As a Customer Success Manager at Mitsogo, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products and services. Lead onboarding sessions for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and effective use of our products. Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to enhance user proficiency.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Serve as a trusted advisor, addressing customer concerns and providing solutions to enhance their experience with our products.
Monitor customer engagement and product usage. Proactively identify opportunities for increasing adoption and utilization of our products.
Act as the point of escalation for complex issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Support, and Sales, to resolve customer challenges and ensure timely solutions.
Gather customer feedback and insights to drive product improvements and inform the development roadmap. Advocate for customer needs and contribute to the creation of customer-centric solutions.
Develop and execute customer success plans tailored to each customer’s needs and goals. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Support the renewal process by ensuring continued customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services based on customer needs.
Minimum of 2-8 years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or related role, preferably in the IT security or software industry.
Willing to work in US shift
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, customer-centric approach.
Familiarity with IT security products and concepts is a plus. Ability to quickly learn and understand complex technical products and solutions.
Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), customer success platforms, and other relevant tools. Basic technical understanding of software and security solutions is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications or continued education in customer success or IT security is a plus

The position opened is a Project Manager with some Business Analysis responsibility. Main mission of the PM will be to: • Lead the project throughout all project phases • Identify, structure and follow the different project streams of the Program:

Job Summary:
As an Assistant Manager for Razorpay’s Affordability Business, you will be the driving force behind our offline ecosystem growth. You aren't just selling a POS terminal; you are enabling merchants to scale their businesses through Affordability solutions. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of merchant partnerships - from high-stakes acquisition to driving deep product penetration and sustained GTV growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Acquisition: Identify and onboard high-potential merchants onto the Razorpay POS platform, maintaining a consistent pipeline to exceed a minimum target of 10 quality stores monthly.
- Usage & GTV Optimization: Go beyond the "sign-up." Drive Merchant GTV by ensuring active POS utilization, feature adoption (Brand EMI), and transaction frequency.
- Portfolio Management: Proactively monitor merchant health and performance metrics, intervening to prevent churn and maximize transaction value.
- Commercial Negotiation: Lead discussions on MDR and commercial structures with partner banks to secure competitive positioning while maintaining Razorpay’s profitability.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct regular field visits to gather ground-level insights on competitor moves and distribution trends.

Burson is looking for a Senior Public Relations Manager for our Chennai Location. The individual will join our client servicing team and work with the Pharma, Health & Wellness Practice. For this requirement we are looking for a senior manager with good understanding of the Healthcare sector. As a Senior Account Manager, you are expected to support day-to-day client activities and provide guidance to junior team members through ongoing counsel and effective delegation. You will contribute to Burson’s performance by managing client relationships and integrated communication (IC) programs, satisfying, and delighting clients, helping, generate new business and growing existing accounts. You are required to support our corporate strategy and your practice or office to help ensure superior client service, a winning culture and profitability.
