About the Role

We're looking for a Principal Software Engineer with deep roots in adtech infrastructure and a genuine conviction about what AI-native engineering looks like in practice. This role is backend-focused at its core — you'll work on the systems that power our exchange, from bid request processing and traffic shaping to data pipelines and auction logic. But we're also at an inflection point in how we build software, and we want this person to help lead us through it.

From a generative/agentic AI capabilities standpoint, we already use LLMs and agentic tooling across our data stack and, we’re looking for is someone who can help us take that from general adoption to intentional practice — who has strong opinions about where AI creates real leverage in a high-throughput adtech environment, and who can bring the rest of the engineering organization along with them.

What you'll be doing:

• Own the design and evolution of backend systems that operate at exchange scale — high throughput, low latency, always on

A successful candidate will have:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong backend track record
• 5+ years working specifically in adtech infrastructure — SSP, DSP, exchange, or ad server environments
• Deep fluency in the programmatic ecosystem: OpenRTB, bid request/response flows, auction mechanics, supply path optimization, or similar
• Experience building and operating systems at exchange scale — high QPS, strict latency budgets, fault tolerance
• Demonstrated experience leading AI or agentic engineering efforts in production environments — not just experimentation, but shipped, operated, and iterated on

The Role

We seek a Mechanical Engineer to manage the complete design of aerospace components and subsystems. Overview

We are looking to hire a Systems Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in Broomfield, CO. The Battlespace Awareness team develops tactical sense- and decision-making software that provides advanced capabilities for Anduril's command and control (C2) products. This software must work with various combinations of compute hardware, connected sensor/effector hardware, and supporting software services.  It must be effective, robust, and safe across various configurations, mission sets, and customer experiences. We are looking for a Senior Thermal Analyst to join our rapidly growing team in Boulder, CO. ABOUT THE TEAM

We're seeking a product security engineer to own security for assigned products, particularly radar systems, in your technical domain. This role involves providing expert consultation on security architectures, guiding the implementation of security features, developing solutions engineering for complex security challenges, and ultimately securing our suite of advanced technologies including artificial intelligence systems, command and control platforms, aerospace vehicles, and long-range sensors. The ideal candidate has a background in electrical or software engineering, with a focus on platform security, or has pivoted to a product or application security role. They will be able to conduct complex security architecture reviews, research and mitigate exploits against hardware and software, and work with other engineering teams to build resiliency into our products.

ABOUT THE JOB

As a Product Security Engineer, you will own the end-to-end security for assigned radar products. This includes deriving and decomposing security requirements from customer needs and threat intelligence, designing security architectures, and actively building, integrating, and testing security features throughout the product lifecycle. You will also be responsible for conducting security reviews, researching exploits, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure robust security for radar systems.

• Owns the development and maturation of security features for Anduril’s radar products.
• Collaborates and builds solutions with engineering teams to meet and exceed industry-standard security goals for radar systems
• Collaborate with security assessment teams to assess Anduril’s radar products and integrated components to uncover potential weaknesses

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with one or more programming languages (e.g. C/C++, Golang, Rust, Python)
• Experience assessing security of firmware, applications, network, IoT, or embedded systems

Anduril seeking a skilled and experienced Edge Software Deployment Engineer to join our radar software team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying, managing, and securing software that runs on the embedded, heterogeneous processors within our radar systems. This role requires a unique blend of embedded systems knowledge, DevOps practices, and experience with diverse hardware architectures.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• DevOps for Embedded Systems: Adapt standard DevOps principles and tools for the unique constraints of embedded systems for Radar, which includes managing fleet-wide software updates for devices with intermittent connectivity.
• Security: Integrate security best practices and tools into the development and deployment process from the beginning (DevSecOps). This includes core security hardening (e.g., implementing STIGs), kernel hardening (e.g., using Address Space Layout Randomization, Control Flow Integrity, and securing boot processes), securing the software supply chain, managing updates, and implementing robust security controls on embedded hardware.
• Deployment and Provisioning: Lead the design and automation of the edge provisioning pipeline, from operating system setup to application deployment and monitoring.
• Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like CircleCI to automate the build, testing, and deployment of software to edge devices.
• Operating Systems (OS): Manage and customize embedded Linux distributions (e.g., using Yocto or NixOS) for performance, reliability, and security on ARM and GPU architectures.
• Heterogeneous Architecture Support: Deploy and manage software across our diverse hardware platform, which includes:
  • Nvidia Jetson: Deploy, optimize, and manage software on Nvidia Jetson GPUs

ABOUT THE JOB

The Mission Operations (MOPs) team is responsible for managing the execution, growth, and success of our customer accounts. Working across product, engineering, sales, and logistics teams, our Mission Operations Engineers own the customer relationships and develop, plan, and deploy Anduril products in support of their missions. They work side-by-side with customers to understand their specific problem sets and then shape Anduril's offerings alongside our engineering teams to fit the mission needs. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Serve as "project manager" / "on-site lead" working directly with U.S. military, DHS, and allied customers to deliver Anduril's radar and integrated sensor capabilities across multiple locations
• Lead a small team of engineers through site standups from initial radar integration through operational acceptance while interfacing with strategic end-users throughout the process
• Responsible for monitoring radar system performance, connectivity, integration with mesh networks, and fusion with other sensors (EO/IR, RF) and C2 systems at distributed sites and with partner organizations
• Gather, triage, and prioritize user feedback on radar detection performance, tracking accuracy, classification capabilities, issues, and errors found during fielding, testing, exercises, and normal use within operational schedules
• Provide input to account and engineering teams on radar features, detection algorithms, and UI/UX improvements that enhance or greatly improve efficiency of operator workflows
• Support engagement with other units, commands, and organizations for increased deployment and installation of our radar systems across military installations, critical infrastructure sites, and forward operating locations
• Develop and contribute to a streamlined user feedback and engagement system for radar operations, which could include issue tracking, operator training sessions, refreshers, and focused preparation for exercises and events

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
