As the Regional Director for South Africa, Kenya and Nigéria, they will be responsible for defining, executing, and scaling EBANX’s business across the key markets of the region. You will be the P&L owner for the region, leading cross-functional market development initiatives, driving local partnerships, securing regulatory approvals, supporting the commercial activities to acquire high-value merchants, and ensuring operational excellence. The role requires a strong balance of strategic vision, business acumen, regulatory fluency, and local execution capability to achieve sustainable growth and profitability. In addition to that, the Regional Director will be the leadership reference for the ebankers who live in the Hub, independently of their functions, promoting the right culture, collaboration, and result-oriented environment.
