The ACOS is responsible for account sales, service, and support activities of all Oncology products. The base salary range for this role is $85,000 to $105,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.

The AI Enablement team is building the AI foundation for 84.51° and Kroger. The AI Enablement team is composed of multiple squads, and we are looking for a Senior Agile Delivery to oversee the AI Proprietary Models + AI Hub group. Our AI Proprietary Models team creates domain specific models and associated services, while our AI Hub team maintains a centralized hub of AI information and capabilities for internal associates.
As the SENIOR AGILE DELIVERY, you'll be the orchestrator across three squads, ensuring seamless collaboration, clear visibility, and efficient delivery. You'll work closely with data scientists, researchers, engineers, and product managers to adapt Agile practices that fit the unique nature of AI and research work. Your focus will be on facilitating cross-team dependencies, managing delivery logistics, and ensuring teams have what they need to succeed. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, flexibility in approach, and the ability to thrive in an innovative environment.

The Operations Lead serves as a liaison between the GEAE Warehouse Supervisor and the GEA operation. Leading Inbound, Inventory, Quality, and/or shipping departments and understanding the roles of Account Coordinators, Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Quality, and Kitting Leads. To help direct, monitor and control all aspects of shipping and receiving, scheduling, inventory management, quality management and uphold procedures as well as all other warehouse functions. To instill and maintain good relationships and working conditions with all Crescent People and Customers both inside and outside of the account through proper execution and championing the Crescent Way. Ensure that all associates consistently produce acceptable productivity results. This role requires the management and purchasing of shipping materials, office supplies, and department needs. Assure compliance with OSHA, SDS, ISO, and SQF regulations.
