our Field Service organization. You will manage service scheduling, monitor customer site needs, triage inbound communications, and ensure the right technician is deployed at the right time.

You will serve as the first point of contact for inbound service calls, quickly gathering key context and routing issues to the appropriate field engineer or internal team. Success in this role requires strong organizational discipline, clear communication, and the ability to maintain clarity in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.

In this role you will:

• Answer inbound calls from customers and partners with professionalism and urgency
• Gather key context to determine whether the request requires technical support, service dispatch, or escalation
• Route calls to the correct Field Service Engineer or internal team based on region, expertise, and availability
• Log call details and follow-up items in ticketing, Slack, email, and CRM systems
• Maintain and adjust the live Field Service schedule to reflect real-time changes and shifting priorities
