What will you be responsible for?

Customer Success Design Architects play a key role in designing and driving customer onboarding, creating solutions, and promoting greater adoption and usage of the AppViewX product. You will gather critical information to design AppViewX solutions for customers' cryptographic asset management, including PKI, SSH keys, API keys, and more. By combining your deep technical knowledge, creativity, and solution design experience with an understanding of customer business objectives and challenges, you will help customers maximize the value of AppViewX products.

Onboarding

• Collaborating with architects, solution engineers, and the customer management team to gather input and design AppViewX technology solutions that address specific business challenges for our new customers.
• Address customer objectives/success criteria with in-depth technical attention to help customer Go-live quickly.
• Collaborating with our Customer Success Managers and Implementation Architects to address technical challenges and product gaps

Adoption and Value Quantification

• Run adoption workshops to Coach Customers on the AppViewX Product usage along with educating them on the best practices, Industry Standards.
• Function as a trusted technical advisor and lead by assisting with project technical challenges.
• Identify new use cases as part of account growth/renewal strategy.
  
  

Customer Experience/Engagement

• Use your experiences collaborating with customers to provide feedback to the rest of the AppViewX organization on how we can improve the Product, customer experience, speed time-to-value, and create greater benefits for our customers.
• Contribute to Customer Business Reviews highlighting potential areas of improvement. 

Roadmap Planning

• Partner closely with other cross-functional team members (e.g., sales, product management, support, services, delivery) to translate business needs and product requirements into fresh solutions.
• Work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to prioritize product enhancements and long-term roadmap based on customer/industry priorities. 

What do we require?

• Minimum 6 years’ experience working in a technical architectural design role (such as Enterprise Design Architect, Application Design Architect, Solution Architect)
• Minimum 4 years’ experience working in customer-facing technical roles, preferably in a post-sales capacity for a SaaS company with enterprise software products.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a senior role (Team Lead, Technical Manager, Sr. Level role)
• Domain knowledge on PKI, SSH, DNS, Active Directory, ADCS, CRL, OCSP, and associated cryptographic standards.
• Experience with Certificate Life Cycle management/operations
• Experience with PKI implementation processes
• Experience with PKI integrations, Certificate Authorities, MS Intune, SCEP, and other enrollment practices
• Hands-on experience with:
• Kubernetes
• Linux command line/ Windows server management
• Apache, IIS - application expertise
• Load balancers – F5/AVI/NetScaler
• Salesforce/JIRA/ServiceNow
• CISSP / CISM / CISA is preferred.
• Excellent organization, troubleshooting, problem solving, deployment and multitasking skills with ability to learn modern technology at a fast pace.
• Worked and interacted with F500 organizations.
• Creating complex technical designs and diagrams using diagram and vector graphics applications (Visio, Lucid chart, Draw.io etc.)

About the Opportunity

We are hiring a Senior Personalization Solution Architect with deep domain expertise in personalization and experimentation to join Contentful’s Professional Services team. This role is designed for a practitioner who has built, operated, and scaled personalization programs in production, and who also brings the hands-on technical skills required to implement those programs in modern, composable architectures.

This is not a generalist Solution Architect role with light exposure to personalization. Success in this role requires strong opinions and real-world experience across audience strategy, decisioning, experimentation, and measurement—paired with the ability to design and deliver high-quality technical implementations using Contentful Personalization.

You will work directly with customer engineering, product, and marketing teams to design and implement advanced personalization and experimentation solutions, while also serving as a customer-facing extension of Contentful’s Product and Engineering teams. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a leading role in creating the product strategy and roadmap, defining new product capabilities based on market needs, and executing the delivery of technology and applications to enterprises running life-critical applications on InterSystems products.

Key Responsibilities

Experience/Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Solution Architect.
• Hands-on experience with Python or comparable programming language, REST, and JSON. Able to build quick demos and prototypes, optionally leveraging AI tools to accelerate development.

The Role: Principal Product Manager, Customer Data Platform

As the Principal Product Manager for Customer Data Platform, you will be the owner defining strategy/product vision through feature definition and roadmap prioritization. You’ll work closely with marketing and finance teams for positioning, naming, GTM/adoption, and financial metrics. Your mission is to accelerate our customers' time-to-value. For many customers, their supply chain data is trapped in silos—messy ERP records, fragmented PLM files, or disparate spreadsheets. Your mission is to lower the barrier to entry for everyone. • Automated Entity Resolution: Work with our AI teams to productize our matching logic. When a customer uploads a messy supplier list, your product should automatically clean, standardize, and resolve those rows against global entities.
• Data Quality Feedback: Create a transparent feedback loop. If a customer uploads bad data (broken formatting, missing fields), the system should instantly tell them what went wrong and how to fix it, without needing a support ticket.

Scalability & Security

• Tiered Experience: Design an experience that works for the "long tail." A small supplier should be able to onboard in minutes via self-service, while a large enterprise needs robust controls for massive data volume and complex permissioning.
• Trust & Governance: Ensure that our ingestion infrastructure meets the highest standards of security. You will define how we handle encryption, data residency, and access controls during the ingestion process, ensuring customers feel safe using their most sensitive supply chain data with Altana.

The Role: Director of Product Management (Public Sector)

As a Director of Product Management for Public Sector, you will lead the team defining strategy/product vision through feature definition and roadmap prioritization. You and your team will work closely with marketing and finance teams for positioning, naming, GTM/adoption, and financial metrics. We are looking for an experienced product leader who is passionate about deeply understanding ambiguous customer problems, with demonstrated success working with engineering to deliver solutions, and translating them into disruptive, successful products that delight customers. As a Director of Product Management with a focus on Public Sector, you and your team are defining the link between our customers' efforts to improve enforcement efficiency and streamline the shipment of goods with the Altana product network.

Your team’s mission is to accelerate our customers' time-to-mission-outcome. You and your team will deeply understand customer IT, data, and security needs to architect and build robust, scalable products that help them solve their most pressing trade-related challenges. For government customers, law enforcement across global supply chains presents a daunting challenge. Your team’s mission is to make it easier for these customers to receive supply chain information and conduct continuous compliance monitoring, meeting the demands of the new trade environment. With Altana Product Passports, regulatory agencies can achieve faster approvals, fewer delays, and focus their enforcement efforts.

You and your team will own the end-to-end journey: from the moment a trusted business submits their Altana Product Passport, to AI-powered screening of transactions for risks, to government-to-business collaboration to investigate and clear risks in companies’ supply chains.

What You'll Do

As a key technical partner for the customer, your team’s responsibilities will fall into three primary areas:

Product Passports

• Product Passports (Government View): Define how governments consume and validate Altana Product Passports. You will build the "Pre-Clearance" infrastructure that allows trusted traders to submit supply chain visibility data in exchange for expedited treatment and reduced inspections.
• Partner Ecosystem and  Integration Strategy: Define and execute the roadmap for how the product passports interact with customs and other government systems. Identify the most critical systems our customers use and lead the development of configurable integrations that remove the need for custom engineering work.
• Streaming & Real-Time: Move us beyond static snapshots. Architect pipelines that support continuous data synchronization, ensuring the customer’s view of product supply chain information is always current.

Trade Facilitation

• Trusted Trader Programs: Help the customer implement and/or modernize their trusted trader programs. Shift them from paper-based audits to real-time, data-driven monitoring of supply chain compliance.
• Automated Validation: Build tools that automate the validation of HS Codes and Country of Origin claims, helping governments close the "Tax Gap" and prevent duty evasion without slowing down commerce.
• Streaming & Real-Time: You will own the suite of integration: high-volume REST APIs for trade facilitation, ensuring that the workflows and systems are compatible with the high volumes of global trade. 

Trade Enforcement

• Network-Based Targeting: Move customs agencies beyond simple rule-matching (e.g., "Flag all goods from Country X"). Build AI-driven targeting products that analyze the network—identifying shell companies, obfuscated ownership, and anomalous trade routes that indicate evasion or illicit trade.
• Enforcement Workflows: Design the "Investigator Workbench" used by officers to review and act on high-risk shipments. You will build the tools for evidence gathering and reporting.
• Prescreening: Own the product logic for identifying risky shipments to prevent them from getting close to the border, let alone entering the country.

Who You Are

• Team Leader: You know how to lead and force-multiply teams to deliver on mission-critical software products for customers that work at the extreme scale that public sector customers need. 
• Mission Alignment Expert: You’ve worked directly with engineering teams to translate high-level government policy into concrete product features.
• UX-Centric Technicality: You understand the "plumbing" (APIs, EDI, ETL/ELT, JSON), but you are obsessed with the user experience. You hate clunky integration projects and strive to make user experiences feel like magic, working with your team and your design partners.
• Builder: Your team doesn’t just write requirements; your team defines system interfaces of the solution alongside engineering. You and your team have the courage to roll up your sleeves and define API specs and data schemas, especially as it relates to the user experience.
• Network Thinker: You understand that trade doesn’t work in isolation—it’s inherently a network system. You are excited about using Graph Technology and AI to uncover hidden connections and insights.
• Integration Product Expert: You have 7+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with a deep understanding of integration between complex systems. 
• Domain Authority: You have 8+ years of experience in Trade Compliance, Customs Enforcement, or Border Security Technology. You know how a port operates. You understand the difference between a Manifest and an Entry Summary. 
• Security Clearable: Due to the nature of our government work, eligibility for a security clearance (US or UK) is required. Candidates with a prior successful Customs and Border Protection background investigation are preferred.
