The Internal Supply Chain team owns the raw materials supply and its distribution to the chefs/fulfillment. It’s a high-impact role with the ability to communicate constantly between all different areas of CookUnity. Our customers use our digital experience weekly to find their favorite meals from our 300+ menu items, and the Supply Chain team is responsible for making that easy and smooth for the operation.
We are seeking a full-time Supply Chain Analyst with an entrepreneurial mindset who is willing to take ownership of different analyses and projects and is looking to accelerate their development by working in a growing startup!
You are capable of managing and analyzing the supply chain to reach company goals. You’re organized, super self-driven, can deliver, and have a “get stuff done” attitude. Owns 100% of the analysis, flags insightful info, creates action plans, develops new dashboards, etc.

En nuestro equipo de Data Science, tendrás la oportunidad de trabajar como parte de nuestros product squads, desarrollando funcionalidades que enriquecen nuestro producto y brindan la experiencia de primer nivel por la que somos reconocidos. Trabajarás junto a profesionales brillantes con distintas especialidades: Product Managers, Designers, UX Writers, Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, Software Engineers, entre otros. Responsabilidades
Arquitectar, desarrollar y desplegar sistemas de machine learning en producción. Los principales casos de uso están relacionados con chatbots y sistemas de búsqueda.
Diseñar y ejecutar experimentos.
Analizar una amplia variedad de datos (estructurados y no estructurados, observacionales y experimentales) para mejorar los modelos actuales o crear nuevos.
Aplicar el método científico para desarrollar aplicaciones impulsadas por LLMs, incluyendo probar diferentes prompts, explorar y comprender las capacidades de los LLMs, evaluar agentes y prompts, analizar guardrails de aplicaciones de IA y construir PoCs para validar la viabilidad de IA generativa en funcionalidades de producto.

Monks is seeking a visionary AI Specialist to join our specialized team. We manage a complex product account requiring expertise far beyond typical social media marketing. This is a hybrid role demanding both technical proficiency and creative strategy.

Responsibilities:
Technical Foresight & Landscape Analysis. Actively monitor developments from Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic to anticipate upcoming AI features. Maintain deep knowledge of the broader AI landscape to provide strategic insights.
Advanced Content Creation & Prototyping. Create compelling social content for X and Instagram targeted at AI enthusiasts. Design and execute complex prompts and utilize API’s to prototype internal tools, test new capabilities, and produce unique images, videos, and copy.
Internal Training & Enablement. Serve as the go-to AI expert, bridging the knowledge gap within the organization. Develop and lead training sessions for creative, strategy, and design teams on new and upcoming AI features.

About You
Technical Proficiency (Required): Proven experience in coding and hands-on proficiency in working with AI/ML APIs. You must be comfortable exploring technical documentation and building or testing tools.
A Master of Prompts & AI Ecosystems: A proven ability to get extraordinary results from generative AI tools. You must be "in the weeds" with current LLM’s.

The Legal Counsel - Employment (LATAM) will be reporting to the Director Global Employment and Workforce and would be a critical role in leading the labour & employment laws charter for Payoneer and WFM entities in the LATAM regions.
Prior Argentina employment law experience is mandatory. Exposure to other LATAM jurisdictions is a strong advantage.

What you’ll do
· Provide high-quality, practical employment law advice across the full employee lifecycle in Argentina, with the ability to support broader LATAM matters where relevant.
· Acting as the regional lead and subject matter expert for the region.
· Lead and support employee relations matters, including terminations, separations, disciplinary processes, and performance-related actions, ensuring risk-aligned outcomes.
· Advise on labour contracting and subcontracting compliance, ensuring ongoing adherence to regional regulatory requirements.
· Draft, review, and refine employment documentation, including employment agreements, separation and mutual termination letters, transfer/relocation documents, full and final settlement letters, and statutory HR policies.
· Contribute to the development and implementation of employment, HR, compensation, and workforce-structuring policies that align with local laws and business needs.
· Stay ahead of legal and regulatory changes across national and local employment laws, and translate updates into actionable guidance for internal stakeholders and clients.
· Collaborate closely with HR Ops, Payroll, Sales, GTM, Finance, and other internal teams to deliver coordinated, commercially aligned legal solutions.
· Support compensation and benefits reviews, ensuring alignment with statutory standards and market practices.
· Conduct legal research and prepare clear, business-friendly analysis on employment and labor law issues.
· Deliver training and guidance to internal teams and clients on employment law compliance, risk mitigation, and best practices.
· Support individual and large-scale workforce transitions, reorganisations, and restructuring, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and documentation standards
Who you are
· You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law; a Master’s or LLM is an added advantage.
· You bring 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Argentinian employment and labor law. Experience supporting other LATAM jurisdictions is a strong plus.
· You have deep knowledge of Argentinian labor laws, regulations, case trends, and practical market practices.
· You understand the legal nuances of hiring, employee lifecycle management, workforce transitions, and separations.
· You have strong drafting skills and are experienced in preparing and reviewing employment agreements, HR policies, separation documentation, and related employment artefacts.
· You possess excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate legal requirements into practical, business-aligned guidance.
· You communicate legal concepts clearly and confidently, partnering effectively with HR, business teams, and leadership.
· You can work independently, manage multiple matters simultaneously, and operate with sound judgment in fast-moving environments.
· Able to manage high volume case load.
· You have strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to accuracy and compliance.

The Head of Creative Studio will drive the next chapter of CookUnity's performance marketing, harnessing AI to amplify storytelling, accelerate content/creative production, and enable rapid creative testing at scale. We are seeking a Driven and Results-Oriented Retention Strategist to join our team.
The Retention Strategist at Common Thread Collective (CTC) plays a critical leadership role in guiding our clients toward sustainable and scalable growth. This position is all about owning ensuring revenue is delivered predictably for the business through retention marketing efforts —using data-backed insights to build forecasts, shape strategic direction, and ensure consistent performance delivery. At CTC, your expertise is invaluable, covering the elements of CTC's strategic forecasting methods and the foundational principles of retention marketing.
Your role isn't limited to email strategy—you're a key partner to our clients on Customer Retention. You proactively communicate the rationale behind our approach and connect the dots between forecasts and the emails/sms/direct mail etc that are sent out. That level of clarity builds confidence and deepens trust, ensuring our clients feel supported and understood every step of the way.
You stand as a zealous advocate and representative of CTC's unique approach to retention and its accompanying tools.
As a Retention Strategist, you lead with precision and vision, ensuring that every initiative meets the highest standards of execution and effectiveness.

AUTODIDACT

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in email and SMS marketing, with proven execution across campaigns, automations, segmentation, and optimization.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in retention marketing, owning initiatives that drive predictable revenue, customer lifetime value, and ongoing lifecycle improvements.

JOB SCOPE
WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME?
SALARY RANGE
First 30 days – $1.5K (Part-time transition phase)
Give notice at your current job (if applicable)
Participate in daily training for the first 15 days
Shadow and support ongoing accounts during the next 15 days while preparing to take on your own clients
Days 31–60 – $3K (Full-time start)
Transition to full-time
Begin managing your first 3 client accounts independently
Days 61–90 – $4–5K + performance bonuses
Continue growing your portfolio
Earn bonuses based on hitting revenue targets
Negotiate your term contract annually
This will depend on the amount of clients and the quality of work.

The Senior Ecommerce Growth Strategist at Common Thread Collective (CTC) plays a critical role in driving client success. You will lead the development of accurate strategic forecasts that guide our clients toward their goals, ensuring seamless execution of strategies that translate forecasts into measurable growth. Your actions and decisions consistently resonate with the core values of CTC Global, serving as a beacon for these principles. At CTC, your trained expertise is invaluable, covering the entire spectrum of CTC’s Strategic Forecasting methods and the foundational principles of media acquisition.
Beyond strategic planning, you are an active partner in client growth, maintaining transparent communication about the actions taken and performance relative to forecasts. This engagement strengthens relationships and ensures that CTC’s clients have a clear roadmap to success while guiding them through the complexities of media acquisition and strategy.
You stand as a representative and zealous advocate for CTC's unique approach to media acquisition and its accompanying tools.
