Position Summary
The Estimator supports the bidding process by development and preparation of cost estimates for projects or services as assigned. This role follows the established standardized procedures, methods, and processes for estimating. Supports various capture teams composed of Forgen employees from across the company. The Estimator coordinates overall estimates and proposals in conjunction with the assigned capture-teams and present periodic and final submittals to Regional Managers and other corporate representatives as required for review and input.

Senior Construction Manager, Self Perform Electrical
The Sr. Construction Manager Self Perform manages the electrical self-perform teams. This responsibility is in tandem with working closely with members of the project management, infrastructure engineering, project controls, procurement, maintenance, and operations departments from preconstruction through completion and start of production. The Sr. Construction Manager oversees all self-perform work in Nevada for electrical teams. This oversight and management includes scheduling of self-perform teams, material and equipment procurement, utility, structure, and vendor tool installations, resolving day to day construction issues, performing day to day inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications while tracking project schedule and budget. This role manages a team of Superintendents, mechanical, and electrical tradesmen. Experience with managing multiple field crews for both electrical and process piping scopes is imperative. The General Site Manager role is responsible for end-to-end management of our experience site in San Francisco, which hosts VR immersive experiences. You will be a business owner with a strong understanding of technical operations, accountable for high level operational execution, exceptional customer service, and financial efficiency.
Based in San Francisco, the Experience Site Manager will sit within the site Management Team and report directly to the Fever Originals VR team. You will lead day-to-day operations, drive strategic decisions and sales, and oversee continuous optimization of both business performance and the technical execution of VR experiences. A strong understanding of immersive technologies, system workflows, and on-site troubleshooting is required. You will also play a key role in building the brand within the local community through partnerships, events, and innovative programming while ensuring all initiatives align with company standards and production requirements.

Our VR experiences invite you to explore scenes from the past and unknown parts of the world in addition to lost civilizations. A virtual guide reveals historical and cultural details with precision and captivating storytelling. Fever is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a VR experience in Denver at York Street Yards.
The Assistant Site Manager (ASM) plays a key leadership role in ensuring the seamless daily operation of the venue. Reporting directly to the General Site Manager (GSM), this position is responsible for supporting and sometimes substituting for the Manager in all areas of site management, from guest services and staff leadership to budgeting and operational optimization. This is not just a supporting role — the Assistant Site Manager is a proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic, ever-changing environment, takes ownership of the site, and inspires their team by setting the standard for hospitality, efficiency, and professionalism.
The right candidate is motivated, resourceful, and ready to not just escalate problems but propose solutions. They will balance day-to-day execution with long-term growth initiatives, including strengthening community partnerships and contributing to our brand’s visibility within the city.

Guided by cutting-edge technology, you will experience realistic sensations that transport you to fascinating times and places. A virtual guide becomes your partner in this exploration, revealing historical and cultural details with precision and captivating storytelling. These immersive expeditions give you the opportunity to discover, learn and expand your knowledge in a new and original way.
Registered as groups of 4 to 6 people, you will wander freely during 45 minutes into a 500sqm room together with up to 80 other visitors, all exploring different eras of the past or parts of the world.

Location: Fort Worth, TX
Compensation: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full Time, 40-55 hours per week (Monday-Friday, overtime opportunities)
Regional Travel: Required, typically 10 days per month (lodging and $55 per diem on travel days)
